Title Love's Ambition Spoiler
I am going to have to watch ep 27 again. It is full of revelations. Haoming reveals much of his inner mind. The…
Agreed. He was too busy looking at the relationship the way he would as a business man rather than a husband. He had gathered “dirt” to leverage against her, kept the files and used them as a weapon. Little did he realize that the sincerity she gave him was genuine until she moved out.

Ep 30- Awww 😢will Tang Xiao Tian ever be in a drama where he actually gets the girl? Every one I have seen him in (aside from My Little Happiness) he always loses out. BTW, is it just me or is he getting more handsome the older he gets?

I am still convinced Fang Lei killed her sister to ensure she could try and end up with Hao Ming.
I agree. Hopefully that will come to light and she will pay for it.

Title Love's Ambition Spoiler
ep 26 was so stupid to me. Girl get a clue
I was annoyed with her response to that phone call as well. However, I understand why she threw up her defenses because of it. This is the thorn in their relationship, and until they extricate the thorn, they will not go further. Both of them have to start talking openly and truthfully and not internalizing everything. She lashed out in self-defense and he didn’t speak up.

The dramas make it sound stinky because of the snails. Fermented or pickled foods always have a strong smell but taste pretty good!

Isn’t it interesting to learn about these things? Is it really as stinky as they claim? Imagine a tour of China with other c-drama fans visiting the interesting places and sampling the foods learned about in dramas. Woyldnt that be fun?

oh my gosh yes! the instruments ❤️ I love how some shows bring the traditional music and instruments into the production. But I do cringe when the music is complex - like on the pipa, but their fingers on the fretboard never move 😑I grew up playing strings and woodwinds, so I have to look away. Pardon me, I am now going to go look up the er hu…😂

I can’t tell you how many things I have looked up in the last 6 years! My first curiosity was Shu Embroidery. It’s so beautiful. I am an artist and love learning new arts…So I bought the silk thread, a book and some silk fabric. It’s still waiting for me to learn 😂

This is one thing I like about c-dramas. I have learned so much about the places, artisan crafts, food and culture…even to the point if they mention something like coconut chicken soup, I pause and look it up (recipe link below in case anyone is curious like I was!), I look up the recipe, or locations and sites around cities.

I did not say it was - considering I am in my 60’s and don’t consider that old either.
