Now I don’t care about the CW and LWY couple anymore. My whole heart is with WWY and WSG. Their love feels so natural, and their emotions… ah, I don’t even know how to explain it. Whenever I think about them, my eyes literally shine. Their love, both in the illusion world and in the real world, gives my heart both ache and happiness at the same time. This couple is truly amazing. Their suffering, pain, love, and redemption are all on another level.

When I first started this drama, I didn’t like it because it had many similarities to FOF. Still, I appreciate the storyline and plot. Other elements in this drama feel very similar to many other dramas, but the emotional depth of this couple really stands out.

I'm not really excited about this drama, but I’m still watching it because it is genuinely a good one. The story flows in a different way that isn’t very familiar compared to many previous dramas, which makes it interesting in its own way.

Anyway, I’m currently on episode 20, and I really want spoilers from novel readers. I have a feeling that the male lead is not just an ordinary man or general. His identity seems like it will be something unique, possibly connected to spiritual powers. He might even become more powerful than the female lead in the future, or perhaps he could be the reincarnation of a very powerful character.

I don’t really see much freshness in the script of this drama. But the director definitely has a poet’s eye—that’s what makes the drama special.

I’ve seen many negative reviews in Douban, yet the drama is still doing very well in China. It’s a nice drama, though I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece. If you watch it with a relaxed mind, it’s easy to get completely obsessed with it. But if you watch it more critically and pay attention to the different elements, you might start noticing some flaws—just like I did.
