Usually it has to do with airing platforms and other airing shows. If too many popular shows air at once, one or two usually suffer in ratings. I think this one is probably due to them wanting to build anticipation and hype seeing as it's such a star studded cast and highly followed. Just a guess.

There is still a second part which will release on Jan 4th. There's mature themes throughout, some gore concerning blood and implied brutal deaths, mostly in POV. At one point someone gets a woodsaw attachment yeeted (not the main so no spoiler) into them which isn't deadly but still ouch to watch. Bullying is shown in I believe the 2nd episode as well as implied child abuse in ep 4, if I recall correctly. It deals with mature themes like murder and suicide, and thankfully the worst of it isn't shown but it's definitely there.

I guess by now you've probably finished this, but there's literally a scene where pigs eat two men alive. I don't think this is age appropriate for her at all.

I don’t think he was solely after her money. If that was the case, Yi Joo would have been just fine. He was completely enamored with Yoo Ra, until he saw the truth of her spirit. You can see the moment he fell out of love with her in front of the station. It just gave me mixed feelings on his ending, personally, but to each their own!

I feel you. I know why they did it, but a part of me was disappointed. He looked so happy in the end, and I kind of wanted Yoo Ra to either have some character development or suffer by herself.

He was, a %100. I guess I just wanted him to have learned his lesson and grown from it. Yoo Ra too. But I guess some people don’t deserve redemption.

I really enjoyed this, but was I the only one that wanted a better ending for Se Hyeok and maybe more character development from Yoo Ra?

Drama magic, but also Yoo Ra got pregnant before Yi Joo since it's actually Se Hyeok's baby. I think she would have been at least a month or so ahead. At least that's what my timeline brain projected.

You're right, but they could have expanded on it. Why was she on the horse by herself? If the dad knew she was on the horse and her family is so rich, it would have been logical to search in the area a horse could have ran. Also, who leaves their kid on a horse in the middle of nowhere? Not once is it mentioned again once they touch and go. But, yes, you are right.

I'm not upset he didn't get with Namsoon tbh. He's a bad person who threatened and tried to kill her family, and she was also awful to him, playing him like that. I'm more disappointed that he's the only decent character with believable build-up and they only did it for the shock value of his death at the end. It was the easy way out, and a let down of all the potential it had. I obviously can't speak for everyone, but that's just my two cents.

Yeah, the writing gets sloppier farther in. The characters are undeveloped yet their relationships vault ahead at lightening speed. I had trouble feeling compassion for some characters that didn't have solid foundations, so it was hard to know why they did what they did, and other reactions were blown out of proportion.

I was enjoying up until the midway point, but the in-depth problems bothered me and it felt like I was watching a vapid series with no real substance to it. They gave one character a solid background and a good, interesting foundation for his character and it turned out to be for shock value, and while I guessed it would be that, I still wanted more from the entire story.

Glad you enjoyed it, apparently to the point you're being rude to others, but it fell flat and dull between the lack of proper character development and underutilized plot. And, no, I'm not a teenager. I'm an adult who's been watching dramas for over ten years. This had a lot of potential and didn't meet it at the end of the day, in my opinion.

The acting, I could get by. I just thought the writing was straight sloppy. The one character they gave a solid foundation and interesting background, they f-ed over.

I’ve watched to ep 12 while it was still releasing, and found the writing progressively weak. The comments mainly deterred me given that they were a mixed bag the last time I was here, and now they’ve tanked. I was more looking to see if anyone thought the lead up was worth watching to the end. Unfortunately, after making my comment I saw a pretty important spoiler that leaves a bad taste given the already cop-out writing this drama was giving, and my motivation to finish has dwindled pretty rapidly, lol. Thanks for the input :)

I'm not very motivated to finish this considering all the comments. Should I even bother trying to complete it?

Short, sweet, and to the point. Had some nice meat to the plot, and the couples felt well developed given the length. Cute drama!
