I wasn't really expecting much since the anime is so perfect in my eyes but the first ep was better than I expected, constant smile on my face so...so far so good, I guess I'll continue this

I know I go on about this but I genuinely love Namgoong, it's like he just knows everything about a person from looking at them. The way he playfully distracted a sad TK and gently told Daon that he loved him regardless of anything just felt so special, everyone should have a friend like him.
Now on to the mains...
These were the most angst filled of all the eps but that's 'cos it's nearing the end so...
Honestly, Daon's reaction is pretty much expected from someone in the spotlight, not in control of his life or his feelings, it's scary and harsh and it was a little sad that everyone on both sides were demanding answers from him (Also fuck the teacher for butting into his personal life, it's not your business what his parents do so you have no right telling him to watch himself)
Daon took a step forward with the math book and even though he told Shin Woo to go after TK, we all know he didn't mean it and now that he found out So Hee (a.k.a the bitch) was the one to leak the pictures I think that opens a new opportunity to take another step forward to accepting his feelings.
Shin Woo is precious and probably my favorite aside from Namgoong, and while I don't doubt his feelings for TK, I think he will let go of them and just settle for being his friend.
It's already 12 eps in and they have had so much of Daon and TK that to just suddenly switch to Shin Woo wouldn't make any sense and honestly, it would feel like I'd been cheated on the interactions that they should have had if they end up together.
Right now it's doing perfectly well of having Shin Woo as the second ML that we're rooting for but who probably doesn't have a chance and that's also ok for me because they have such a beautiful friendship and they have now similar feelings of heartbreak so from this experience I'm just hoping that they grow as friends who have a deep bond.
Funnily enough, had this been longer (either in eps or running time) my ideal ending would be, Daon is forced to leave and Shin Woo stays with him and they naturally get closer over the years, Daon comes back and TK is instantly in love with him again and this time Daon is ready to accept his feelings but TK realizes that Shin Woo has already made his way into his heart and chooses him over Daon.
In all honestly that might happen here but it would be better if that kind of outcome were spaced over a few eps instead of at the very end...
Either way, this series is a 10 for me, I just love it.

Title Crush Spoiler
I just started the first ep and so far the premise is quite interesting, for some reason I didn't think he was actually fully blind, I thought it was like a partial blindness so it does make things different.
The ML is gorgeous, I feel like he'll be even more so when he smiles.
The FL...not so crazy about her after that park scene but she's not off putting. She has a subtle arrogance and naivety that comes with someone her age, shown when she ignorantly thinks of him as crippled when she sees he's blind.
She clearly didn't mean it in a bad way, it's just that she's young and uneducated on the topic which means there should be really good character growth for both of them.

I'm not as sure as you...I could totally see Daon going full-on closet-case and locking the door behind him. You…
All the advice that he's given everyone on love came from the teacher and probably a lot of personal experience, I think he definitely has a crush on her but gave up because she loves Daon, his cheerfulness is just to hide the fact that he's also caught in an unrequited love. She is for sure a sociopath and not a good person, I mean just her telling Shin Woo she's fine if he's gay so long as he doesn't like Daon, because if he did then it's not ok all of a sudden. I'm kinda hoping for some comeuppance for her

In a real life setting, that would probably be the case, but this is a series so I doubt they'll go that far. Also it looks like So Hee spread the pictures of them and regardless, I don't think that would sit right with Daon. If anything I'm hoping that's what will put him off her completely...

Title Light on Me Spoiler
First off, I don't care what anyone says, Namgoong is by far the BEST character of this entire series. There's no denying it. He gives the most poignant and sincere advice anyone could ever hope for, without prying or judgment, he's just there for his friends, not taking sides just guiding them.
Second, I love that although I was expecting for Shin Woo and Tae Kyung to be the main couple, we got Tae Kyung and Daon instead.
Not that I don't love the other two.
Although not original, it's sweet to see, especially since the guy we're all feeling second male lead syndrome for will probably be the endgame (at least in my opinion)
Daon will run away from his feelings because that's just how he is, he's insecure and he's just not ready and it will break Tae Kyung's heart but that's where Shin Woo comes in.
It's not about preying on someone vulnerable but I think it will help heal Tae Kyung and let him know that someone else thinks of him in a special way, just him. And by the time Daon is ready to face his feelings, Tae Kyung will have probably moved on and Daon will fall into the category of regretting his decisions.
That won't be so bad though because maybe that will be the wake up call he needs to put himself first and work on his issues to be a better version of himself.
Ah...I hate speculating so much, I just want to know already...

I'm at the point where I don't even mind if Tae Kyung ends up with Daon.
Yes, I would love it if he ended up with Shin Woo but he has such undeniable chemistry with both boys that I doubt I will be disappointed with his choice in the end, it's only the 7th ep so there's plenty that can happen.
So Hee irritates me and it's not because she's has a crush on Daon and is a bit uppity...I hate her because all she cares about is having Daon, to the point that she's rude to anyone who's around him or shows interest in him which is their right to do since he's not dating her and she's acting like they're flirting with her boyfriend.
Even telling Daon that his friendship with Tae Kyung is strange is a pretty shit thing to do, gaslighting him into thinking what he feels for Tae Kyung, romantic or otherwise, is wrong.
Love the preview where Tae Kyung puts her in her place by saying Daon isn't an object she can just possess which will probably just fall on deaf ears but I kinda hope Daon hears that and has the courage to turn her down.

I've only watched three eps so far but I don't know if I should continue or not...
The only ones who seem to have a purpose are Yohan and Sun Ah.
Ga On seems really, really out of place, like he has no connection to anything other than looking like Yohan's brother which doesn't explain his intense distrust and need to take down Yohan...it can't just be because his teacher told him to....does that fact change in the the rest of the eps?

Well Shin Woo was bullied at his old school. Because when Tae Kyung saved him from the bullies Shin Woo told him…
I know Shin Woo was bullied, but I'm kinda wondering if there was a boy he liked that maybe outed him which is why he left his previous school or something...might also be why he's so hesitant with his burgeoning feelings for Tae Kyung, he doesn't want to be hurt by love again? Thing like that.....

To be honest, i wouldn't mind a love triangle. It's something I never seen in a bl. If it's done right like for…
I think so too, especially with how this episode ended with him saying he can't just be friends with Daon...also the way he looks at him, kinda star struck.
Shin Woo will be sad but will probably try to step aside and keep his feelings hidden which will just break my heart but I'm seriously hoping that he and Tae Kyung are endgame...

Wow, I can safely say this series is hitting all the right spots for me.
It instantly sucks you in, it's keeping me on my toes and guessing and eager for the next episode and best of all it's an actual boy love, they're not just queer-baiting which I absolutely love.
The characters are starting to develop more personality, I really want to know what happened with Shin Woo at his old school and the issues that Daon has with his family...obviously he's very artistic and that's where his passion lies but his parents probably want him to pursue something more academic so I hope he fights for what he wants there...
It's only 6 episodes in but I never want this series to end....

Title Light on Me Spoiler
First off...Nam Goong is my favorite, without a doubt.
Second, I have a little theory about the romance here, just my own opinion.
I feel like Shinwoo and Taekyung are the end result, for sure, it kinda goes without saying, but I think there will definitely be a love triangle with Daon.
Daon is isolated and feels like everyone depends on him for something and he can't say no or express his true feelings because he doesn't want to hurt anyone, which is why I think he likes being around Taekyung.
Taekyung is honest to a fault, goes with his feelings and doesn't need anything from Daon who admires and likes that about him, it will probably lead him to misjudging his feelings and thinking he's then in love with Taekyung.
That in turn will spark a love triangle because he will probably feel that it's the first time he's ever wanted something, the first time he's wanted to be selfish in his life, which will put a strain on his friendship with Shinwoo who also likes Taekyung...
Since the ending shows them all having fun, naturally Daon will probably put his feelings to rest and either get together with Sohee or finally be honest with her that he's not interested and properly reject her...
Just my theory though...

I physically ache from the amount of cuteness this series is giving...one of the best Korean ones yet if it holds up to the last episode...
I feel like Taekyung and Shin Woo are end game but it's nice that I'm kinda left guessing for now...
Also the girl...mad obnoxious...there's nothing wrong with her per say, Daon is a flake who can't properly turn her down so that's on him, but girl...it's also on her to notice that a boy isn't interested... Hopefully they don't turn her into a complete bitch

Wow...this was more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be...
Also 16 eps ಠ_ಠ shocked...finally something they can fit more plot into.
Characterization is pretty good for just two eps in, the girl is already giving me major entitled bitch vibes but fingers crossed that it's not throughout the whole series...
I'm looking forward to the next ep...

This is so cringey and cheesy that it's just enough to make me love it...

Cringey...but I didn't hate it.
The introduction was faster than I usually like but not offensive.
So far good chemistry, I'm not expecting a plot rich, work of art but I think I'll enjoy the remainder of the episodes...
Earth is so boring...why couldn't it be that she takes ML to her planet and shows him her alien culture and since she's introduced the concept of how nice love is to her fellow aliens who are now getting into relationships, he has to battle his jealousy over a new rival....

I fucking love this, it's so fluffy and sweet without being too stupid
Dam is so uncouth but so spunky and nice and really just doesn't shit from anyone
SWY is so unbearably gorgeous and I love that he's not cold and mean, he's not stingy with his smiles which is such a nice change from the asshole ML that you can't see anyone falling for.
I'm glad that they've clearly established Dam is not interested in the SML (who is a complete jerk) and not turning it into a tricky love triangle where she's confused about her feelings for both of them.
Jae Jin is a sweetheart and the definition of a true friend, that boy is pure gold...
I'm glad things are starting to heat up, hopefully it stays good right to the end...

I'm only on ep 9 and the friend, Mi Gu, is really weird...
Hell, you meet a cute guy, naturally you wanna get closer but she's met him all of 3 times and literally knows nothing about Zhou Ran, who is a MURDERER, and she's acting as if she's lost the love of her life that she never got the chance to confess to...
It's just making her come off as weirdly obsessive and like they're trying to push a second couple that doesn't feel natural, because it doesn't seem like Zhou Ran is gonna live (Either his heart problem or Liang MuZe killing him) and she just doesn't seem that important to the story....
