This actor is so underrated. This is a personal preference but he’s probably one of the better actors among the many actors in the c-entertainment. He’s not only handsome but what gravitated me towards him is his acting skills and there aren’t a lot of actors/actresses that can capture my interest when it comes to acting. His line delivery is very good as well! I hope he becomes successful and gain more recognition as an actor.

Came to see if she has any new drama updated as the FL but girl is still jobless. Not even a support role either tho I would prefer her to stop playing support and see her as the FL. (P.S. I hate CH3 😫)
I’m enjoying this drama. It’s light-hearted, comical, and very fast paced. My favorite is Lu Yuxiao and Wang Xingyue’s cp but I’m also interested in the other sisters’ stories. The sisters are fierce but different in their own ways. I like how they have a close bond and are very protective of each other— since they have no male figure in the family they can only rely on themselves for protection. I like that we are also getting different type of MLs. They all aren’t perfect (and some may not be the typical MLs we see often) but I want to see how they are going to become the perfect match for each sisters.

Looks like LYR is playing Mu Zheng Ming / Mu Zheng Yang. He will be playing the ML’s father and his father’s twin brother (aka ML’s Uncle). In the novel both twin brothers were separated at a young age and didn’t know of each other’s existence til later. The novel is about good vs bad. There are the sects that come together to get rid of evil and are viewed as good. Then we have the evil factions known as demons due to the evil practices they learn. The Mu Clans are the leaders of the evil factions. ML’s dad was suppose to take the leader role but due to his good heart and nature, he did not want the title so the title went onto someone else. ML’s Uncle did not grew up with the Mu Clan but he plays the FL’s aunt, Cai Ping Shu’s love interest.
It’s been awhile since I last read the novel so I apologize if there was any misinformation. I did the best from what I could recall. I know dramas tends to be different from novels but I hope this helps gives you a vague idea of LYR’s character(s).

Here I came to voice out my disappointment with CH3 but see that a few of you guys already beat me to the punch. — I really need CH3 to step up their game with Namfah and promote her more as FL or Namfah needs to leave CH3 bc at this point I feel they don’t see her potential. This girl can really act and have chemistry with her male co-stars. I really believe she will make it BIG and become the next BIG star for CH3 if they promote her properly. In my opinion, I think she is better than the other young stars CH3 are trying to promote but my girl be playing mostly support roles. 😭😭😭

I couldn’t agree more! I would love to see her in a sismance sort of genre too. Her and Esther in MJTY have chemistry that I wish the Director could’ve elaborated more on that. For example, give them an action scene in the hot spring with only their undergarments/robes on or something.
I finished the novel and now is anticipating to see the drama.

Cai Zhao’s aunt is a renowned known hero in which you would hear her talk a lot about since they were both very close. In order to solve the current crisis they have to rely on the past a lot therefore there is a lot of dialogues created to mention the past so the readers won’t get confuse. Especially in the first volume of the book. The plot feels slow because it’s mostly dialogue but you will need to be patient and read it in order to understand the plot of the novel. Besides that, the plot did kept me on my feet. I was interested in finding out who the main culprit is and the mystery of the past.
I finally caved in to watch the hype of this drama and I got to say this drama definitely stands up to the hype. I haven’t read the novel but I’m loving both WJY and WXY’s portrayal of their character bringing out so much charm to them. The plot and pacing of this drama is very good. Each episode keeps me on my toes. It’s been so long since a drama made me feel this way.
