plotwise it was really basic and nothing special but the acting, specifically Seo Ye Ji's, was AMAZING! the gore and the horror part were disgusting and even slightly funny/comical, but the fear coming out of SYJ's performance was incredible ;)now the ending made me confused, did nothing really happen? her scars disappeared and that kinda makes it interesting, like she didn't go through everything just to make a movie (which I found ridiculous, writers/directors don't need to experience something to be able to covey real emotions, that's not how movie making works otherwise we'd be in an entertainmentless world full of psychopaths xD)
so that means she lived it -ie what we saw- while she made it up because she was so invested in the story, but her eyes flickering, did that mean she was possessed by the ghost? how much of it was real and how much wasn't?
the ost wasn't much and I never rewatch stuff

for one thing it was hard to relate/connect/root for any of the female characters, or even the guys tbh. it was not just that they are "gray", but all of them were either selfish or judgmental..I liked Do Hwa Young and Han Jung Won the most, but one was fooled into cheating and the other cheated with her teacher, and they even threw in some hints of crush from his son's side so everything was just a mess..
Jang Se Yun acted all high and mighty and calm but she's the type one should fear. the moment someone does something she doesn't like she gives them a condescending silent treatment? and I actually don't know if Sang Hoon killed saloon lady or not? and if not then 1- who did? and 2- the way Jang Se Yun treated him and doubted him is exactly what I hated about Jang Se Yun.
but to her defense the writers loved to make everyone looks suspicious that even Sang Hoon and Min Gyu seemed crazy. though after showing that Dong Seok was the one messing with his wife it just makes me wonder why the writers tried to make Min Gyu act obsessive?
also, if Sang Hoon didn't kill saloon lady then he as well should've been acting so shady..
Jung Won was the worse. she cheated on her husband and the acted as if he was to blame, and just becasue her husband cheated first didn't justify her though she didn't even know that. and most of the time she acted as if she was better than her friends and that everyone was out to get her/make her do things for themselves. and though she did do those things, it kinda made her seem self centered..
anyway, now on to the crime/mystery! it was a huge mess xD at 1st I thought their crime happened in the past but knowing that it was the future was a good move..
on the other hand, the other mysteries mostly had nothing to do with each other but they made them seem as if they were connected..
so, the teacher Eun Soo cheated with was killed by Chang Hyun's mom becasue she thought he was the lover of her daughter in law who Chang Hyun was "accused" of killing, and Eun Soo killed up after her to hid her own cheating, then the teacher's son came into the picture and Eun Soo wanted to redeem herself.
but it turns out Dong Seok was the lover but he had nothing to do with either murders? and then Chang Hyun was killed by who? I don't know.. but then Sang Hoon tried to blame Young Dae to bring him out of hiding, and well that was the only "reason" to have so many murders connected with each other..
Young Dae was a crazy mess, but! that ending! I was wondering this since ep6. if they showed Young Dae's body missing and then found somewhere else, then why the heck did the 4 fls still tried to hide his body? I knew from then it meant whatever they did didn't kill him and that there was another murderer, so why?
he was coming out of the water and he had more blood on him. they could've ended it there. and they all seemed to forget Jung Shim was around..
anyway, I also feel cheated that Sang Hoon was alive. all throughout the drama (especially after they showed he was innocent) I hoped he was alive. but for them to make us think he was dead until the last scene was a cheap move. I wondered how his daughter and Jung Shim were running around if one's dad died and the other's mom was a killer, so I mean I'm glad he didn't die but still..
the female centeredness and the fact that it was a "mystery" and short was the only thing working for it..
the ost was nice, it had elaine~ and I never rewatch stuff...

also, the romance was unnecessary for the 2 mains and Kyung Po (honestly he deserved better), he was the one who befriended the "ninja" no one saw, but still they did not appreciated him and made shallow remarks about his looks.
also, since they were "young and naive" I'd say the flat romance could be overlooked, but it'd have been better as just "unexpected friendships".
the plot about friendship and youth was solid, but the delivery was lacking. tbh even though it's only 4 one hour eps, it felt too long and I found myself playing at my phone most of the time.
and basically the mystery part was exactly what it looked like in the 1st ep, so they wasted alot of time "trying to find the truth".
the ost was nice and I never rewatch things ;p

unsurprisingly it's my first drama with Seo Ji Soo, but she's a natural! and pretty too~ I specifically loved Jung Da Eun as a character, and she pulled of the 2 roles so well, specially the way she changed her tone for each character (usually plots like this get unrealistic with that point). and she has a great singing voice too~
90% of my rating is for her, 6% is for mini queen Yoo Ari and 4% is for Yoo Ji Han's smile ;)
the public and law honestly needs to condemn saesangs, and this drama was a nice realistic outlook of the hardships of idols, that's why I loved Yoo Ari, she was a true genuine fan, though it's better to not engage with saesangs ;)
I have to say though, Shin Jun Seop was not that good (that's why I'm removing a 0.5), though his singing voice was nice~
the music and duet were nice too, and my rewatch values are 1 or 10, and I prefer to hope for more acting roles for Seo Ji Soo, and a longer vr of this drama xD

the 2nd season was even more fun and exciting than the 1st one, so I have high hopes for s3.. everything improved and it was already awesome~ this show is built around the cast and their individuality, so I prefer it if they keep the guests to a minimum..

I especially liked the "realness" of how the students reacted and the psychological aspects, they didn't just hate or like him, they had real raw emotions? their anger and desperation were so amazing, I don't think I've seen anything like that in dramaworld...
I keep changing the rating between 9 and 9.5, if I rate the overall process and plot it'd be 8, but then if it was just the last ep, and those emotions I'd rate it a 10..
my rewatch values are either a 1 or a 10 ;)

the characters were not "strong" enough, they didn't have that much personality outside their plots.. beside that early dart scene and the fact that nana was strong willed against her male coworkers, they didn't give her enough... depth? same thing with Jang Ki Yong or the other characters, there was always something missing...
and the main plot was so overused that it was not enough to carry this show, the only thing that did was the fact that
Soo Hyun was a hitman...
+ nana proved herself as a competent actor
+ nana's beauty, I did consider her pretty before this drama, but there's something extremely beautiful about someone acting so well, or singing and other jobs, as long as they try hard, you know? ;)
+ Jang Ki Yong was made for this role, his eyes were everything
+ the filming was well done, everything looked pretty and high quality
+ really nice action scenes, nana's fighting scenes were the best ;)
+ ep12, I think that's the only good ep...
- it was reeaaaalllllly draggy, I mean like they only needed 2 to 4 eps max.. that's the problem with 12 eps drama, it's like the production team didn't think the plot's worth 16 eps, but they still want to drag it out...
- I skipped alot, to the point that I didn't even care for the 2 main leads parts, but I still got everything thanks to ep12 ;)
- a drama that focuses more on the old villains talking is always a horrible, I don't even know what they are talking about for that long.....
- I feel like the start and the characters relationships were rushed because they were worried 12 eps won't be enough for character growth... so that means bad time management?
- horrible weak repetitive plot. no mystery and not much thriller (I'd have given the story a 1 if it weren't for Soo Hyun's "job")

It wasn’t as funny as I thought but the second half was betterThe acting was good and all in all not a bad watch
I didn’t get it until it was too late, but when the brother looked sad when she said let’s go bring the little girl
I was like shocked T_T that poor baby’s story hurt T_T I’ve heard stories like that, ppl need to be careful with kids T_T how could they miss her T_T it wasn’t the aunt’s fault but it hurt her the most T_T
They also I think didn’t explain what happened to his wife
Later it also made sense why the boy was going with the dad and the girl stayed with the aunt T_T
Or how the little girl would find her T_T
Anyways, I sused the security guard and mom sused the glasses xD tho I thought security guy went to kill the homeless guy
It was resolved well, tho seeing this plot in many movies and dramas…. Why don’t they just give good money to the people or even a new apartment in the new buildings….

So overall it’s just another movie squeezed out of the og
ml’s fighting style was exactly like Jackie Chan but his acting fell super short, and it’s kinda sad to see him old but also admirable
The Conor guy had such sleazy first appearance that kept licking his lips every two seconds like those icky genz tiktokers ;/
The fl looked a lot like laroso’s daughter which kinda makes it feel like they have a type

Could’ve been cute but got a bit too angsty and draggy and it could've been better as a movieLike comparing it to a movie cuz it’s 2 hours, but it was very basic
The only thing working was how the coach who looked evil was actually always caring for his team and memorized the smallest details
but the whole sparkle of a sports drama was lost and it was a bit too flat

It was a good thrilling movie with some dramatic events tho a few things were lost on meAnd I really need her and Suho as twins cuz their resemblance is unmatched
What happened to the mbs pd , he got out before her and disappeared
The cast order ruined the reveal, whose finger was that? What did the kidnapper tell her to eat at first?
Telling her to open her shirt as a woman was low..
She didn’t know he was a kid but exposing him to bullying was harsh and she never apologized even after the reveal
I wish they used drones to continue the broadcast, or even had the inside cam reveal the fall and then have the pd film the confrontation
Cuz in the end, they’d still shallowly gain money from that
The cop, she blamed herself as much as she blamed the others, she probably buried herself in work then it was too late
And, did she die?
Fl could just “leave” the industry and feel guilty, but there was no aftermath, I’d also have added a scene of her being interviewed and swarmed by paparazzi, in a way to get hurt by the media and another way to use her power for good this time

for example, his journey in cooking geniusness was irrelevant, until he talks about how he'd never tried cooking because of his statues and gender
the evilness of 2ml was pointless, even if he falls, he'll always be their reincarnated enemy
fl was always hotheaded and talk first think later type unless it revolved the 2ml who was just such a red flag, but the writer just suddenly made her timid
like sure it's hard to believe he was really from the past, but is it easier to believe a cop saying there's no records of him to changing it to "he has a criminal past"
I wonder if the illegitimate children’s plot is real cuz like go prosecute the fathers not the kids
the best thing was the coffee joke, fl cooked so bad everyone feared her cooking
There’s almost 400 years in between so they’re not really descendants of themselves?
And in ways it’s like, they reverse loved each other so even in different times they always belonged together
I mean even scarlet heart somewhat did that
And also like, his reincarnation could also be a decent of his siblings, uncles and such, so not every grandparent only had one kid so their grandparents weren’t the same and divided in their branch of relatives
that's to assume he had 20 years and spent them with the past fl
Minseok’s acting really improved, he specifically looked extra handsome when all serious like the end of the ep

It had potential to be more, the acting of the 4 mains was great but the writing didn’t reach the depth it should’veEspecially since only the aunt and niece had enough screen time to be called mains
As a story of multi race baby, a Filipino and Korean baby, her mom did well making sure she knew both cultures
I’ve been seeing TROS sarang in clips on TikTok and she only speaks Japanese, understandably she’s still young eventho she’s tall, just like this baby saying she’s 5 when she looked 7
Anyway, her aunt sucked and the “character growth” was too sudden that her past angst wasn’t necessary
I wish they showed jisoo experiencing his daughter’s second culture
Saying he’ll take her back for better education and life was kinda demeaning, tbh Koreans school life sucks
The aunt staying just for the niece to leave, tbh she should’ve left with them, lol I did weirdly ship them
when he was like I’m strong I can carry my kid, and she goes I’m small but strong, that was cute, I mean this could also be a cultural thing but some ppl marry their dead spouses sibling to keep the kid surrounded by both families
The journey of this 25ish year old sulking over what her sister did 20 years ago by “leaving”, and taking revengeish hating the niece was not needed, I’d understand her “hate/fear” of kids cuz it was a vulnerable time for her and she didn’t want responsibility
But I’d also understand neglect better than hate, the baby’s cries on “why do you hate me” was too sad for everything to be “solved” and the aunt switched just cuz her sis told the kid she’s like her aunt so the older sis never forgot her sis
The dad swooping in to take her away, as if his culture was better than his, when he could’ve even stayed in the Philippine for a year or so for stability, or even if he promised to take her there every summer break
I feel like non of the supposed problems were solved or addressed
The baby lost her dad but her mom’s trust and love kept her stable, she lost her mom, gained a family, her aunt hated her, then everything became stable again just for the dad to come back and take her, we don’t even know how his family life is
Also the whole mystery around the dad was too makjang xD

10 for the second story, 1 for the other two
I, like many, started this cuz of a reel, but I was disappointed tho I see this is “episodic” so I guess ep3 onwards would be the one I saw the edit from“You’re different from others” vs fl didn’t “show her true feelings of obsessing over him like others, cuz she was super self conscious and hated herself
Tho they did end it ok but still
I also thought this was about idol trainees who were trying to debut after passing the 12/22 age limit
S3
Honestly her friend is worse than the bullies, and why would someone care what others eat, style, do their hair, or anything they do for themselves to themselves
the admirer is also a bit of a creep, your hips are a masterpiece sounds so pervy
Tho I also don’t like her obsession with the guy idol, I feel like a love triangle or even assumed triangle would’ve been better if she didn’t like either
S2
That was super cute ~ short but with their plot details, it couldn’t go any longer
The story was kinda like 10 things I hate about you , and the fl was charming, honestly even her face looking naturally was so refreshing but it’s sad she doesn’t seem to get any other roles
Tbh I related to her personality, usually I “connect” with the male characters more, cuz they’re calm while the fls are overly, cutesy, tho I have compared myself to fl from avengers social club, I think this fl is like the second mix
She was “cool” ie hid her feelings often to act nonchalant and not burden others, but in reality she over analyzed everything, too much and obsessively xD and she was clueless, acted tough and her ending confession of “I’m this and that”, it’s like me and my over knowing myself
Anyway for my cutey ml, he’s going high in my ml lists, eventho he was a kid, I adored his smiles and his genuine heart, his “youth” was highlighted in the way he didn’t express himself and he hid too much of his feelings, but he seemed to grow well, way more than “adult” mls in most romcoms xD
This was also better than the summer I turned pretty in the sense of “known each other their whole life” bit
I do wish it was longer, for more times together when they both opened up T_T kdramas are always about the chase and never about the process T_T
S1
Good riddance for the first story

A bit silly, fun as a futuristic theme but zero explanation why only one group was so futuristic they even had a spaceship like shipThe aging is all messed up, the girl is 18, 2ml supposedly a bit older, but their real age gap is like 20 years
My mom did think he was 20ish but I was like now he’s 40s, so when he was talking about a crush or tried to flirt, that was disturbing
And Jackie with the other fl, she’s 36 now so she was like 29 real age, and she was a cop 13 years ago?
as a story it's 1d and predictable, and a bit ridiculous, he put her in an orphanage, so bad ppl won't find her, but stayed close for those 13 years? sounds stupid.. to make your child grow up alone fearing danger, but still staying close that anyone who'd follow him would see who he's looking at?
when i saw a clip on tv i thought they had a fight and he was staying close but she didn't want to acknowledge him cuz he was being overprotective xD
