Title Ai Long Nhai
Nhai might be a bit dense at times, needy, sometimes a klutz and too impulsive, but he's too cute and genuinely seems to love Ai, who is infatuated with him but knows this boy is a handful, which is why he is so patient with him and was quick to clear up the misunderstanding regarding the girl Nhai saw hugging him, who was also quick to accept the explanation. It's a far cry from the sometimes toxic relationship between Fah and Sher in Fahlanruk, with Sher regularly slugging Fah in the face every time something goes wrong which is an over-the-top and unnecessary reaction. I really like this good-natured series and of the current crop of couples in current shows, imho Ai and Nai are the sweetest and most adorable couple of them all. Aside from those two, it's a shame Song didn't have the courage to tell In he likes him and vice versa. Finally, there's Nine and FM who appear to be attracted to each other but have yet to do something about it; I hope they do.

Right!!! I am TOTALLY confused by Ai's hatred for his Mom and sister. One being that the subs are so bad. Of all…
I agree with everything you said except the subs. In the version I watched there was nothing wrong with them.

is this worth the watch?
Definitely. They are really cute, really love each other and most importantly, the relationship is far less toxic than that of Fah and Sher in Fahlanruk, principally because when there is a misunderstand it is cleared up very quickly without one person slugging the other one in the face regularly.
On Love in the Air Nov 11, 2022
It was probably a good idea to combine both books into one series, first introducing Rain and Sky who are good friends, then concentrating on Rain's relationship with Payu in the first half followed by Sky's relationship with Pai in the second half, Payu and Pai also being friends and fellow racing drivers. The circumstances regarding how the couples met and what they went through until each couple was secure with each other were very different.

Sky was the most fully drawn out character due to his background story which only emerged fully in the final episode. When we first meet him, he comes across as confident and carefree but after we discover that his ex was a vile and nasty piece of work who was the cause of Sky's nightmares, we see how vulnerable and psychologically scarred it made him. Fortunately for him, Pai rises to the occasion and becomes the boyfriend Sky needs to move on and allow him to be truly happy.

I have to agree with some of the comments that suggest a 14th episode is in order (though I read that a Special Ep. is being made), meaning that after the trauma and resolution Sky faced in this episode, the final one should be the usual fluffy and happy one set say six months later and include one extended scene featuring both couples doing something fun together.

Production values were generally of a high standard except for rustling mics when characters hugged. The cast was excellent on the whole, Sky and Pai were a particularly attractive looking couple and one's interest was kept up due to the strong storyline, making it easy to remember what happened and return to watch week after week.
On 2 Moons: The Ambassador Nov 10, 2022
For a series that began strongly in its first season and was not as strong in its second season, this third season has deteriorated even further and can only be described as trite. The love story of Lom and Tatch is going nowhere fast too. Still, that's not to say it's not worth watching. - the cast is attractive as one would expect but there's not much going on so it continues to be only a pleasant diversion that passes the time.

Title Fahlanruk
(Ep. 9) It really is getting rather repetitive and next week looks like more of the same. The only slight development was with Prince and Gear though it's only partial. I'm sure Pai (who I don't like) trying to crack on to Ping will not get anywhere, similarly with Pie (who I don't like either) and Fah. Overall, the writers are not that inspired when it comes to plot development.
On Ai Long Nhai Nov 1, 2022
Title Ai Long Nhai
(Ep. 6) One can't help falling for Ai and Nhai as they are such a sweet couple. In this episode, exactly half way through the series, they finally declared themselves to be boyfriends with clearly delineated roles: Ai, the 'seme' and Nhai, the 'uke'. For those who aren't familiar with these terms, let me quote from an academic text from various authors published by The Media School, Indiana University - Bloomington. 'Fujoshi [(腐女子, lit. "rotten girl"), a reclaimed Japanese term for female fans of manga, anime and novels that feature romantic relationships between men] generally use the term "seme," a Japanese word which means the attacker, to refer to the penetrator in sexual behavior in BL stories, while "uke" means “the receiver” and refers to the penetrated. Previous research has shown that in BL stories, seme characters are often depicted as older, mature, decisive and dominant, much like stereotypical men. "Ukes" are typically described as younger, immature, vulnerable and submissive, much like stereotypical women characters (Akatsuka, 2010; Woldge, 2005). Thus the seme-uke model in BL stories implies that the characters in homosexual romantic relationships often take on heterogendered roles.' As Ai and Nhai referred to themselves as hubby and wife, I'd say that more or less describes these two.

One thing that strikes me as I watch Thai BL series is how fragile the boys are, forever becoming injured playing sports, no matter how slight the incident looks, and getting fevers requiring the ubiquitous sponge bath. In this episode, both of these afflict Nhai.

I'll finish with the scene featuring Song and In, who met each other at a bar and appeared to take an immediate attraction to each other. Then Song left In to sit with a female acquaintance who he was waiting for. I couldn't quite work out the conversation that ensued when they discussed In. What on earth is going on there? Any response is welcome.

Title Fahlanruk
(Ep. 8) It's not uncommon at about this point in a BL series for everyone to have misunderstandings with their boyfriends so they're all left in various states of misery, though Fah recovered quickly.

Fah seeing Prince fawn over Sher was an overreaction, to say the least. He's well aware of how close they are and knows they are not romantically involved. Sher kissing Prince on the forehead was nothing but a sign of affection but Fah made a big deal of it unnecessarily, so once again there's a rift in the relationship. That led to a rift between Prince and Gear who is jealous of the closeness between him and Sher and feels miffed that Prince can hug Sher but not him even though Prince told him he makes him very happy. However, he's right to feel that pursuing a relationship with Prince might be a dead end though Fah is happy for them to be together.

The other unhappy pair are roommates Ping and Tap, mainly because Ping can't tell Tap he's in love with him but even Fah tells Ping he's concerned about his boyfriend (while he was ill), then Ping thinks, how does he know? Ping also thinks that Tap and Namwah are an item. All the signs are that they are just friends but Ping can't see that, hence he distances himself from Tap making the situation worse. Poor Tap. Such a sweet looking boy who really cares about Ping but does he love him as well? We'll just have to wait and find out how all this develops.

(Ep. 2) I can't comment on other genres except for BL in which we're used to ghosts and body shifting. Here it goes a step further to a living, breathing corpse whose body doesn't deteriorate and presumably doesn't heal from the trauma of the accident. Fortunately, there are no wounds on his face. Being BL, there's a romance between boys, in this case between Oiumi who is alive and Koichi who is 'dead'. It sounds a bit creepy but it isn't. That's quite a feat. What will be interesting is the portrayal of how when back at school Koichi's classmates will gradually begin to forget about his existence except, of course, for Oumi, as their friendship blossoms into romance. How will it feel to kiss someone whose body is stone cold? This is quirky, fascinating and very original.

(Ep. 11) Dramatically, this show has improved a great deal and this episode is central to the development of Eiw and Cake's relationship which is now in turmoil. As Cake noted, they were once very close, the centre of each other's world, but while Cake was in America, it all changed after Eiw took his advice, joined the drama club and made lots of new friends. Now he's back, he wants things to be just the same but that is impossible. Cake is jealous of the attention Eiw receives and wants Eiw to himself again, except for admitting he's actually in love with Eiw, who at one point told Kung and a female friend that he was gay but was afraid to admit it because they might be homophobic (they're not, of course). Regarding Tal, who those two know is interested in Eiw, he told him in no uncertain terms he didn't want to date him, which leaves him single for the moment and without an impediment for him accepting Cake's proposal to be his boyfriend in next week's episode after they make up. Realistically, they had to go through this to get to that point.

Is there anywhere like dailymotion or what I can watch this without apps or something? My country banned BL content…
I find the best way to see BL dramas when not available on YouTube (which is most of them, and then some of them are in cut versions), is the KissAsian website. However, here's a warning: when using the Standard Server, while watching you'll find bits of dialogue repeated for no reason, so it's best to use one of the other servers.

I'm surprised the average score for this series given by MDL viewers is only 7.6; I've given it a 9.0. It's got drama, a strong storyline, it's funny, it's sexy, the two lead guys are hot as hell and the theme song, Dancing with the Devil isn't bad either, though for my taste it's underdeveloped and could be more powerful. BL dramas appear to have moved on from engineering students to architecture students and given that Mangkorn is in his 5th year and getting experience working on real projects, his accidental encounter with Yai quickly merging with a new job that he is to supervise, is the pretext for the two of them to go from enemies to lovers. I think it's going to be a lot of fun and I'll be eagerly awaiting each weekly episode.

Ep. 10. It took quite a while for this series to pick up steam and I feel that where we are now should have happened two episodes ago. It is remarkable, though, in the time frame of the three years that Cake was in America, both he and Eiw do look a little more mature and Cake looks cuter than ever - I do like his new hair colour and Eiw is not so annoying. He is essentially good-natured, friendly and helpful to a fault, but he is also innocent and somewhat naive. In the intervening period, he's gained more confidence and is a little more self-assured which has helped him to attract more friends, in particular, Tal who appears to fancy him and judging by the furtive glances, sometimes with daggers in his eyes, Cake is jealous of the closeness displayed by Tal towards Eiw. This is the first time that real emotions have leapt to the surface though Cake ensures Eiw is unaware of how he's feeling. It's become a setup for who wins the affections of Eiw: Cake or Tal. Cake is more firmly entrenched in Eiw's life: they frequently sleep together, love to cuddle and Cake loves stroking his hair and patting him on the head, so when he saw Tal messing with Eiw's hair, it was too much for him and he had to jump in and take over. For his part, having seen Eiw with Cake, Tal realises it will be very challenging for him to win Eiw from Cake and that is going to be at the forefront of the next episode.
On Takara-kun & Amagi-kun Oct 14, 2022
The big difference between Japanese and Thai BL drama is that the former is more introspective, with characters often airing their thoughts as voiceovers, which is the case with this show. It was cute, quirky, wholesome and light-hearted. Amagi and Takara make an odd couple but it still works. Their friends, Katori and Tanaka, the only ones who know about their relationship, play an important part in the proceedings. Katori adds a bit of intellectual gravitas while Tanaka - the Mr Popular among his classmates due to his good looks - is just pleased that he's one of this exclusive quartet, both being accepting and non-judgemental. We leave them looking towards the future, Amagi and Takara knowing their love for each other will endure beyond school, as it should.

I like this series a lot. It's uncomplicated and straightforward, concentrating on the relationship between Fah and Sher and their various friends, plus there's PInk, the fujoshi, busy sending pictures of the pair to a fan page. Fah is the driving force here as Sher can't help but be swept up in Fah's infatuation with him, mainly because Fah is a) taller, b) more handsome, and c) rich (listed not necessarily in order of importance). Both boys are independently minded and strong willed, leaving little room for sentimentality or real romance. It's been relatively light and breezy, moving on from incident to incident. It's still early days so anything can happen, including flareups and tears, but I'm sure they'll take it in their stride and overcome these moments. Meanwhile, let's just enjoy.

Title Oh! My Sunshine Night Spoiler
[Ep. 12]
Quite the dramatic episode, this one, but what to make of it.

Let's start with the meal on the balcony of Sun's condo. Kim is about to eat a prawn, Sun looks at it and Kim pops it in his mouth then Sun tells him he's allergic to them. Kim had barely chewed on it when he jumped up and rushed to the bathroom and out came white-coloured spew, no food. Not possible, yet he somehow has a reaction and lies down on the couch where Sun gives him the inevitable half-hearted wet cloth treatment on his left side, entirely missing the right side. Apparently, Sun gave him an antihistamine, which would take a little while to work. Nevertheless, Kim appears to be asleep. Sun, sitting next to him, attempts to rise, but is pulled back and held in a vice-like grip by Kim, then it happens again, but he finally manages to free himself. I thought that scene was hilarious, but it could only happen in a BL drama, not in real life.

The other major development was when Rain, his parents and the doctor left the property the latter purchased, but she doesn't go with them in the helicopter. Cut to the pilots. I knew something was up when they conversed. Up they go. Rain notices the doctor's car going in the wrong direction. He has remarkable eyesight. Then the helicopter develops a problem, apparently explodes midair and crashes in a rainforest. At the same time, Kim is on his motorbike going home when a massive truck turns in front of him and he collides with it. That was meant to happen but how on earth could it have been planned and executed? Who knew Kim was leaving Sun's place and how did this truck appear out of nowhere to cause the collision? Lastly, we see the doctor in her car, shedding petals of the rose she is holding, meant to symbolise the demise of the family she had been dealing with. The question is, how could such a sweet, rich lady like her be so nefarious and why? She sees the report of both incidents on TV and decides to go to the hospital where Kim is, obviously to try and finish him off, but in next week's episode, while she's in his room, Sun enters and is shocked by her presence. What does he know about her? Will he save Kim from an untimely death? Somehow, I'm sure he will. But before this happens, the bodies of Kim's parents miraculously get wheeled past him in the very hospital he's in, despite the fact they died a considerable distance away in a tropical forest. That scenario is just ridiculous.

We're left with Kim possibly about to suffer from amnesia and Rain is missing. We presume he will be found alive, but that would only be possible if he jumped out of the helicopter before it exploded and had a parachute, so his instincts and reflexes would have been much quicker than that of his parents who plunged to their fiery doom. Phayu, of course, still hopes that Rain is alive, but once they are reunited, will Rain allow himself to be with Phayu and vice versa?

Such unexpected developments and unanswered questions from this evolving drama, however improbable, do at least keep it interesting. With another four episodes to go, there's a lot more in store for our boys.

Something very odd is going on here in that there appear to be two versions of Ep. 3 - one is littered with repeated snippets, marring the continuity and the other just plays normally. Aside from that, I'm finding it kinda trite. I also find it remarkable that these supposed teenagers are all in their twenties and Eiw (Earth) is older than Kung (Peak) by three years though with his whiny voice you wouldn't know it. I get that it's mostly about Eiw and Cake but overall it's rather mediocre.
