Not as comedic as I thought, only 1%The first half was too ridiculous, like why trap 5 ppl in a hotel in a shaky tunnel if there were options especially with better studying and better tools
So the first half was done to have a “unexpected team building” so the second half made sense when they cared for each other
And it needed a better ending, like Hot voices villain was a psychopath, id have wanted him on a death sentence or atleast have his chaebol dad send someone to kill him off
The double cross, double cross, was ridiculous cuz, villain was offering burnt leg 100k, when if he stayed he’d have had to cut 5m between 5ppl
Poor old guy dying so coldly as well was just to add angst
villain dude was never gonna let them live , and ml with his fancy car and clothes and watches, he didn’t need another 1m to even take that job, again a 30b job put on 5ppl, one sick, one hurt, without any research or equipments, they only found out about the new pipeline cuz old guy randomly had that info, when again, if a crazy rich dude did something , he’d plan it better from the start

My hyeri, this was like her entertainer character, a “sunflower” randomly loving and caring for ml
The ml was so annoying, he was always mumbling his lines and everyone was whispering and then they’d blast the music and sound effects it hurt my head
Also it fell on the type of movies I hate, too set driven, too one dimensional, too boxy, too artificial
I thought this aired today but it’s been 5 years, so it makes sense they were so annoying acting wise

Not me thinking he should get rid of the finance instead
Like seriously, don’t date a guy with a dog if you’re allergic then make him get rid of it and threaten him that their kids will have that allergy
At first I thought he hid the fact that he had a dog, or he never mentioned it, but she lied to him ;( tho I think they dated then he had to take in his mom's dog
and the end was resolved cutely
This ml is sooo much better than my sweet monster, he was such a sweetheart, and he could sort out his feelings well, it takes a real man to cry so purely ;(
YYS, unlike his dongmae, he does get typecast as the sweetie and naive personality often, some dramas I couldn’t take him but here like hospital playlist, he was a green flag, a bit more gentle and crybaby but such a sweetie
Fl, she wasn’t bad, especially compared to dna lover character; another sad typecast, she was nice but as mom says “if she didn’t tell him he had to get rid of the dog the movie wouldn’t happen” ;p
The last two options weren’t bad either, but they became attached to the dogs and in the end it sparked all of their desires to dream again

sometimes one needs a total easygoing brainless watch
the “gender role switch” was really funny, he was a househusband, she was a total kickass cop bossThen it got funny with the misunderstanding , and the jokes were cheesy but fun
It could’ve been better, like the fighting and choreography were too good it felt obv staged
The bad guy stuff, I mean yeah sure no one really pays attention to what the big bad is doing, lol it’s either always weapons or money laundering
it's also nice to see a normally happily married couple, she wasn't hurt and wanted revenge, she was jealous and wanted to make sure it's not true cuz she genuinely loved him and he loved her
It lacked in the overall scheme, the characters were just the needed ones, and two against a hundred is a bit overboard , but as a fast easy watch, it was refreshing to atleast have cool characters

Great acting, good premise, basic execution
Being so short, yet so repetitive and yet so underdevelopedThe cop, kwangsoo, and Mr smiles were the interesting part
the 20billion honestly felt like valid reasoning xD
The one target till the end ruined the mood, especially since his targeters were his victims
And he never died… so many attempts…
then it got political and a total snooze
The masked guy, was disappointing, he was like the son? A victim? Idk it was so out of place and rushed over
Like, when there’s a murder mystery, it’s either someone they show or someone new, so in this case it was someone new and his story especially since the whole thing revolved too much on one target, made it detached
Tho the cop getting the money made it sad cuz of what he did to his daughter, he stole from thieves and put his family in danger, he doesn’t deserve happiness
Tho he didn’t stop chasing the masked guy so he’s not fully satisfied?

It’s a bit metaphorical, nobody knows. Even with through investigation, knowing both sides stories, you can’t do anything but speculateI did find the movie slow and everything was revealed at the end without actually spelling it all out because no matter what, you’ll never know the whole truth
In this case, both parties were severely emotional, drunk, angry, suicidal, depressed they weren’t fit for driving
The dark road, the deer, everything was set up for the “accident” and that’s what an accident is, unplanned, any small element can cause it
The what ifs are as strong as the clues left by the encounters
The daughter blamed herself, the wife feared blaming herself, the mom was left with so many burdens taking care of a sick husband
Does the “truth” change anything? How does it effect the events
Yes they were unfit for driving, yes an unexpected deer was like a domino effect, move away from deer, move away from oncoming car, too angry to focus…. The daughter running away, the truth, the pain, no matter overthinking, over feeling, things need to be let go

for me, I was in it for BYH, I'm glad he's winning awards and praise for this, he wasn't portrayed as an evil villain demon, his character was a strategist, war is like a game and sport, there is a thrill in mind games, tho war is pure evil with ppl who don't want it are the ones fighting it and the ones who want it are safe in their castles..
so anyway, I teared up on the battle, it was balanced well in who had the upper hand and it was always heartbreaking when the tables turned. japan is wrong for attacking 1st, but did their soldiers have a say? sure even if 50% and even 90% were psychos, is death the only option for the ones forced to continue the flame of war
that being said, I do prefer historicals like this, doesn't have to be based on real events, breaking away from palace politics is nice. which just shows, in people on the same country/side also want war to gain what they want and they drag the rest with them,,
annnyyway, BYH and his adorable cheeks had more presence and charisma than almost all of the rest ;D

Life is built on every single feeling, there was a cartoon fairy godparents? And there was an ep of only happiness in the world, this was like that. Is happiness everything?
It's like once you get too much of something you lose value of it
I did like ahjummonim tho, gives of badass queen vibe, I raised 0.5 for her, as a villain, crazy scientist, she did great❣ ahjussi dude is good too, with eonnie I only like her sometimes. Excuse me not knowing their names🤣🤷🏻♀️

I loved sungmin ahjussi, I loved the bromance, I liked the past wrong doings needed to be fixed and the little friend game, but it did get a bit draggy in the middle.
for one I wasn't in the mood so I'd say I blanked out eps5, 6 and 7 and parts of 8. lol their "exposure" wasn't that grabbing and I wasn't in the mood for the sad past, it felt too cliche
I was also disappointed kangsoo jin didn't have a huge impact
But the ending scene alone was🔥

This wasn't professor's, rio, denver, miso and a bit of berlin's best acting performanceTokyo tho and nairobi did have great charisma here, both I'd say is their best performance not that I've seen nairobi in anything else I remember
Anyway I'm giving this a 0.5 more than the last season. Tho I didn't like the angsty multi couples, or a bit of the message kinda reminded me of 36 task force? But the ending scene made it 100%🤣👍🏻
This was more 15 rating than 18 tho there was 1 kiss scene but idk if there's an official source for that. Tho this drama is one of those +18 with a purpose rather than just being explicit and out of the box
This is what I ment when I said kdramas should koreanize adaptation. They didn't make it, a 1d romcom (much) but they did use their own circumstances and culture to retell that story. Idk if there'll be a 2nd season but I wouldn't mind it
I do feel bad about the ones who died being brushed off so fast, especially since Berlin and seoul came back alive and that was all that mattered

jason was added for the youthful eye and to give freddie a bit of a soft grandpa vibe which it helped but again they just happened to work at Fridays
I wanted a bit more depth, especially with both their families. I wanted a bigger team to atleast make their schemes believable
Anyway sungmin ahjussi deserves a daesang or 10.. and the writer certainly hit the jackpot with this cute little duo. Since the story lacked relativity, the 2 actors pulled it off well
I don't like sad for the sake of tears, like sure I was heartbroken but they dragged it a bit and the ending felt empty I wish they made a bigger movement

A small pebble that turned into a massive avalanche.The story was predictable and took way too long to start the revelation. I actually hate stories that could've been solved/stopped but maybe that person wanted the avalanche to happen
The ml was stupid tho, I mean they all were
His pov never made sense cuz, he's the guy🤣 making his mistress drive, telling her he wants to quit, and she says lets cover it up?
And lawyer saying she met the dad, but he never sused there's more to it? Especially after the guy said she's a reporter not a hotel reception 🤣
I also hate the "turns out to not be dead but couldn't go back"🤡
The mood got me, 5, 4, 6, 9, 3, and a 9ish🤣 atleast I'm glad it didn't turn ugly with mass murders at the end, I actually think the villains worse punishment is getting caught

Also HATE the fake movie scenarios, they're 12eps as is and half of this and last eps were filler with fake silly and disgusting movie brother in law ideas
it is an oldie so it is excused for the lack of essence but it was so bad..
Tbh I can laugh at the jokes but the plot is meh to me
Ml is bland, fl is an idiot who'd have murdered someone with her helmet stunt and her voice is annoying

I mean the writing and dialog is so rigid, like puppets just there to say their lines, and fl, her friend and our psycho all act like dimwitted 20 year olds but as a process of "stealing infos" it is something we're actively advised to take it consideration so it could've been interesting but...
I mean it was stupid when the cop was shown to be ml's dad who suses him right away...
And like sure fl's dad has to tell her new guy is sus but dude is like og tobby Spiderman 2 when he got the black powers and started dancing but girls thought he looked weird, oily cheesy
That's how siwan was being. Over confident in a tiny geek is sus af
But at the 1h22m mark, they stop him b4 he goes into fls house. Rookie cop mistake. But he goes, I'm not him you guys are sus and walks away? A suspect of 7 murders? Walks away with a "nope you're wrong"?

Anyway better than xo kitty for sure in terms of accepting yourself and dealing with growing pains of youth into adulthood
