Is this series loaded with ads? I'm a bit confused when they are having this short blurb on how a certain vitamin or supplement is good for the skin or some skin products is good, but they never really show what brand it was.

TengTeng and Li Cheng is slowly growing on me, especially after the latest episode. But I'm still meh on them. They are not the usual guys I find attractive anyway. I feel like they had too much shirtless scenes and TengTeng in particular is so skinny. I don't know. I want more of the beefier build like Xing Si, can we have more shirtless scene of him?

Same here! ♡_♡ Xing si is Love ☆_☆
Yup yup. I'm not even a shipper of his other half, coz I find the other half to be well... cold. So I dont really mind him ending up with no one or anyone, as long as I can see him. He is too handsome, maybe, he can marry me instead LOL!!!

Title The World of the Married Spoiler
Hated the ending. Since I hated how Doctor Foster end.

Tae Oh is despicable and I have zero sympathy on him. Everything happened because of his horrible action. Act 1 is when he ruined his family because of his infidelity. Act 2, he employed In Gyu which causes all the havoc. He never was sorry. Instead he blamed it on Sun Woo. Even to the bitter end, he refused to own it and selfishly commit suicide when he knows his son can see him.

Annoying thing in this series is the flipflopping of characters. And the worst of them all is Joon Yong. Up until the end, you have no clue what the boy actually wants. His actions don't align with his words. It was so confusing that it was hard for me to sympathize with him. I get it, he was caught up in the middle of the war between his father and mother. But why can't he set in the middle ground? Instead he either reject his mother and go with his father, or reject his father and go with his mother. He does not want them together. He also want them together. I wish they could have explored this more, because in Doctor Foster, it was a clear why the son left. And the motivation for flipflop.

The mother association was a great addition in the series, it makes it more Korean or asian.

I feel in Doctor Foster the suicide by injection is powerful and reflects a theme in that series. I wished it happened in the series. I did not really like the suicide by car of Tae Oh (altho, there was a parallel to this in Dr. Foster).

i'm not korean and cannot comment on seriousness of the matter but mr queen pulled it off. they also used real…
Because Mr Queen has no issue of sponsorship pulling it out. If sponsors are not supporting the show, then it is bound to be cancelled, simple as that. Networks don't give a damn if the show is an accurate depiction of history or whatnot, they care about profits, and if no one is watching (ratings declining) and sponsors are leaving (no money support), they will just cut out the show to avoid issues (which is netizens reaction).

Let's just say if this show causes controversy, and sponsors are still there. They will just treat the controversy as a free advertisement.

Writers should have just use a different name instead real life people in the history. But then again, the show actually have a disclaimer in the start of the show that:

The drama is FICTIONAL and does not accurately depict actual people, incident or specific period.

How dumb it is to demand a fictional show to be historical accurate, when it is on its core is a fantasy, supernatural drama in an alternate world/university context? If you want accuracy in your show, you need to watch historical documentaries, not a fictional fantasy supernatural drama.

In the spirit of fussing about everything and anything under the sun...The Korean film industry is going to loose…
The main problem really is sponsorship pullout. Had sponsors kept the money in, SBS will just ignore the netizens.

Ridiculous to ask and demand a fictional drama to be historically accurate. It's FANTASY. It's SUPERNATURAL. People are angry at how inaccurate the history is, how about the scientific inaccuracy?

SBS cancelled the show not because of historical inaccuracy. But because of sponsorship pullouts.

Currently on episode 7.

It was a wrong idea for me to stop watching and binge watch Doctor Foster. Coz I was so disappointed how Dr Foster ended. So please. I really hope the ending is not the sameeeeee
