Didn't think I'd enjoy this show much! It's absurd, funny, endearing, adorable, and quirky, all at the same time!…
don't be, I powered through because I'm a completionist but his role there was a glorified extra compared to this one, he truly shines here and took a lot of us by suprise. he's got a great future in kdramas for sure
Flex X Cop one of my favorite shows in 2024. Sad she is not part of S2, but I will wait with judgement until I…
I disagree to an extent, I love both AOS seasons but the swap worked because of the soul hopping. Arthdal didn't and the cast change is way more jarring despite the plot and acting being fantastic. Tbh i didn't think Flexx was good enough for a s2 anyway but since they announced it I hope they introduce a new character and make it work in the storyline instead of a straight actor swap.
This show will take you a bit by surprise by how good it is. Very good story development that seems to unwind at just the right pace, great acting and cast chemistry. With both hilarious sass and heartbreaking drops peppered throughout, it will keep you very engaged each episode. It gets a solid 8, I loved it!
I rate it a 6.It was a waste of time. It was a HE. BUT MADE NO SENSE!!!He might liked her secretly like a stalker…
Yumi's Cells and The Devil Judge are the best dramas he's been in imo, but he's been in others too. he's also in the currently airing Our Unwritten Seoul which is quite good
I'm hype for S3, I adore this drama! but ..am I the only one concerned about the ML cast with regard to age? KJW is dreamy and was good in two other dramas I've seen him but he looks hella young to be taking over a publishing team. I'm dreading it being like My Dearest Nemesis which despite loving Hyun wook, I just couldn't take seriously even for a moment. tldr - I'm excited but hope they cast someone that looks a bit more mature.
Buried Hearts is definitely the leading drama of the year for me so far, and we still have half the series to go! So hype, I knew it would be a hit from the very first episode
Imo Buried Hearts was a hit from the very first episode, Undercover High School is good and has consistently been ahead of it with the ratings but they're for different audiences. I prefer a more mature drama with angst galore and Buried Hearts is the first 10/10 of the year for me.
Then don't? No ones got a gun to your head. Some of us will, some wont, I can live with that why can't you? Some people on here put so much passion behind spewing negativity towards stuff you know nothing about, it's truly staggering.
Have no clue who these people are so let me see if I got this right.
Married man falls in love with woman 20 years younger, man tries to get divorce but gets denied by wife/law. So man builds life with the woman he loves anyway, is now expecting a child and is branded as trash 'who has been in an inappropriate relationship for nine years'? Don't make me laugh. Let the man live his twilight being happy, what's it to you. If it bothers you that much, let people who no longer want to be married get a divorce instead of scrunching up your nose, good god.
I cannot imagine staying married to a man that no longer wants me as his wife. Man or woman, life doesn't end with a divorce for crying out loud, we are all worth more than that.
His honesty is so disarming :) I loved this show just as I loved pretty much all his previous work and will definitely be watching everything this talented man is in the future.
Gangnam B-Side might have dropped from the top spot but can we all just take in the fact even at this moment in the disney global top 10 there's no less than 4 kdramas, i'm so proud of them all!!
But 99.9% of the comments are praising this show to the high heavens and agreeing with your take. Why does a couple…
Why did my general comment bother you so much that you just had to reply to it? The same way you replied a bunch of times here over the past couple of days. I don't have an issue with critique when it's done respectfully, phrasing these as 'problematic elements' does not make them so. It is your opinion that they are and you're entitled to it, but don't masquerade your personal feelings towards a work of fiction as undisputed facts. Since you summoned me here I took the liberty to check your profile and given the fact a third of the kdramas you watched you've rated 1-4, I suggest in the future you may want to watch other type of content instead of wasting your time here. Also, duble punctuation marks such as '!!' and '??' are generally considered bad texting manners, don't do it please 🙂Also, don't bother summoning me again, thanks.
Smh, this entire comment section is exactly why i only visit twice a year. As a grown woman not prone to red flag hyper-sensitivity or happy ending desperation, I LOVED this series and it's one of the best of the year by a mile. Excellent job Mr. Plankton team!
Y'all ..stop it with this bs. Koreans are the worst for doing this to their celebs? Please. You think the US or another developed country with this level of entertainment wouldn't struggle with the same sh*t from their own citizens if not for actually enforcing a solid punishment according to their laws against this type of behaviour? Just stop it. Their government is at fault, just like people everywhere on this planet have some inherently good traits, we're all part scum also.
the true story which the film is based on revolves around SA of deaf children as young as 5 which are borderline impossible to watch. Though this film managed to change parts of legislation in Korea shortly after premiering and I consider an absolute necessity to watch if you can stomach it, nothing about it is happy.
Never laid eyes on this dude before watching Tarot but he's a good actor, I want to see him in more films or series now. Also, visually he's somewhere between Chang Wook and Lee Je hoon and ngl I'm kinda living

Edit: it's now a month later and well, we did.
