I am watching all three dramas. When we talk abt the production quality, like CGI, visual, fighting, BR is far ahead. But the story progression and costume are really nice here. Often, my focus is on acting and storyline. So this one is the best for me.

Overall, there are more positive reviews than negative 👍. If it sounds like your type, go for it! Compared to other xianxia dramas aired this year, I think this one is definitely worth watching ✨.
I wanted to watch this but after reading the reviews - its a tough call.... The positive reviews are all superficial…

My biggest disappointment? The drama’s background setting 😕. Jixing Abyss was okay 🌌, but Yaoguang… I don’t know. Very poor quality 😬.
Watching ep 10 😵💫… I don’t think I’ve ever been in such a mess watching a wuxia 😅. Even if I put aside the usual mysteries, I’m still so tangled 🌀. There were tons of characters in BOY, and I was so confused 🤯. But after completing it, wow—it was really awesome ✨.
Then I watched DY—also tons of characters, and thinking about the connections between the prequel and sequel made my head spin 🤯💫. Watching the prequel after the sequel was the hardest because I already knew their futures 😳.
Now I’m watching a spin-off from those two dramas 🤔… my brain just… doesn’t brain 🫠. The biggest confusion? Some characters who were dark in previous dramas are now main characters 🌞, showing their bright sides 🌸. My brain is literally in my hands 😵. I’m still trying to untangle this mess 🧩💭.
