I wanna watch but need English subtitles

I honestly didn’t mind the drama. It wasn’t perfect and has a few flaws but overall it is a good drama to watch and kill time. Besides, the Actress and Actors portraying the FL and MLs are all attractive.

- I liked that the drama didn’t try to follow the twin theme in which one twin is the antagonist and the other the protagonist. Both of them were the protagonist.
- Based on comments I saw, there doesn’t seem to be many people who likes Yao Meng Gui due to her colder personality compare to her twin Xiao Mu who is the nice and more considerate sister but for some reason I sort of like YMG character more especially her love line with Song Ci.
- If you want to watch the drama for it’s plot then you will be slightly disappointed but if you want to watch it for the romance then give this drama a try.

I want to watch this drama too but doesn’t seem like there is English subs available right now. :( The cast are new to me and they both are good looking.

The drama is cute and fluffy especially between the two leads who started out hating each other but gradually falls in love. As the drama progresses I started to lose interest in the plot. I did complete the series and would recommend watching it if you’re bored.

Sadly they both announced their separation on Valentines Day. Really did liked this couple.

It seems like the comments are filled with a mixed reaction. Either people liked it or didn’t. I personally did not like it. Wasn’t able to be drawn in with the story development nor the characters. And the actress who played Fareeda is very pretty but her acting was pretty bad. The action scenes was quite alright. I love Jackie Chan but I miss his older movies made in the 80s and 90s. I personally wouldn’t recommend this movie but watch it for yourself and you can be the judge.

I haven’t watched it yet. Only came to read the reviews. Seems like majority of the comments about the drama is good so I’ll probably give it a try once more episodes are aired.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but usually they tend to release additional episodes for VIP members when it first air.

She reminds me of Chen Yu Qi aka Yukee Chen. Her profile pic is hard to see the resemblance but watch her in Blessed Girl. Name is similar too so I thought maybe they are sisters? Might just be coincidental but I think they both could pass as siblings.

I got bored so I decided to watch this drama bc the cast looks good but got even more bore watching this. I gave this a few episodes in before I called it quit. Decided to read the reviews and spoilers here to see if it gets better but after reading the comment section here, I don’t have hope to continue the drama. Great cast though. Storyline could of have potential if done correctly and character development wasn’t strong enough for me. We will see if I come back to finish watching this drama but right now I’m going to pass.

Same thing happened to me lol Decided to watch ALP because I was bored and fell in love with Xu Kai. (Probably my favorite drama of his so far) Ended up watching his other dramas back to back. I also really like his voice too and his smile. Dimples are an extra plus for me. What also captivated me was the way how he portrayed each role he starred in. He made me fell in love with every role he played in that I’ve watched. It made me want more Xu Kai. And honestly I’ve seen a lot of good Chinese dramas with handsome actors but nobody has done me the way Xu Kai did. There is something about him that made me drawn to him as an actor.

Xu Kai and Bai Lu have good chemistry. The storyline is interesting but I was disappointed in the action scenes. I disliked how often they made the hero and female seems so strong but when you watch them fight they are so weak against their opponents. I liked the drama overall but must admit I did watch this drama fast forwarding some scenes so I may miss some details but overall understood the big picture. On a separate note, Xu Kai has really pretty eyes.

Can’t wait for this! Xu Kai is such a heartthrob. Every role he’s done pulled me in. Excited to see what kind of character he will portray in this drama.

This is surprising that some neitzens thought he was older. I first saw Xu Kai in Untouchable Lover and thought he was a baby. I thought he was younger than Song Wei Long till I looked up both their profile. I still think he looks younger than his actual age. But even though he looks young to me I do agree that he’s mature (and masculine) to match up with the older actresses.

I watched this for the visual leads and bc I like Chen Li Nong since his idol producer days but for some reasons, even though the acting was good, I couldn’t find myself to feel attach to the characters’ development and the bond they have. I liked it but did get a little bored. It’s not a film I would rewatch. LX and CLN are both good singers though. Love the songs in here.

The backstory was good but wasn’t enough to make me feel emotional. The casting is good and even the CGI was done beautifully. I liked all the characters but my fav arc is Yuan Bo Ya and Shen Le. Overall the storyline was good and the acting was good. I would still recommend watching.

I felt the drama started out strong then started to decline. I still finished watching because I personally like the actress Wu Qian. I liked both the ML and the second ML but did end up having second lead syndrome (at least the FL and 2nd ML are together in real life). The drama had potential but the storyline went downhill for me. I personally would love to see Wu Qian in more historical dramas. She’s so pretty.

Good casting as I like YY and ZTA but I couldn’t get myself to like the drama. The flow is quite bad and was hard to feel the chemistry between the characters. Could be due to all the cutting and editing of the drama. Did not finish the drama.

I just finished watching this drama and fell in love with Xu Kai. This is my first time watching him play the lead role. As for the FL ZDY, it took me awhile to get used to her but she started to grow onto me. She’s cute and a very good actress. Most dramas I have to watch a few episodes in order to be hooked but the first episode got me hooked in right away. I love the storyline and the soundtrack. I would give a 10/10 for the costumes and hairstyles. I absolutely loved the way they styled ZDY. It suits her so well. I do wish they added more to the ending and show us more of how life turned out for the characters. It would of made the drama a lot better. Not only that but in my opinion I felt ZDY and XK lacked chemistry a bit but overall they both gave a good performance and delivered their character well. I could feel all the emotions the characters went through, and see the development and growth of each character. I’ll rate this drama an 8.5/10.

I finally gave in to watch Ancient Love Poetry and fell in love with Xu Kai. Idky it took me so long to watch his dramas. He’s definitely an actor I look forward to see his future work.
