Her screentime is limited, so this is the fastest (or most standard) conclusion that a superficial viewer might come to, especially when they know the bromance is strong.
I watched the drama with a blank slate, and I really liked her character for what she is. A human being, with weaknesses that she shows many times, but she also has strengths of her own. She’s a great supportive character for the entire group. And her romance with the male lead is subtle, but it’s so sweet and so deep that it could confuse even the most die-hard bromance lovers (just look at assez comments, lol).
But in the end, it's each viewer's mindset and personal preferences that tend to make the final call.
I'm not much into transmigration dramas, but for CY I've been through worse, lol. And here we even have Xu Zhen Xuan, who was lovely in FOF! I really hope to see lots of friendship and family moments!

PJ has that edgy attitude toward WX, like she feels a bit weird when WX is really friendly with her, but overall, it's not a bad feeling. It's more the kind that brings you closer to someone. She also only opens up to WX, which makes their bond feel really strong.

If he doesn’t know who he really is, it would be impossible for her to know. But she will prove that she understands him even more than he understands himself. And the way she comes to that conclusion is not easy, on the contrary, it’s a key part of the whole journey of this drama. Really touching.
And the way she follows the case is also realistic: time passes, unrelated or less important problems get in the way, and the investigation moves slowly, full of doubt and tangled with emotions and feelings.
Still, she is brave enough to decide not to believe what everyone tells her to believe. She is strong enough to dig deeper and uncover the truth that others want to hide or refuse to accept. And she is smart enough to understand what is real and what is not, in the end.
And most importantly, she never becomes a liability for him while doing all this (quite the opposite). Which is really unusual in all the drama i have seen.
Nope - the male lead and the female lead are a couple.BUT there is an incredible bond between the two male leads…
I usually like at most 2–3 characters in a drama. But here, the mains, the villain, even the secondary characters, are all so relatable and flawed in a human way that it's hard not to fall for almost all of them at some point.
In the second part, I found the whole story more engaging as the characters became more solid and their interactions…
