All I can tell you, she has the most beautiful smile. Whether in TLB or YAMG or here, when she smiles, it is that sincere and beautiful smile that I see. I do not how it was written in the novel, but here, from the conversation between the son and father, just before he died, there was no way they will write it he was going to kill him. In the drama, the son clearly did not want his father to die.

We are already at E12, though. Half way through the Part 1 of TBW. But, I think her character is starting to get interesting, very soon.

What to do? This is the same Dilraba. There is only so many ways she can smile. But here, her character is alot more cheeky, lot more playful. Very different context. There, in TLB, she was always burdened with wanting to take revenge. Here, at least she was having some fun, trying to train a merman. Those scenes when she was teasing Changyi, those scenes were fun to watch.

So, the son killed his father, in the novel?? If they changed it, they may be changing the story slightly. They also changed his son slightly, did they not? To make him have this one-sided crush for Ji Yunhe, when there was none in the novel. So, they could writing a slightly different story for him.

Will need to continue watching and see they play this out.
