I am at episode 17 and have seen two females dressed as men and it’s just so unconvincing that I find it more funny than anything

I found this show and thought it sounded decent enough to try

This show still has in my opinion the best opening of any show I’ve ever seen

It’s incredibly catchy and fun to watch every single time, probably the only show I actually didn’t just skip to the episode start

That was a total farce, they wanted to punish him but couldn’t because of where he was

They took advantage of that and killed him, they even said afterwards it was a loss. it was a setup to begin with

We don’t need to seek justice for stand in characters surely

This is something that happens a lot in dramas but it really bothered me here because he mentioned the debt settled and nobody brought it up

I have to knock off points for writing on that alone, even if they dismiss it I would’ve been happier

In episode 6 she goes behind the MLs back and makes cosmetic and gets him in trouble when he is literally in the process of getting them a new house with two bedrooms and when he doesn’t want to take the blame she tries to frame him and make him look guilty

There is zero chance what he has done is worse than what she has up to this point, like it’s actually kind of gross

He quite literally had the authority to stop her from sneaking in, it was his job to check the papers. He saw her steal it in the first place and that was why he stopped her

Yes he took her money and wasted it but since then she has spent far more of his money in return. Also, he didn’t drag her into a case, she followed him on her own because she didn’t trust him, he literally didn’t make her do anything.. lol

I’m not painting him as a paragon of virtue, but I don’t think there is any doubt the guy has been getting a ton of crap and has not dishes out nearly as much to the FL.

This man is definitely bullied fairly often at the start

He solves most of the cases and the FL who entered the city illegally and is dependent on him spends most of her time pranking or talking down to him by the episode OP mentioned.. lol

This feels like a show I might need to wait until it’s over to see if I want to continue and I am only 10 episodes in

I see the issues with the ML and lying but I also don’t love the writing of the FL and I can guess how she will be after the story continues

I just know it will end up being the bland “I won’t forgive the ML” and he will end up changing his character to only care about her

It’s starting to scream of lazy writing tropes all over

I only finished this because I felt I had to for the sake of it

I honestly lost interest a couple episodes on and the ending just felt extremely mediocre and rushed. I guess I’m glad I finished it

So after all the scheming and shit talking we never even get to see the chancellor even fight someone?
