The intercorrelation between the characters leads to intensity and complication in their love stories. Wang Shou was being foul and offensive when he decided to show off the videos of the three friends in the past. Yet, this also brings a shock not just to Wei Wei but also to the audience.
Chi Cheng kissed Cheng Yu!! Even though it was just a peck, oh my gosh. Chi Cheng almost kissed everyone here, and Dr. Jiang will be the remaining one hahaha. But not gonna lie, imagining Chi Cheng and Cheng Yu as a pair was a hot idea too.
I even felt confused after this particular scene. Does Chi Cheng like Cheng Yu, or does Cheng Yu like Chi Cheng, or do they both like each other? Nevertheless, it will be unbelievable if any of these come as a plot twist. But for now, I just believe that the two tops have a strong friendship that genuinely cares for each other.
At some point, why do I feel so good watching Wei Wei and Wang Zhen together, especially when they are boxing or training together? They're so cute, too.
What more can this series bring to the table? I'm so excited for more drama and revelation on its next EPs.

This is when it all started for things too became suspicious, in Wei Wei's POV. Chi Cheng is so caring that he will accept being misunderstood rather than breaking up the big news of Wei Wei's mother's condition to his boyfriend.
Wang Shuo's creation of the drama for the main couple was expected. We only see a glimpse of it, and it has already become a mess. I'm still hopeful that maybe we can see his character development later on, or dig deeper into his story to explain more about him, especially regarding the things that happened to them in the past.
Thankfully, we finally got to see the level-up romance between Dr. Jiang and Cheng Yu. That kiss was so sweet and pure. I am loving the light energy that they're giving us. Balancing the tension from the drama.
An unexpected sequel that I didn’t know I needed.
I remember how goofy and funny that prequel was. When they announced that a second season is coming, I felt so happy knowing that due to its success, they are giving us more. The fun and quirky love story between Akafuji and Aoyanagi literally brings good vibes to me.
What else can make one story more interesting better than adding new characters to stir up their relationship. Seeing familiar faces from previous J-BLs shows, I am so delighted to see both Robin and Gaku in this sequel. Adding more handsome faces to the scenes and I particularly love it.
As a big fan of romantic-comedy genres, this drama is such a happy pill. I burst out laughing during the sauna scene where they censored Aoyanagi’s nipple with Akafuji’s exaggerated reaction as usual.
Aside from maintaining the same fun element from the prequel, what I also love about this sequel is that they finally unveil the relationship to the two managers as the side-story. Yukari is just the same as his actor, Akafuji. He is an avid fan of the retired-actor-turned-manager Kijima that became his romantic partner eventually. I love the serious and jolly personality that these two managers have. Such a good plot twist!
On EP05, when Akafuji dressed as a girl servant in order to spy on his boyfriend, it was such a funny thing. I even didn’t notice that the background character was the main character itself. Great execution of those scenes. Their charm is to actually surprise us with an entertaining approach.
As we all knew, the main issue that the MCs had was the communication and comprehension problems they both have due to being respectable to one another. I’m glad that they are finally able to learn and convey their real thoughts and emotions at the finale. I am just hoping to see more intimate scenes from them but it’s still okay knowing that it was a rom-com drama.
I love the prequel and I also love this sequel. With the prequel only having three short EPs, from the sequel turning it to have six EPs, I am so happy to once again indulge with their chemistry and undying visuals.
I heard that the title in English should be "Peach Blossom Begins". That's why I'm having a hard time searching this one. I find it by searching SuBin instead hehe
Fresh start for New Year not until the Past shown up!
With the celebration of the New Year, couples also marked the start of their fresh romantic relationship. The fact that Chi Cheng feels more at home in Wei Wei's place rather than his family's mansion reveals a great deal about his distance from his family. The fireworks and the kiss were another romantic execution. Second best to the cinematic swimming pool kiss we saw from the last EP.
My favorite part of this EP is Cheng Yu and his never-ending care and love for Dr. Jiang. Ignoring his precious Mom's call just to make sure that he accompanied Dr. Jiang on New Year's Eve was a real effort. He even cooked delicious meals and surprised Dr. Jiang with a cake during the countdown. I swear, Cheng Yu is making me blush every single EPs. Dr. Jiang trying to take a selfie was so cute too!
Later on, we also find out the sad past of Dr. Jiang, who committed suicide because of his scumbag ex-boyfriend. Now we understand better how much he cares for his patients. And then Cheng Yu, making sure that Meng Tao was severely punished by his own hands and rushed over to Dr. Jiang to apologize, was so satisfying. The effort that Cheng Yu brings to Dr. Jiang's heart is truly magnificent.
And then, the past brings itself to the story. Wang Shou is hot too! I liked the assurance that Chi Cheng gave to Wei Wei and that he no longer cares for his ex-boyfriend. However, we feel like it was the opposite. The dramatic exit with the three old best friends at that pedestrian/crossing was too good.
All three of them are trying their best to hide their real emotions and bring back the past. Yet, after they separated, their happy facial expression dramatically changed. I'm wondering how impactful Wang Shou's reunion will be to the MC's life. Should it stir the happy moments that the main couple are experiencing or will it make their love grow even better? Let's see!
Another super sweet EP has aired. From Da Bao to Wei Wei, Chi Cheng knows how to make names sweeter than ever.
The date was too cute to handle. They got a couple of watches that can simultaneously adjust the time, Wei Wei building a bigger environment for Chi Cheng's Green Eyed Monster, and that romantically executed kiss in the deep of the pool was such a chef kiss! The cinematography for that kiss was passionate and melancholic despite the happy vibes. I was mesmerized.
But hey... Cheng Yu brings home the crown for this EP.
I just love him even more. He cares deeply for Dr. Jiang, and the respect he has for him is genuine. I also want someone as handsome as Cheng Yu is. To ensure that I am safe and sound when I'm having trouble, and no one to lean on for support. To stay overnight, look after being drunk, and prepare a well-treated, delicious breakfast first thing in the morning. Damn, I'm in love with Cheng Yu.
It is also heartwarming to witness how caring and kind Dr. Jiang is to his patient. By offering a free consultation 2-3 times per month is so respectable. I laughed when he said that Cheng Yu and Chi Cheng are not compatible because they're both TOP haha.
Anyway, this EP highlights Cheng Yu's appeal as a man. As well as having to see more romantic progress from both couples. I love them!

The aftermath of Chi Cheng's success was a pain in Da Bao's butt. He is so cute as always. I burst out laughing once more when Dr. Jiang witnessed Da Bao being pinned down by Chi Cheng in his clinic bed.
We almost got the second lead couple's intimate scenes as well, which were cut in the middle by the mysterious Meng Tao, involving Dr. Jiang's life. I'm glad that Cheng Yu controlled himself and chose to tend to and care for Dr. Jiang's uneasy emotions. Cheng Yu is so freaking handsome, hot, and adorable all at the same time.
A cliffhanger ending. We got to see one of the most intriguing confessions from Da Bao regarding his motive from the past. I just hope everything will be okay.

Kicking off EP11 with the sudden screentime from the second lead couple is such a blessing. The producer finally knew that it was about that damn time to get more from these two. The viewers are also thirsty from their lack of exposure to the recent EPs.
Their scene, which involves a suicidal, broken-hearted goal, has that connection with their characters. Dr Jiang's on-point speech about playboys who can cause psychological harm to the other party to the point that they don't care about their life anymore was such a powerful script. Thankfully, they wrap these scenes with an act that melted my heart -Cheng Yu treating Dr. Jiang's wound was so sweet and cute.
One of the best aspects of this drama is how playful every character is when it comes to playing dirty tricks. Da Bao is tricked again by the dramatic and clever Dr. Jiang, with the big help of Cheng Yu, causing Da Bao's Great Wall of China to be demolished and openly giving himself to Chi Cheng. The combination of these lines, "You're Mine" and "I'm Yours," made the whole fandom go crazy. It's such a cliche, but knowing how patient we are to hear it from them is just so satisfying.
Aside from the main couple, Cheng Yu also wins his game. The strategy of making Da Bao angry towards Chi Cheng made Dr. Jiang knock on his door and request his shelter. I love how they are all making tricks and yet, being tricked by others too hahaha.

A very cutesy BL with no drama, just youth being in love. There’s nothing notable about this show except for the chemistry of the three couples, namely, Kim-Mon, Per-Tar, and Teacher Nat-Tan.
Chokun and Aston brought me to watch this drama, and they did not disappoint. They perfectly suit their jolly and dramatic characters. The confession scenes from them are just the cutest. Smiling Chokun is so handsome. They even kissed several times, and I’m loving it.
Per-Tar, on the other hand, ignites the flame of romance during the last few EPs. They became the couple I always look forward to in the next EPs. The dog and cat fights are my cup of tea. I want more of them, and hopefully, they can have another drama playing as a BL couple since we only got to see a glimpse of their pairing from this show.
Both Teacher Nat and Tan keep up with their young folks. I adore it so much that one is super classy and serious, while the other one is clumsy and talkative. A polar opposite but they perfectly suit each other.
As far as you noticed, I did not include Shane-Kit as a couple that showcases chemistry. Because they did not manage to mesmerize me. I tried to like them, but all I can feel from their couple is being bland and boring. Individually, they have a likable storyline, but being paired together does not help it at all. I am just disappointed that they are the main couple but failed to reach my expectations.
For these reasons, the drama received a high rating from me on its first few EPs but inconsistently handled a proper plot on its latter EPs, so I lowered the overall score due to this. Nothing special, but not bad at all.
