There never seemed to be any good reason why the “bad guys” listened to the leaders, like any one of them could’ve killed them off and non of the bad ones ever wanted to be bad
And yeah that’s how the drama ended by easily killing that dude🙃

I only watched one ep of the anime and Ml wasn’t as cold as he seemed in the anime, he was a bit shy and naive here which was cute
Fl, was way too self loathing, I hope if there’s more she’d chill

I haven’t seen that many good productioned jdrama historicals, I’ve seen good stories but not well budgeted ones, and I like this genre so I wish to see more

If anything ep8 highlights why ahjussi cares for rohee so much
Even if he doesn’t remember, or maybe it’s because he remembers, that he wants to save her from staying as a test subject for life

Or it could just be the reason he became a carrying person, he was abandoned by the guy he thought would be his “dad” just like hyeun, but instead that gave him a bigger heart to become a better “dad”

And it’s kinda cute idk our ahjussi is “too dumb” but his heart is bigger than his brain😌 maybe the tests upgrades ones “best features”

I’m trusting this writer too much to think he’d pull a 14 Days and say the ML is the murder 🥱

Idk if I make sense but there are certain skills that come from being a celebrity especially someone used to variety shows, it’s like they should hold their own tournaments
Like byungjae is a well knows smart “celebrity” and having payed in pd games it gives him a huge advantage he’d have easily won these games

And that’s the thing there was always a disadvantage and unbalanceness here, if they didn’t break the “smarties” alliance this would’ve been even more unfair
Orbit might’ve played the elimination but so would’ve the four players that labeled themselves the most genius and smart players
They’d have, eaten, eliminated everyone else too for their own gain
But since they made their clique so exclusive, the rest had to alley and use their own resources
I don’t think orbit was “pure hearted” but neither was the four allies

In a way, yeah this was a social game that didn’t depend on solo brainpower
A spectrum of people divided by smarts and social knowledge and each had their advantages but some had more than others

On ep10 and, it’s funny to me that when shiwon had to depend on herself she lost the game
Even when she criticized people that survived based on alliances

And Orbit, ep11 was cool, honestly beside the brain power, the calmness it takes to not panic and lose the lower he got
By ep12 I think he could only do that while covering behind certain actions, like the way he kept saying he was gonna get eliminated but he always had a solid plan

I did cry over the town abandoning him, I cried when he walked around alone, I cried when the little girl cried and had to tell him to go to protect him, I cried when he continued going to his friends that abandoned him
But I was PISSED, they showed clues on who her abuser was but the fl ignored it, she literally saw it but she never reacted, I was more pissed by the ending, not gonna lie I was susing the priest, but the way they let him go into the water instead of showing hope that that stupid lady realized it and helped him, will anyone care he’s dead? Will anyone actually save the poor girl? What a stupid ending for a writer that thought this was the “thought provoking” ending😒
