What can I say? Everything was perfect—acting, direction, writing, and chemistry between all the actors. Especially in episodes 37 and 38, Che Zhe Yuan showed what great potential as an actor lies in him. For me, the ending is perfect because the previous cause of his PTSD has been replaced with his last experience, the fear of the death of Song Ran. However, their love still holds them together, no matter how damaged Li Zan's soul is; Song Ran wants to be together with him because she loves him, and they elope. As a couple, they want to work through this trauma alone, not being observed by family and friends. That's life; not everything is rose-colored; when you genuinely love someone, you sometimes have to live through his pain.

PS Ep 37+38 were a punch in the stomach, and I cried my heart out. 😭😭😭
