Can't wait for him to appear. The story is getting more and more interesting. The trailer shows that Ji Yunhe herself will be getting more and more powerful. Will be really fun to watch them fight.

Yes, it sounded that way to me, from their dialogue. But, I did not read the novel and my Mandarin is a bit rusty, so was not 100% sure. Thanks so much for the confirmation. Up to now, we have yet to see Shunde's master, am I right??

Agree! If they do that, it will not pass the censorship. I am not sure about the novel, but here in the drama, they already made Lin Cang Lan less evil.

Sorry. Your previous comment, I thought you were talking about Lin Hao Qing. But, in any case, the actor who acts as Lin Cang Lan. he is a veteran, a very good actor. So, they could have also given him a slightly expanded character, compared to the novel. So, yah, I totally agree with you.
The greatest fun will come tomorrow, when all our ratings will be computer by MDL. We can see with our eyes, the score will jump. Maybe not by too much, but perhaps by .2. And then, when more people join in, it will keep increasing, till all the haters' rating will be countered by our rating.
You can also rate each individual episode. On the screen that allows you to rate, you will see one column called Episodes Watched. There is a up and down arrow. You can use that arrow to go to a specific episode, and then you click on the word Rate on the right hand side. That will allow you to rate every episode that you have watched. And this will also help to increase the rating. Try it. It is fun!!
What to do? This is the same Dilraba. There is only so many ways she can smile. But here, her character is alot…
All I can tell you, she has the most beautiful smile. Whether in TLB or YAMG or here, when she smiles, it is that sincere and beautiful smile that I see. But here, in addition to being beautiful, the smile has some degree of cheekiness to it, like she is toying with Changyi. This may not be in novel, so she could be trying to add some cuteness to the character.

I do not how it was written in the novel, but here, from the conversation between the son and father, just before he died, there was no way they will write it he was going to kill him. In the drama, the son clearly did not want his father to die.
sometimes i see lichangge on jiyunhe when she smiles sarcastically
What to do? This is the same Dilraba. There is only so many ways she can smile. But here, her character is alot more cheeky, lot more playful. Very different context. There, in TLB, she was always burdened with wanting to take revenge. Here, at least she was having some fun, trying to train a merman. Those scenes when she was teasing Changyi, those scenes were fun to watch.

So, the son killed his father, in the novel?? If they changed it, they may be changing the story slightly. They also changed his son slightly, did they not? To make him have this one-sided crush for Ji Yunhe, when there was none in the novel. So, they could writing a slightly different story for him.
Will need to continue watching and see they play this out.

Here, he got killed by that poison that induced coldness in the body. How did he in the novel?? His son killed him? If so, maybe they are trying to make the son less cruel.
Will need to continue watching and see they play this out.
