Tbh I got sooo disappointed, that I even dropped the series after ep 12. One of the reasons might be, that I read a few chapters of this story's manga a while back and fell in love with the character designs. Even though the actors have mostly the same hairstyle as their characters in the manga, I wasn't as charmed by the actors as I was by the manga characters, unfortunately. One of the main reasons why I dropped this series, is bc of the acting. For me it felt stiff & forced and wasn't really convincing. I didn't even feel sad, when they cried. Especially Dean was very painful to watch, I didn't like his acting at all unfortunately... I also didn't feel any chemistry between the In & Korn or Pharm & Dean, which is essential for me, when the acting is lacking. I hoped they would have a better chemistry with the time, but wasn't really the case... I liked the acting of Win & Team much more and imo they had much more chemistry. They were really cute and weren't as forced or cringy as the other couples. But who knows, maybe I'm biased here 🤷🏾♀️

I watched this kdrama a few years ago (one of my first kdrama) and I really liked it (8.5/10). And today I wanted to rewatch it and dropped it after ep 3. Main reasons are that I was annoyed by the gang & the highschoolers, it wasn't funny at all for me (but I like the secretary though). And I hate her mother! When I first watched it, I thought that there will be some kind of redemption plot for her, like how can you treat your daughter like that & what does she even do the whole day, when FL is the one who does most of the housework? But instead of redemption part, there was merely an explanation for her behaviour (not sure if I remember it correctly). I wasn't satisfied with the explanation, but I let it be, since I was focused on the cute main couple. I really just want to watch the scenes with FL & ML, since they are so cute and fluffy!
I didn't like the drama at all. I actually like all the 4 main actors and I knew that it would be sth light-hearted…
Btw those running away / chasing scenes were hilarious: How are people in their long clothes (hanbok ?) with carts full of alcohol faster than traditional soldiers? The whole "not hurting the people" principle of the ML got on my nerve, it was too naive in my opinion. Because of that, the enemy got away too often. "Not killing people" would have been much better... Idk, maybe he changed that habit in the second half of the drama 🤷🏾♀️

I waited until ep 8 because of the actors (especially the 2nd ml) to sth happen, to have sth to laugh, but for me it wasn't fun at all and those episodes were full of predictable scenes for me that I ended up getting bored... I wanted to check, whether some of my predictions were right and checked a few scenes from last episode and some of the predictions were really right, which disappointed me even more... As for the romance, I don't see how they fell in love, neither FL nor the both MLs, they fell in love bc they had to, which is quite sad. The one thing that I did enjoy was the bromance and the sismance between the 2 FLs and the sismance between the FL and pub owner (?), but they didn't stop me from dropping this drama, unfortunately...
I dont get why people are so caught up at the lack of skinship between the leads...? I thought it was predictable…
The ex-mother-in-law didn't do it bc FL lied, she just says that to put all the blame on FL, like she always does. She didn't want the FL to get pregnant / have a baby, because then the child will inherit everything and not her actual son
It was nice it was great! But what I'm really here for is to rant about this bullshit breakup in episode 15...…
for me it was quite the opposite, I totally understood her. If PBG was the one who got hurt, she would be there for him. But the problem was that his loved ones got hurt and neither PBG nor SHK could do anything. This hurt PBG even more, which hurt SHK. So through ending their relationship at least his family wouldn't be hurt any longer...
It's a good drama, but definitely not the best. Some scenes were overdramatic, sometimes the music was overdramatic and the couple were a little too cringe as if they were highschoolers or uni students...
