I just finished the first episode! I love how aesthetically pleasing this episode was and I was gripped from the very beginning. I can feel addiction forming - but after reading some of the comments I'm starting to get scared of pain that it'll cause lol

Bora is truly ignorant however Suhyeok isn't - he could have reacted or explain but he kept quiet. I just feel like if they really decided to use this reference, they could have also used it as a learning experience instead of just letting it go :(

I am not saying nobody should talk about Auschwitz. What I am saying is it shouldn't be used in this kind of context. I got triggered not because of the comments but because I watched the episode and I just couldn't believe it was used in this kind of shallow scenario. The writer could have used any other comparison, she could have written it in million other ways but no - she said Bora read it in magazine in article about waxing which is honestly so bad. It takes away from suffering of Auschwitz victims. They didn't want to look good - they had to, otherwise they would be killed for looking weak or sick. If you showed this to any of Auschwitz survivors, I don't think they would be okay with the message that was conveyed, with Auschwitz being the largest concentration camp and being used as an excuse for "beauty treatment" by main character who got dumped. This is more than just insensitive and in poor taste and I'm just shocked because Korean drama like Josoen Exorcist could get canceled for showing Chinese cultural influences like props and food but using Auschwitz in such condescending manner isn't severe problem? It's just not right

I am trully appalled by Bora's comments about Auschwitz. The history of what happened there is so devastating that I just can't believe her comparison is taken lightly. I don't understand why this isn't a bigger issue and why nobody made the producers apologize for it - many other drama productions had to apologize for far less and it just doesn't sit right with me that I saw some comments justifying Bora's words or making it sound like it's not that bad.

I was loving the first 12 episode but now that it came to Niao Niao and Lou Yao engagement I lost my interest and it's hard to keep going. I want more of Li Bu Yi and their banter!
