I personally expected a bit more from this with this cast. It kind of feels like an indie movie, not that its negative but very slowpaced and is filmed like a drama. Wasn't as touching as I thought it would be, still an 8/10.

This comes from someone who thinks the first season is one of the best medical dramas ever made, globally. A 10/10.

This should have been 6-8 eps like someone else wrote, or yeah trimmed down to a comedy movie. The comedy/skits also got way worse in the second half, there were much better in the beginning...

All about this just sounds so boring even though i like the ML.
Hopefully I am wrong. Is it really a masterpiece so far?

Of course its gory for a reason, have you never watched movies with really graphic gore?

The first couple of eps are super strong and intriguing, they truly hook you. But 6 eps in or so it starts to get repetitive and draggy. It should have been 8 eps, maybe 10 but definitely not longer.

Like many others have mentioned: the FL's mother has to be one of the most annoying characters in a kdrama ever. Such a dumbass character. The actress is also terrible at acting. While the drama is like a 5/10 (mediocre, average) for me, the viewership ratings were too harsh. It deserved a bit better.

Sorry but the ML and FL couldn't carry this drama, they are better as second leads or side characters. The ML's overacting was also cringeworthy. As this type of plot it was also mediocre at best, hate to say it.

How is this not sitting at 8.5 at least? MDL is absolutely nuts sometimes, unbelievable.

This should have been 10 eps tops, 8 would probably be perfect.
A fun concept ruined by the lenght of the drama. Some of the middle eps were just a chore to get through, one episode felt like 2-3 hours lol. Too bad, hate to say it.

Its hard to believe he was working as a professor right. Not often you see such a stupid ML in a drama. Its so poorly written and boring.

Most characters are unlikeable. Only the mafia guy, Kwang Chul, is a bit likeable.

How come everyone is jinxing this?
