I suppose SBS wants to reset their schedule and to have a fresh start come the New Year, hence this"schedule filler"/"recycled rom com/ odd 14 ep. series. It's easy watching as everything is so predictable. I don't regret finishing it, but rewatch value for me is zero to none.
When I learned that Jang Na Ra's character is the only main character returning, it first reminded me about "Dr. Romantic". While I will miss Nam Ji Hyun's character in Season 1 greatly, I think that's the only way they can create another full season of exciting stories.
First, great TV series. I am very impressed with the complexity of the story. It took a while to sort out all the relationships among the characters, but once you passed that point, you will be wanting more. I think the superficial, and witchcraft was a bit odd, but they needed that to start the whole arc of taking revenge. As I said already, the story was great. It's uncommon to find a script like that these days.
I hope they will make a second reason. If you watch to the end, it's obvious there should be a season two.
Even though it was made in 2016, Signal is still on many top 10 Best K-drama lists. Someone told me about it years ago when I started to become a Kdrama fan. To this day, it's still on my recommended list. Looking forward to the Second Signal
ive stopped at 7ep and I've been thinking about put it on hold. at least until its finished because I'm not enjoying…
I like the twist. Our ML and FL continue to provide us the warm feels and romance as they are advertised. In addition, the story turns more interesting as some characters turns out not to be what they appear! I wonder if the FL would have known the twist from the webtoons she read, or things have been totally changed since she entered into this world. I haven't finished this week's episodes so I will hold off my judgement for now.
I have been watching kdramas for many years - period, and supernatural (and the combination) are among my favorites. This one is not bad, but when compared to other great ones I have watched in the past, something seem to be missing. I am here to read the comments from others to see what people say. I think the story is not as tight as it could have been (16 vs. 12 episodes); If they want to drag to 16 episodes, I would like to see more flashbacks, particularly about the imugi. Pung San [Shaman] is the big bad. He caused a lot of harm and sadness. he has always had the upper hand until the very end. I would like to see the fights more back and forth, not as one-sided. The romance is not the typical kdrama stereotype, and not winning the hearts of the audience, I think
i like the story telling. the slowness. the subtlenessanyway. i enjoyed it everyminute of it. alot of flash backs…
I agree. I also like the way the story was told. However, I know that's not the typical way and not everyone like this. In the end, I think people should give new idea and new style a chance
It's a daring act to have a whole episode without the ML (ep. 9). (not counting flashback. This is essentially an episode for 2ML and 2FL, allowing them to drive the story forward. It's refreshing
