I'm watching Let Go of My Baby and now i want to see Hmh and MTY in a strong bromance drama 🤩🤩🤩
They also look a little alike, it could work even to play real drama brothers 😍😍😍

I base my opinions on what i read here and find coherent to believe.
Those are not far-reaching assumptions, just logic deductions.
If i noticed something wrong and the director may have preference then it make sense for it to be so.
It is not the absolute truth.
It is a coherent deduction and i am expressing my disappointment on it. I thought this was clear.

There's no need to give me blame that I don't have.
And i dont want to start any fan war.
Hmh as Zyz is perfect but despite his flaws i like Zyc too, i never said otherwise?
No need to get angry at me only because i dont share your opinion and want to be free to say mine.

I am sure that some change were done for censoreship, but the same goodbye should have simply be done to Zyz instead of zyc. No censorship, just deliberate director preferential choice to give that actor more screentime. It was obvious even when i didnt know anything, now it's just clear why.

I am not angry at the actor or the character. I am angry at the director 😆
He made many annoying and out of logic change to favor his agency, i can bear with most of them but this one about LL really is sensless and kinda cruel for the characters 😥

Why he should talk of the wildness with Zyc when he made a promise with Zyz?😥
Love or friendship LL had a deep bond with Zyz, at least a proper, direct goodbye to him was deserved........ Why change something so little but so important? Just some little details, , but it made the difference so big!

Everyone, someone got the novel #ReturningDreams. In conclusion, the novel matches the uncut version of the script. What profoundness of #LiLunZhuYan that was missing is still evident in all the novel versions. 🥺 For example:

The scene before LiLun died for the first time, LiLun said, "ZhuYan, I have not forgotten my promise. I will live and die with you. I will wait for you."

The scene where LiLun gave half of the demon power to Yi Chen and half to ZhuYan, LiLun said, "Zhu Yi Chen, please help me. Protect ZhuYan."

And when LiLun flew up to sacrifice himself, LiLun directly said to ZhuYan, "I swore to protect the Great Huang together with you. We will live and die together. I have lived and fulfilled my oath. ZhuYan, I hope you will fulfill our oath as well."

I can only talk of this case and as i have already said when a very interesting character, that is also the main, and this should have semplified his developpement, is put instead on the sideline by another character, interesting but a lot less in comparison to that one, i cannot find any other reason than a strong preferenzialism for the actor, not the character.
I watched this drama without knowing any of those bts, but after knowing them, many doubt on some scene in the drama were clarified.

Some of the director choice werent evidently professional one. It was clear to me too as just a casual viewer.
It has nothing to do with play with the expectations of the viewer, it is just plain unprofessional favoritism. He still did a good work but, for example, there is no denial that he subtly (not even that much) give the 2ml major importance than the ml itself when as much as the 2ml was interesting the ml instead had layers of shade that needed to be explored more. Ml character had so much potential, he is recognised as one of the most interesting character ever seen. And Hmh skill in playing such a complicated character were peerless.
There is no professional logic or coherent excuse to not use this multifaceted character at his best.
Of course the director is free to do what he want but that doesnt means that his choice were always professional and not preferenzial.
The directors that work many time with the same actor are 99% from the same agency, it is beetween them, that they chose who is the best. But when another actor come from a difference agency and they must choose between their actor or the main, sometime directors also risk to ruin the drama for their loyalty to their agency.

I am rewatching it, but the end doesnt change.😭
How many time do i need to rewatch the ending so it wont hurt anymore?😭😭

So, after all the info regarding the director preferences, on my rewach i am noticing some details that cant really be justified in the story.
One of the saddest one is at LL death. He was obsessed by Zyz, at the end he talk about the promise he made with him , but he shout....to Zyc to wach him? Really? His last look and words about the wildness dont go to his long lost love...i mean friend Zyz but to Zyc? 😲
Kinda forced here!😅🤣
At first when he started to talk with Zyc instead of Zyz i was sure he would have said something like "Take care of him" but he didnt 😭
Then it really make no sense for his last words to be given to Zyc instead Zyz....😅😥

Oh, yes! I would have loved more backstory about Zyz🤩
So interesting, so much potential....wasted. Pity.😥

We really needed more displays of affection towards him, of any kind. He sooo deserve them 😭😭

Ep 34, when ml ascend to the sky and the music start, and the eyes of the demonic bow seems to move according to the music, that is the coolest moment of the whole drama! WOW

Seems like the best drama are set to broke our heart 💔 instead of giving us a satisfying, clear, deserved happy ending 😥

That 1st episode is a masterpiece in a masterpiece 😍
