After seen the HelloSat episode of 2022 i realize that Cheng Yi aside from his incredibily talent for spinning the staff has also an amazing flexibility!!!!! I mean he almost bends backwards to make a bridge while standing!! You need an incredible flexibility and a lots of muscle to do that! I have already noticed it in one of the last episode of MLC where he and DFS come out of the wedding chamber and start to fight the enemy, he dodge a hit and he bend backwards so, so much and so fast it almost worried me (i heard he had some back injury)!!! And it was him, not a stunddouble becouse we see him in a bts do that movement!!!! It is amazing!!He has the flexibility of an athlete or a professional dancer! That is not simply something that you can gain becouse "as an actor you work out for the role!!!" And in the Hello Sat he amaze me aven more becouse he bend so much witouth even a little warm up!!! The host seems to worry about him too, in fact he starts to support him!🤣 Cheng Yi abilitys never end to amaze me!!! Never seen an actor as great as him, not only for his acting skills that are unsurpassable but also for the professionality and his commitment in pushing his body to the max for his work! Wow! Just Wow!He is amazing! He is incredible!😍😍😍

That dress was really tight, he could only take steps of few cm, in fact he is forced to tear it to come out of the water. But it was cute that it was DFS and not FDB to help him walk!🥰 And he also notice the bruise on LLH neck and give him a medicine, he didnt have to, it was not livetreatening , he was just worried for LLH! So sweet!🥰

I think it is underrated. You complain about the ending the most, I am disappointed in that too. There where many way for LLH to avoid to give the flower to the emperor, but in my opinion they choice this to follow the novel ending. I found it lazy too. But still,even after all the efforts his friends make to gain it, it has always been only LLh, and HIS ALONE, the choice to decide about his life and so to take the flower or not and he choice not to. But we are talking about the last episodes here, it cannot really compromise the quality of the whole drama.
About LLH charachter grow, LX persnality is mostly presented to us only by the words of other characters, but in 10 years from a strongh, arrogant, unforgiving young fighter he become a calm, smart and reflexive deeper man! His growth and his change from LX to LLH is explained when LLH talk with the doublespy, and is heartbreaking and admirable at the same time!!!!
The tragic situation he was in, his body deadly poisoned and wounded, everything he lived for, his energy and fighter skill, lost forever. Now alone, berayed by his companion, without friend, without a love. He was shattered in thousands pieces in body and mind, but even in that situation he survived....and survive take efforts.
That is where this drama took a different route from all of the other revenge drama , instead of becoming obsessed by revenge and blinded by hate... his efforts to simply surviving all alone make him forget about his rage and his hate. He realize that simple living, living freely from everything and as one wish to, was more meaningfull than everything he ever did.
This is the change LLH go trought in 10y ,there is no bigger or deeper character grow possible than this.
Then, about reviving the sect? deeper meaning in persisting in it? Sound like the classic plot of a revenge,fighter drama. This means that you miss the meaning of the whole show. For once the main theme it is not to costantly fight and battle to gain something or always have more, but just to let go of the past and the conflicts in it (and the difficulties in doing so), and to not be influenced by the expectations of others. Just to freely live the live that you want as you want it. It is an incredibly refreshing and appreciated new theme to put in wuxia/fighter drama. That is why i say that is underrated.😁

Well, consider that he keep it hidden from FDB for a long time, it is unlikely that people really heard him cought so much. They probably just started to talk about it and exaggerete it. And the angry butcher was just shouthing the wrost things he heard to curse at him. But still to shout things like that to a sweet, cunning and carefree LLH while he was walking away in the street, was really mean and also let you painfully guess that there was something terribly wrong with his healt!!!😭😭

Anyway every story is used and reused, it is how you play it that make it good or bad and MLC make a really great work with it. It add some refreshing, new and interesting theme to the old one and keep it's quality at the best, is amazing. You should undestand that if you like a boring, banal used and reused old rom com story.😐 I feel very offended too when you say that "that" can't be compared to such a brillant drama as MLC is.😐😐😐
