Title The Next Prince Spoiler
They would have had an heir, but thanks to the main evil they don't anymore.
Thanks for your answer! I did think about what you are describing. I actually had the theory that Prince Tharin might be "evil" as a result of the "main evil" killing his wife and child. I think I need to read the novel hahaha

I was guessing who could the main evil be and Meenanagarin was highest on my list of suspects, because the green ones (sorry, forgot their names) are just too easy to be the evil ones lol but I guess Menanagarin wouldn't go so far as to kill their own heir. So maybe it is the green Family... but the actor is always playing the villains (as does his side kick...) so I really thought it would be too easy to think of them... * sigh*

From the way Charan was describing Prince Wasin, (assuming it's not a mistranslation), It would make sense for…
I'm not a novel reading but judging from the trailers and other information we got it seems to me that Nets character us somehow related to Meenanagarin. He wears blue, he seems to hide his identity, he is presented as part of a royal family during their promotions. I think maybe he could be either like Khanin, been hidden from everyone, or maybe the son of a mistress... but those are just my guesses.

I had my doubts about the King that he just cares about his family retaining power and raising Khanin just for that. Someone answered to my comment "No, he loves his only grandchild." Yea, no, sorry, but today's episode just confirmed my suspicion. Telling Khanin that his dad, the person who took care of him while he grew up died without confirming, saying he has to let go of the past. Effing heartless and not a sign of how much he "loves" him. That old man cares about his power nothing else. Letting go of the past, the whole 22 years he knows, while not knowing anything where he is now? How is he supposed to do that?

I really wanted to enjoy this series, but I can't help noticing that DMD’s weakness in plot and logic has surfaced…
If you'd had payed attention to the scene when they are in the train at the end you would have noticed that he wasn't wearing a police uniform, but the uniform of a train conductor. I was confused at first too but then saw the guy inside the train and it started to make sense. Also the guys following them are definitely Gangster. They are not vein followed by agents of the crown, as the crown (Khanins grandad) wants him back in Emmaly, so why would he send someone after him? The person who send these thugs is the villain who doesn't want Khanin back. We don't know who that is yet. It probably is one of the 3 other families or someone with a connection to them, and revealing that at the very beginning would be so boring. They probably have enough money to send better dressed agents, but then they would be easier to be found out. Hired gangsters are easier to get and at the same time to get rid off too...

On a different note I realised that the actors of Prince Tharin and the King reunited as father and son again in another bl, just like in UWMA. Love it!

NuNew is beautiful but the hair color choice here feels too close to the Weasley family.
Yea, I also think a different shade would have been better. He looks so pale... I hope that with all the different costumes he will wear, as we have seen in the trailer, his colouring will improve...

Yea, that's true. Recreating a whole new universe in just 14 episodes takes time so they needed to rush some things. I think it's better to rush this aspect as it doesn't seem that important in comparison to their development as a couple.

I might judge before knowing the whole story as we only have seen one episode yet... but I am getting the feeling that in the way Khanin was trained in fencing by his foster dad since he was basically born, probably on orders of his grandfather, was just so his grandfather can keep his crown. It's giving Dumbledore raising Harry for slaughter, as Snape so adequately put it... I want to know if the king sees Khanin as more than just a means to keep the power over the country in his family, or if he seriously send him away to be safe and because he was concerned for his grandchild. Is it really just teaching him about the country he came from? Because the foster dad wouldn't be so insited on training all day, every day if it was just so he could get to know his country. Of course all the heirs are going through fencing training as they will have to use it to fight for the throne. But Nins situation is different. He doesn't know what it's all about. He doesn't know that fencing is going to be a part of something bigger than he thinks. It feels like all the effort he put into the sport was just so he could satisfy some old mans willful wishes and not something that he build for himself.... I don't know if this makes sense, I can't really put it into words...

So finally got to watch this here is a list of what I liked and didnt like about this episode:What I liked: 1)…
The thing with Khanin being "bratty" towards Charan made sense to me. He was feeling followed for some time and suddenly he finally sees someone who follows him and then hurt his ego by telling him he will never win in a sport he was trained on since he was born, something he had to put a lot of effort into, because he liked it but also because his dad expected it from him. Of course Charan was right with what he pointed out. But if a stranger suddenly came up to you and recounted all of your flaws to you telling you you will never have a flying chance in something you like, my first reaction would also be hostile. And this stranger suddenly then is your house guest with him and your dad having secret discussions, leaving you out. I think the way he reacted to Charan being a disturbance to his routine and every day life made sense. And in the end Charans sudden appearance stands in a way for the end of his life as he knew it. His dad suddenly wasn't his dad anymore and his whole identity and life was a lie. I totally understand why he reacted the way he did to Charan...

I'm afraid you might have missed it. But Jun is best friends with Win, Tai is Win's older brother and Jun's boss.…
I did get that Juin and Win are besties, they said so in ep 1 and from ep 3 we got to know that they were living in the same neighbourhood from childhood. I wrote this comment before finishing ep 3 and them visiting Juins Dad. It was that little link that was missing in my made up relationship chart. Thanks for the clarification :)

Sorn likes Jun (Juin??) so much but doesn't realise it cause he thinks he's straight? That boy is so deep in the closet he is about to enter Narnia without realising it. At least that is the impression I got as he is always seen with women other than Juin. Episode 3 was better than ep 1 and 2. I still don't understand the whole relationship dynamics between all the guys, besides that they work at the same company, did I miss the backstory here while skipping during ep 1? Also who is James that Juin has to live with when he comes back? He was mentioned in ep 3 but I have no idea who he is. Despite the unusual start into this series I find myself enjoying it, it's not bad entertainment if you don't think so hard or expect too much.

I felt so sad for Khanin when he found out that his dad wasn't his real dad. Poor guy his world got shifted off it's axis because some handsome stranger came and followed him around (of course there were other people following him, as we saw at the end of the episode, but still ...) I also feel bad for his bio dad, he thought his son got killed together with his wife. Another poor guy, he got cheated out of seeing his son grow up and being able to love him like a dad. In the preview for ep 2 we see the King telling him that Khanin will come back. It will be interesting to see how he reacts to hear that his son is still alive. I hope they will have the opportunity to grow closer and become a family even though they were apart for so many years. It will be hard and awkward. I also hope adoptive dad (forgot his name) survives ...
