for me, this is the best kdrama ive ever seen so far.
when i started this drama, i told myself that i will finish this drama no matter what, no matter the imperfections the characters have, i will finish it and now i understand that the first few episodes will show the "problems" that the characters have and for us, the viewers, to see what kind of story we will be going through and who the characters are. then, when you keep watching until the end, you will find that those "problems" will be resolved or concluded. all we need to do is be patient.
it's okay, if you really don't like it, there's plenty other dramas out there, but this is my suggestion: watch this kdrama. don't miss out on this masterpiece. you won't regret it.
the story, the plot, the characters, the character development, the music, the cinematography, just everything is amazing and deserves an award. i love this drama and it will never be the same when i first watched it. i will rewatch it when i have time so if you want to watch it, please do!
that said, im only suggesting, so if you still don't want to watch it, that's perfectly fine.
Honestly, the biggest reason I stayed was because of the main leads, I love them so much. Overall, it's a great series, lots of cliches but not in a cringe way. It wasn't entirely my cup of tea sadly, I am always more of a sugary sweet type, lots of funny comedic moments. But I still like this series a lot, it really explored lots of topics like deception, family, love, and most importantly redemption
Also I absolutely LOVE the side couples, gosh they killed it, especially Da Hye and Soo Cheol
Queen of Tears" is an enchanting K-drama that masterfully blends romance, drama, and a touch of fantasy. It tells the story of a resilient woman navigating the challenges of life and love in a world where emotions are heightened to extraordinary levels. The series stands out for its heartfelt performances, intricate storytelling, and beautiful cinematography. It's no wonder this drama has become our favorite, with its compelling characters and emotional depth that resonate long after the final episode.
The ending they gave to us is just a masterpiece . It is now in my rewatch list which I'll watch on hitv link-(www.gohitv.com/)
8.8 ??? I guess the viewers standars have dropped a lot these years. No way this fake drama would get more than…
Actually, the drama was quite well done, and the actor's portrayal of emotions came across as genuine rather than fake tears. Just because it didn't resonate with you doesn’t mean it deserves a lower rating. While the drama is fictional, it does incorporate elements of reality, which many viewers appreciate. The high rating reflects the overall positive reception and impact the show had on its audience.
"While tastes may vary, it's clear that the show resonates with a wide audience, reflected in its high rating…
For the majority of viewers, the drama's writing was seen as flawed, but the message it conveyed about marriage, family, and illness resonated deeply. Many people related to the story and shared their own experiences. Despite the minimal romance, the focus on the lead’s marriage story was compelling for me, and the cast really performed well.
So, I finished this drama today. For a drama which became so popular, I am surprised to see the top rated reviews of it as 7.5 and 6. I do understand those ratings as they might have watched the drama when it was airing while waiting for each episodes every week. You start to build your theories and start having expectations over it. Those people would surely feel that the ending was anti climatic and the payoff was not that great.
But a binge watcher like me was exhausted after going through all kinds of emotions over 2 days. So, I am glad it ended and glad that I watched it now. Queen was delulu. Queen's brother was delulu. Aunt and grandfather were also delulu. Delulu is embedded in Queen's genetical code.
I liked the drama for what it was. It sure was fun and moving and you felt their happiness and sadness. It took you through the journey of falling in and out of love multiple times. It is mark of a good script and acting if you despise a character at start but like that character by the end of it.
Would I cut down the villain's role and written the last portion of the drama differently? Yes. Did I still like the drama regardless of that choice? Yes.
in episode 2 i am confused how she was able to easily take the place of the woman she looks like, it is not explained where the other woman is to allow her to temporarily take her place and message her ex about the car number plate
I've never enjoyed a single story I've seen the female lead in and this is not an exception. I really like her…
The story is repetitive, and we're doing this ridiculous back and forth where the bad guys are smarter and always one step ahead. I don't like that we've been dealing with this "mystery" of this evil prosecutor and his cockroach of a father who refuses to stay dead. I hate shows where we're only dealing with the same issues caused by the incompetence and ignorance of the our characters. The chemistry between FL and ML is nice but I'm not sure if it's worth the headache. Plus that hee jin character is the worst
they made their BABY before getting married too....very nice!
So what? According to your previous comment above, you came here only to tell us when she made her baby and when she will make another one?? Are you her gynecologist? 🙄
