Was Nanno not supposed to interfere with the kid about to stab her mother? Feels like, something click on her and made her question if she is still 'needed' in this world. Wondering if this was the plan all along by Yuri. And is the serial killer kid the new Yuri? Did Yuri just take over Nanno?
Still confused as to who or what they are. Is Nanno to begin with a human with a back story? Or are they just 'entity' or 'demon' or something to that effect?
Korean dramas are making a 2/3 season of many dramas now, I bet it's the same with this one,
Many? Define many. Like 50% of the shows have 2/3 seasons? Or it's like only a select few? I don't think 2/3 seasons is a norm for 'many korean dramas'.
Wow thanks for writing this, it will save me hours of stress. I don’t deal with affair-related dramas, they…
Well, honestly, these are TV shows and as much fictional as any scifi or fantasy shows. Bit and pieces might be drawn from real life experiences, but many of the storytelling has to be overdramaticized for entertainment reason.
It is not for everybody.
A lot of the situation in the tv show can simply resolve by involving lawyers or have a proper adult conversation.
So I've seen perfect match and pity girl, this has to be my favorite among the three.
Mek is so delicious lol. Totally my type of guy haha. Beefy. lol. Victor is a great contrast, I like the story too. And I'm happy that the whole box thing was not the whole plot coz it was ridiculous.
The FL girl improved a bit compared to stupidity and horrible acting of Perfect Match and Pity Girl.
And what's with Nanon, I thought he was portraying a lesbian character. Totally not digging him in here. So different feel from what I see him in Gifted.
Since Korean series is notorious in making a one season show. I can't imagine how they are going to condense 5…
I actually notice that Alicia, Palermo and Manila are not in this series. So I guess, it will be just the first 2 seasons of the original Money Heist. I did not get to empathize or like Nairobi in the first 2 parts but I love her and what the character went through the 2nd half. My favorite character is Rio, so I guess I will be happy enough for what the story will kinda be, but I still wish they had him tortured and come back, since that was a good storyline between him and Tokyo. Also, not really happy to see that most of this series will be The Professor and Lisbon will be on odds with each other, I like her when she was on the Heist side. I'm also not sure how Oslo in this series will play out, his character was not fleshed out until the second half. Will he even gay? Like I said, there's so much of the characters to tell their own story, in addition to the heist itself. It may possibly end with them escaping then Lisbon going to Professor's location.
I think she was afraid because she didn't know how to cook with an oven from 1998, I don't think it was that deep
But she was not using an oven. She was frying a fish. Frying exists in 1998 and so is until right now. To be able to work in bbq restaurant, you don't get freak out with oil and frying, which is pretty much what bbq restaurant do?
I doubt this is going to be only one season. I have also heard that Money Heist was supposed to be only 2 seasons,…
Let's see how things goes. But my gut feel is that they will take out a lot of stuff, condense this show into 1 season (just like how they condense Designated Survivor, Suits, etc). Most likely they will have to exercise some kind of creative change to make it more Korean. I enjoyed the 2nd half of the Money Heist because I like the character development
slightly better than perfect match since there are more good looking eye candy guys here. but the lead girl is as annoying as perfect match, everything she cries, it looks very unnatural as if she was laughing/smiling. The whole plot is ridiculous lol.
I have not watched the original money heist, but have heard people say that it should have ended after season…
Nah. Season 3 and 4 actually fleshed out a lot more on the characters, it was essential part of storytelling, IMO. Especially on The Professor's back story (+Berlin). Season 1 and 2 are nothing but straight out as it is, with not much depth in each characters. If that's how they gonna run it, meh...

It's still remain SELECT FEW, rather than norm or many.

Yu Xi Gu tho, and MODC has great acting and story too. Here, it feels a bit subpar so far.
