Title Love Mechanics Spoiler
I'm really enjoying this series. I think they're doing a really good job, there's never been a dull moment and I love how complex the characters are.
Mark is so sweet and he breaks my heart every time he cries, he's so used to rejection and being the guy that everyone leaves that he's gotten too used to closing his heart and putting on a brave face. Vee was the first one to see through that mask and accept him for who he was and Mark dared to believe that this time would be different but was met with crushing heartbreak.
I'm glad he's not making things easy for Vee though.
Vee...I do like him a lot actually even though he makes stupid decisions sometimes. While it is very admirable to defend your ex (who you dated for 3 years so of course there's still some feelings) that doesn't mean you put yourself in a situation like that (as Nuea rightfully said), or even standing that close to them, also dude....someone could be a foot away from me and if I felt like they were making a move I'd hightail it away from them.
But it's very interesting to see Vee struggling so much from his feelings of inadequacy, feelings that Ploy set in him from her cheating and by Nuea, another rich guy, chasing after Mark. Everyone always felt like they would be a better choice over him and that has affected him.
Although I feel bad for him, those punches/slaps....wow, Yihwa goes the extra mile for people she's protective over and I'm glad that even though they are Vee's friends, they don't condone his actions and that's how friends should be. You should never cover up or ignore your friends cheating on someone.
Ploy was also very interesting, maybe some people find her unlikeable but I just found her kind of pitiable. She threw away a loving and caring relationship for a guy who could offer her more and it turned out to be the wrong decision but since she cheated she was kinda stuck with it and tried to make it work because of what she traded for it. Maybe on some level she probably felt like she deserved it?
And when her ex came in like a knight in shining armor at a point where she was particularly vulnerable, it's only natural that she would want that safety and caring back again but after what happened it's nice she understands that she'll never have it again and was even willing to explain everything to Mark and Vee's friends.
All in all, this series is doing pretty good in my books.

Title Triage Spoiler
I was going through serious KinnPorsche withdrawals before I spontaneously decided to watch Triage, which is usually not a genre I particularly enjoy (Probably why I haven't watch MOD yet but I might just give it a try now). But boy am I glad that I gave it a chance.
To me, this was a masterpiece and it's so unfortunate that it was released at the same time as K.P, otherwise it might have gotten more attention.
The storytelling was amazing to me, literally no words for how perfect it was.
Tin starts off as a jaded and anti-social ER resident who is just doing the bare minimum to prolong the lives of people that he doesn't like while silently judging and cursing an unfair society that allows the rich to get away with what they want and for no justice for people on the ground.
When he enters the loop, we can see his frustration with having to keep someone like Tol alive and many, many loops are gone through before he decides to actually get to know Tol.
Although you can see that he's not impressed in the beginning, things start to come around when he becomes connected to the people that Tol has affected and how they impact his life as a doctor as well.
Through being pushed to change the fate of not only Tol, but others as well, he starts opening up, empathizing with people more, getting softer and gentler and ultimately opening his heart to falling in love with Tol.
Tol might have been an asshole in most of the loops where they met but slowly along the way, with Tin's guidance, unwavering dedication and love, he too starts to change.
They play really heavily into the butterfly effect here, and I know people had issue with how cold Tin was in Tol's loop but...it made so much sense though.
Through Tin intervening with Tol's life, so many things came into the open, he prevented Rit's death after discovering the missing organ, prevented Tol from cheating, brought to light Mai's affair (because he went further back, Tol never found out for himself and never hurt Mai) and spearheaded a whole investigation on organ trafficking happening right under their noses.
Because of Tin himself changing things, other's changed in accordance to what he chose to do which is the same for Tol.
In Tol's loop, Tin never went through hell to save him therefore he never started warming up and stayed the bitter person he was in the beginning. Since Tol made things right with Rit before he could commit suicide, he went to Sing out of his own volition and not with Tin's help and found out about the organ missing. Tol had the lunch with Sing and Rit instead of Gap being there because he already knew about it and Sing and Gap are already in a relationship because Tin never got closer to his colleagues.
Even the whole thing with Doi, he wasn't going crazy in Tin's loops but in Tol's he was because they were closer to being busted, Tin got the money instead of him, Sak had berated his extreme murder attempts and abandoned him so.....
Tin and Tol changed something in different ways, therefore the outcomes are completely different for them, chaos that one person caused and fixed is different when the other did it.
Either way, it was amazingly done.
As for the whole loop thing....Yes it wasn't properly explained but that doesn't mean there aren't different ways to look at it.
When they were kids, Tin prayed to save Tol when he drowned and at the time he couldn't, maybe that also plays a part in why he wants to be a doctor other than his father, so they've always had a destiny with each other, a string of fate connecting them and intertwining with others around them.
Why did it happen? Honestly, who knows?
So many things in life don't have a reason or a logical explanation. Things like, why bad things happen to good people or it's all gods plan or sometimes just bad or good luck.
When something good happens we tend not to question it, we just accept it, the world may be harsh but so long as we carve a small piece of happiness for ourselves we're good.
The ending was a tad rushed to me, but so much happened and I guess they ran out of time so all in all, it was still a very satisfying ending, everyone had their ending and/or comeuppance and I loved every single minute of this series.

Title Oh! My Sunshine Night Spoiler
I kind of like it so far. It's slow for sure but it's not boring me as of yet. It kind of reminds of someone's daily vlog, they're not doing anything gimmicky or highly entertaining but it's still peaceful and you find yourself watching it anyway despite it being like 20 minutes of nothing.
There wasn't much interaction between the leads but this just the 2nd ep out of 14, there's no rush, they're still setting the stage so cool your jets.
I actually find myself liking slow burns as of late so personally it's not bothering me, it gives you time to delve into the characters and they're already showing why they are way they are.
Kim has had his interests shamed and dismissed from a young age by his asshole father and that has caused him to shut his heart off from feeling to much, lest he get hurt in the end.
Sun is quite literally the opposite, even though he has a bad heart it feels everything way more than someone healthy like Kim. And I know people find the apples "funny" but it's a placebo effect for him. He knows it's not going to make him better medically but it's an emotional tie to a memory of his mother where in that moment maybe the apple made him feel better and gave him hope, still gives him hope.
Phayu clearly has feelings for Rain but you can see how he holds himself in check, something he learned later in life when the innocence of their childhood faded and he understood that his role in life was to serve him rather than love him.
Rain, you can see he has other interests but he's putting them aside for the sake of his brother and keeping the peace, he looks like he's already well aware of his feelings for Phayu but...same situation and it'll take a lot for both of them to fight for each other.
(As for his mother....when you live with a narcissist who controls your finances, who you're committed to and have vowed to support, especially in a society that probably demands obedience to your husband, it's not uncommon that she doesn't have a voice and can only pitifully apologize to her kids.)
All in all, it's not too bad, not great but I doubt it'll get worse and obviously I love watching Ohm/Fluke in another series so.....here's to waiting for when they're in a relationship and can get lovey-dovey together and help each other open up...

Title KinnPorsche Spoiler
A lot of people say that Porsche doesn't deserve to be head of the minor family and that the spot belongs to Vegas and....let's be honest, it's not really a question of "deserve".
Vegas was as good as Kinn but Kinn kinda had the advantage of nepotism on his side, and the same goes for Porsche, only I'm sure that it's just a front for Korn to get Porsche, and by proxy Kinn, under his thumb.
I mean sure he let Vegas live but would you give a powerful position to someone who could seek revenge on you for killing their father? I think not. Not to mention there is no way that Vegas is in the place physically (and mentally) to run a whole faction right now, you don't just bounce back from wounds like that.
I think Korn is playing an elaborate chess game and his sons are just his pawns, he knows they can't beat him, knows Kinn can't beat him. If you look closely, Kinn has never disobeyed his father and never won against him at chess, because he's never needed/wanted to. But I think now that Porsche's life is potentially on the line, we'll see Kinn actually fight his father and finally win the chess game.
I also feel that ever since Tawan, he's been looking for ways to get Kinn out of the picture, pitting Kim against Kinn in the future, but I feel that he's underestimating Kim and his love for Chay, something he wanted to stomp out in Kinn that is now in Kim as well. A love that will make you crazy and do things you never thought they would.
It makes them unpredictable and harder to control, probably why he let Porsche take over and see his mother again so he could slowly set up the chess board once again and start moving his pawns.
I don't think the mother is faking her illness but I think she'll start regaining her memory now that she's seen her children again and start dropping hints to Porsche about what really happened.
Also for everyone saying their relationships are "toxic" and "disturbing" yeah, it is toxic but it never promised to be healthy.
These characters are not good people, they're criminals and murderers. Likable and you have your favorites but still, criminals and murderers.
Even characters that were goofy and not so bad, Arm, Pol, Porsche, Pete....they are bad people!
Pete by his own words questions Vegas on how he thinks he's a good person (when they're lying in bed after doing the deed)
So don't expect "healthy relationships" but the fact that they love each other or can't live without each other, or vow to only be "good" to their loved ones....that's all they can do with their kind of personalities, like obsession is a type of love for them. All of them.

Interesting analysis. About KimChay having the makings for another season--Barcode will also be of legal age!…
Like if any of those theories hold any relevance and he finds out his dad died for nothing and Korn really is the one behind everything. I mean Gun was abusive and delusional but was he really the bad guy....? Not so sure, in which case he was silenced by Korn rather than him just being killed to get rid of the villain.

Boy do I have a lot of thoughts and feelings going through my brain after finishing this....
First off, I loved it. Despite it's faults, and yes I can admit that there are plenty, I still loved it.
I enjoyed watching it and it never felt like I was wasting my time, it was something that gave me joy every Saturday and that I always looked forward to.
To be honest I feel like the knee-jerk reaction to the finale might be disappointment because a lot of confusing shit went down.
Honestly the whole thing with Porsche/Chay mother made no sense and truthfully I feel like they could have come up with a better plot twist because it was confusing as hell....
But upon further thought, if you really look at everything that happened with a more discerning eye, you'll see that they've set up a lot of material for a second season.
You might ask, why did Korn fake his death? Who was telling the truth, Korn or Gun since Gun was shot before he could reveal anything? What was the point of the mother? Why wait until then to reveal her? Why the big fight?
Here's my opinion on things, just my opinion or theory....
Korn is obviously a master manipulator, no one can tell his true motive and I don't think we're supposed to until a second season rolls around, fingers crossed.
Part of me feels like he knew all along that Kim was digging into the past (He knew Kim snooped in his office when he bought him dough sticks, and he called Kim to his office when Porsche and Chay ran away for an undisclosed chat....) so don't underestimate that plot point.
I also feel like maybe he was also obsessed with the mother and would have kept her hidden had Porsche's uncle not set him on the right path to finding out the truth, his uncle was assassinated by an unknown person before he could reveal the reason behind their deaths, the true reason, remember?
After that, he goaded his brother into a fight (and yeah, he's definitely the kind of guy who doesn't care how many people die to achieve his goals) so that he could confuse Porsche with a kind façade and get rid of the brother.
In the end when he got the pic from Tankhun, you can see in those two fish tanks are siamese fighting fish, put two males in the same tank and they'll end up fighting to the death, very symbolic and not a coincidence if you ask me.
He also said "History is only written by the victor" meaning no one can question his side because his brother and the uncle are both dead.
I feel like this all ties into why he let Vegas live and a bigger arc for Kim who if you'll notice is kind of the only one whose story was left unfinished and he looked hella shifty when they found out their dad died....almost like he knew something....
Actually if you think about it, yes K.P and V.P got a "Happy ending" but not really.....
If Korn is planning something, which we all can assume he is, it's gonna test Porsche's loyalty to Kinn and Kinn's loyalty to Porsche or his father.
Vegas is broken, mentally and physically and even though he and Pete are on more equal footing, it's for sure a toxic co-dependency and when Vegas finds out what Korn did, on top of already killing his father....psycho Vegas will come into play again....and let's just hope that Pete can help guide him through his issues.
And obviously, Kim and Chay have a shit ton of unresolved issues...
With that being said, I truly think they have all the makings for another season and that it was intentionally told this way, and I believe everyone learns from their mistakes and they'll come back with an even better season, it can honestly only get better from what I've already witnessed.
Everyone did an amazing job and I don't want this to be the last time I get to see them, I can only imagine how much better they'll do next time now that they're so accustomed to each other...
KinnPorsche was very special to me and I'm glad I was there from the very beginning.

This ep was something else....The emotions that each character went through is out of this world.
Vegas and Pete were just....exquisite.
Vegas, as usual, lashes out when he's hurt and something about Pete always makes him lose control, he's not used to someone caring that he's hurt and he expresses his lack of understanding in a very toxic way but that doesn't detract from how much he likes Pete.
Throughout Pete's meltdown the only thing he asked him was to not leave him. He couldn't stand the thought of another person he loved leaving him.
Pete was just....wow, just wow. His confusion and borderline horror at his feelings were done so beautifully. I mean think about it, a psychopath has kidnapped you, tortured you and confined you and yet you chose to stay and bare your heart to them and then have consensual sex with them, kink sex at that....he must have felt like if he spent another moment with Vegas he would completely lose himself and never recover.
The way he wept in Vegas's arms when he couldn't shoot him and he realized that he loved him was such a beautiful moment to witness.
I love that Kim is seriously regretting pushing Chay away and is actively searching him out while Chay is rightfully ignoring him. He has to do a lot more in person groveling to make it up to our baby.
While I am sad that Porsche didn't confide in Kinn about what was happening, it is understandable. It's not that he doesn't trust Kinn, it's that he has to figure it out for himself. He needs to separate his love for Kinn in order to do what needs to be done to discover the truth.
But fuck.... the truth is that they're....cousins???? If Porsche's mom is Mr Korn's sister, then Kinn for reals just fucked his cousin!!!?? I don't know how I feel about that....especially since Mr Korn approved of their relationship....?
Confusing but maybe the next ep will clear everything up....I can't believe that it's the last ep though.
I know nothing has been confirmed for a S2 but come on....how can you possibly tie up every loose end in just one more ep?
I think there will be another season but we'll probably have to wait a reallllly long time for it, I mean we waited two years for this one....
Either way, it's going to be an explosive finale and I'm truly glad that I was along for the ride, I'm really going to miss this show.
(That pool scene though....I will never recover....)

Side note, but can we all agree that Tankhun is by far the smartest person in this series? I mean, really, how can they still think he's crazy? That funeral though, cracked a rib I tell you.

Am I the only one who thinks this abnormally boring? Each ep feels like it's two hours long and I get sooo tired watching it....
I don't usually mind when there is a cheating plot but the audacity of Nine to try forcing feelings out of Daonuea while not breaking up with his girlfriend is just off-putting. Especially when Daonuea points that out to him and Nine just conveniently doesn't hear that.
While Tee and Praew did cheat on main couple before at least they had the decency to apologize and try to make it up to them, try to be better in the relationship and work on things together.
Nine and Daonuea are just giving them false hope by sticking with them, AND cheating on them which is hypocrisy at it's finest, while dancing around their very confusing feelings for each other that frankly make no sense since all they had was a few days together at a resort and a one night stand.

Personally, I really liked the Vegas/Pete scene.
It wasn't as intense as I thought it was going to be but it also didn't need to be. We know that Vegas is into BDSM but that's not the basis of his personality, he's so much more complex than that and I think BDSM was a way for him to feel like he was control to compensate for times where he didn't have any control. He and Pete were in a world of their own, both going through a lot of mental strife and in that moment it wasn't needed, they just wanted to feel each other's bodies, and let's not forget that Pete was still very, very injured from Vegas torturing him and what? You want him to whip and go all kinky on him in that state?
Despite Vegas being kind of a psycho he's never forced himself on anyone. Even when he drugged Porsche he told him he never does it without consent, he just wanted to mess with Kinn. All in all, I still feel like it was a way better representation than Unforgotten night...ugh...
As for Kinn/Porsche, I like that they worked through their problems, Porsche didn't back down and Kinn is doing his best to be honest with him and I think even he doesn't understand the full extent of his father's lies.
He was even willing to leave his mafia world behind just to be with Porsche which really says a lot about his commitment to him
I was wondering how they were going to bring the uncle back in and dropping the bomb on Porsche was quite interesting and I wonder who's pulling the strings behind him, probably the minor family but we'll see.
As for Chay....please everyone remember that this is a very lonely 17/18 year old boy.
He hasn't grown up with parents and even though he has a loving brother, Porsche hasn't really been there for him in a very guiding way, Chay has probably just seen himself as a financial burden to his brother.
Then along comes this older guy who Chay has admired for a long time, who agrees to tutor him, believes in him, flirts with him....it's not strange that Chay would fall that hard for him and then be completely devastated when his world falls apart by discovering that his brother took a dangerous job to support him and the guy who approached him first never loved him.
Who wouldn't be upset? Especially if he has no one to turn to. I keep seeing people say he's stupid for giving up his college dream but he just didn't want to end up at the same school as Kim and have to be reminded of his pain every time he saw him, since he wanted to go to that school because of Kim in the first place.
Sometimes a deeper look into why characters act the way they do, and a little imagination as well, helps in enjoying or understanding a series more in my experience.

Also you just had a one night stand and you're already getting that intimate with him? What was with that nuzzle when he said it wouldn't be their only night? A he's a stranger and B if you want a sub you ask them to be your play partner and come up with things you enjoy together. This was god-awful! I almost have no idea what the hell I watched.
If I could describe it in one word, that would be Awkward. Everything about it was just awkward.
The filming was like a teenager doing a home film project, one dimensional shots and close ups at weird angles and whoever edited this, should be fired.
The sound is all off, the music too loud and intrusive in scenes where it should be more quiet, like Kim's moans were just cringey and not sexy and one point Kamol slammed his glass down and it didn't even make a noise, like what?
There is no character charisma. They're dry like sandpaper. It's like they expect us to know the intricacies of each character from the synopsis. Kamol is a mafia boss so naturally that means he's cold, aloof and violent and then you have the heartbroken normal office worker who's kind and gentle. Obviously. No personality traits either. Sarcastic sub that mouths back, dom has a secret soft side or has a serious sweet tooth. Little things.
There was no build-up to their characters, like maybe show us a bit of Kamol in the mafia game, dealing with traitors or people who don't pay a debt.
Show us why Kim is heartbroken, what did this other guy do to him? Was he a side piece while the other guy had his heart set on another man? Was he just a fling and for how long?
But no, they just just gave us a brief snippet of their characters and then had them meet in a bathroom for a one night stand.
There are already so many issues with the BDSM aspect, like why would you pick up a potentially drunk person and immediately go kinky with them? You either go to special clubs /hookup apps for that. Also, a whip, candle and handcuffs? How is that violent? I'm sure "off scene" they would have done something else but come on, he had a few hickeys on him at best and I'm supposed to believe he had a wild awakening to the BDSM lifestyle?
Not to mention, there was zero sexual tension and their kisses were wooden and I really thought we were past that point, they don't have to have their tongues in each others mouths to have a better kiss.
Also Yoon just does not have the face for this role, I didn't actually have a problem until the bed scene, it's like he was trying waaay too hard to make his face look sadistic but he kinda just looked like he wanted to laugh or something....?
On a side note, why for once, can't we have a girl that is with the guy for power and her own business agenda rather than her just being obsessed with an obvious gay guy and wanting to turn him straight so that he'll love her? Just once!
I had high hopes and yet I doubt I will continue watching this. I'm past the point where I'll watch just about anything with a BL tag.

This ep was so poignant and emotional....and crazy.
Honestly, I was wondering how they were going to give us the Vegas/Pete interaction without it being completely disturbing and they did. It was indeed disturbing.
Watching Pete getting beaten like that was hard to watch, although it only ever happened when Vegas was having a hard time, like his struggles and pain took him to another realm and like he almost wasn't aware of his own actions until it was too late.
Vegas, for all his psychopathy, is kind of just a small boy looking for his father's approval. We know what he's capable of but in the presence of his overbearing father, he became weak and scared and insecure.
That's why what Pete told him about his own past and telling him that it's not their fault, resonated so deeply with him that you could see his eyes moisten and why the next time he was hit it didn't affect him as much and he wasn't angry anymore.
Pete, for all his smiles and sometimes goofiness is actually really resourceful and doesn't judge people even though he's been hurt by them and the world, his rough past has made him a protective and loyal friend and good person who can see Vegas' own pain and put it into perspective.
It's never the victims fault, it's always someone in power who makes them think that it is. Korn raised his sons with love and firmness and guaranteed success whereas his brother raised his kids to constantly compare themselves like he had to.
This ep was great in that it made Vegas seem more human, not just a crazy villain and I think he'll eventually let Pete go and maybe help the major family against his dad to protect Pete, or I'm hoping he will. He could try taking over so that he can have Pete all to himself.....
On another note....I'm concerned about Korn's involvement in Porsche/Chay's parents death, and I think it'll tie into why he wanted to hire Porsche....also Kim had better make things right between him and Chay because it's devastating to watch Chay cry....

Well, it is safe to say that I have been traumatized.
I thought I had an idea of what the show was like judging from the last 9 eps, but this ep was like nothing I ever thought would happen.
Thankfully Kinn is not as much of an idiot like I thought but he really should have clued Porsche in on the fact that he knew Tawan was working for Vegas and to not worry so much about him but....it is what is.
Maybe is Kinn hadn't backed Porsche into a corner he wouldn't have run away with Vegas and Big would still be alive. Bigs death will haunt me forever, I have a strong feeling that he loved Kinn, like he knew his place as a bodyguard and never tried anything but you could see that had affection for Kinn.
Porchay broke my heart. He's so innocent that it's almost a no-brainer to tell the guy he barely knows that he loves him and Kim wanted to run away but I think knowing he came so close to losing Chay will either make him break Chay's heart to keep him away or keep him and try harder to hide his past.
Vegas has once again proven what a huge fucking psychopath he is.
He has such a silver tongue that just implores you to trust him, love him, pity him, and then out of nowhere his words turn to poison and within seconds you're done for.
Pete is a true friend, trusts Porsche enough that he would risk torture and death to prove his innocence even after their fight.
Ken's death was hard to watch, not that he didn't have it coming but the decapitated head was really, really dark and disturbing.
I was sickened by Pete's torture scene, I mean, my god, I honestly didn't expect that happen and it was painful to watch. I know this is a series about messed up shit but I truly have no idea if this can ever turn into love (love or slight affection or strong desire at least) but then again I've been surprised before so...
Obviously the minor family is going to be the ones they fight in the end since I think it's too late in the series to add any more villains but once again, I really think a second season just might be in the works. Like it'll end on this major cliffhanger with some surprise twist and the major/minor family will have to work together....Pete and Vegas develop a relationship somehow....Porchay and Kim reconcile since I think they'll break up at the end of this....whatever new problems Kinn and Porsche have together....a then the second season ends either with Tankhun taking over, having recovered his marbles, or Vegas finally taking over and Kinn and Porsche retiring to a bar on the beach somewhere....
Truthfully I just hope they end it well, but even if it has like an open ending I know I'll still love it because anything that screw with my head THIS much in an ironically good way, is definitely a keeper.

It's getting a bit weak lately. The KinnPorsche relationship has lost its spark. While I appreciate that we don't…
I'm sorry but were you expecting them to take on the government? A secret syndicate? Yes they have enemies but it's the enemies close to home that you usually have to worry about. The minor family is probably going to be the final boss. Also just because this is a story about ruthless mafia, they can't have silly sides? No fun moments at all in their lives? No one in real life is that serious 24/7.
As for you not liking the characters....this series relies on the characters and their different personalities. Kinn is constantly in a rock and hard place with his duty and desire to be free, he does what he needs to do, he doesn't care for finesse. Porsche is not part of that world, he follows orders because he's forced to and he listens to Vegas because Vegas is good at casting doubt in his mind and as opposed to Kinn, hasn't wronged him in any way. Pete is smarter than he lets on, just because he's sweet doesn't mean he's not good at his job. Kim is crafty and yes, a snake but what can you expect from a mafia kid? Porchay is 17 and has no guardian around him so...can he be anything other than naïve? He's a fricking kid.
Vegas and Pete have yet to have their moment and I don't think anyone is having warm feelings in their heart and expect them to fall in love at first sight because we understand that it's not that type of story.
It's about bad people, doing bad things. But we like it anyway for how well the actors have done their roles and their dedication in telling a story you don't see that often. Not because we're fricking horny.

His whole existence is iconic.
I love that even though he's "crazy" they still let him in on the decision making, he's still family and he can still vote, awesome.
