I agree, it makes me really sad too, and dwelling on it makes it worse. I do want to call out unfairness, but I want more to put my energy on supporting the actor I like.
And even though I keep drama and real life separate, knowing the negative bts stuff actually made me appreciate the positive efforts even more, especially from HMH.
Let me say that anyone claiming that ZYC was wronged because he was "forced" to "forgive" ZYZ in the drama clearly doesn't understand the character they claim to love.
Mixing real life with fiction never leads to anything good, even if I understand how easy it can be to blur those lines, especially when the issues from one side start affecting the other, and vice versa.
Basically, I separate the drama from real life, maybe because I watched the show first and only learned about the bts stuff later. That’s why I have no issue shipping both the romance and the bromance, and to say that the on-screen favoritism is pretty obvious.
As for the real-life side, HMH was seriously bullied at the time, and from multiple directions. CDL speaking up meant a lot, even if she was asked to do it, it still showed support. In contrast, the silence from someone else in the same position was deeply disappointing. Can’t deny that.
I wish more actors would speak up to calm their fandom, especially when the attacks become so severe and prolonged. Sometimes even small gesture can help.
Hope this is true. Thinking about it we didn't get enough Ying Lei and Yuanzhou interactions so I really hope…
After his birthday concert, I hope to see him in a reunion even with Fei, lol. Hmh and ZY seem to be on good terms, and I’d really love to see a drama with some bromance between them! 🧡

Hou Ming Hao is the lead actor. The first scene in the vid is from another one of his dramas, "Dashing Youth". It also have a lot of bromance, just like this one (even if it is very different from FOF), and it aired shortly before this series. :)
Also, here’s the reason for all that waiting, they went full CGI, and from the trailer, it looks incredible. I can also feel Tian Yao vibe from this. lol
