When I was like half way through the show I really disagreed with you because i didnt like him one bit. But yes,…
I feel you. I know why they did it, but a part of me was disappointed. He looked so happy in the end, and I kind of wanted Yoo Ra to either have some character development or suffer by herself.
Why was Yoo Ra so huge at the end while Yi Joo wasn't showing at all? Didn't they get pregnant around the same…
Drama magic, but also Yoo Ra got pregnant before Yi Joo since it's actually Se Hyeok's baby. I think she would have been at least a month or so ahead. At least that's what my timeline brain projected.
I thought the whole background story was the dad toke her there for a photoshoot but the horse ran. No found her…
You're right, but they could have expanded on it. Why was she on the horse by herself? If the dad knew she was on the horse and her family is so rich, it would have been logical to search in the area a horse could have ran. Also, who leaves their kid on a horse in the middle of nowhere? Not once is it mentioned again once they touch and go. But, yes, you are right.
I watched this and I thought it was good, but I guess some people didn't like it,I'm not calling anyone out in…
I'm not upset he didn't get with Namsoon tbh. He's a bad person who threatened and tried to kill her family, and she was also awful to him, playing him like that. I'm more disappointed that he's the only decent character with believable build-up and they only did it for the shock value of his death at the end. It was the easy way out, and a let down of all the potential it had. I obviously can't speak for everyone, but that's just my two cents.
Yeah, the writing gets sloppier farther in. The characters are undeveloped yet their relationships vault ahead…
You literally commented AND I QUOTE “ Why there are some people who rate this with a 1??? ” I gave an answer, you got displeased about it because you don’t want another view. Try wording your stuff better next time if you want only the views that will make you happy and no others. I have many hobbies, one of which is watching dramas. That’s why we’re all here. If you can’t be respectful, then maybe you shouldn’t be interacting in these spaces.
Why there are some people who rate this with a 1??? I know that many I have read have skipped scenes and others…
Yeah, the writing gets sloppier farther in. The characters are undeveloped yet their relationships vault ahead at lightening speed. I had trouble feeling compassion for some characters that didn't have solid foundations, so it was hard to know why they did what they did, and other reactions were blown out of proportion.
I was enjoying up until the midway point, but the in-depth problems bothered me and it felt like I was watching a vapid series with no real substance to it. They gave one character a solid background and a good, interesting foundation for his character and it turned out to be for shock value, and while I guessed it would be that, I still wanted more from the entire story.
Glad you enjoyed it, apparently to the point you're being rude to others, but it fell flat and dull between the lack of proper character development and underutilized plot. And, no, I'm not a teenager. I'm an adult who's been watching dramas for over ten years. This had a lot of potential and didn't meet it at the end of the day, in my opinion.
Comment section is so funny because you can see people critiquing a body of work while others are just fan girls;…
The acting, I could get by. I just thought the writing was straight sloppy. The one character they gave a solid foundation and interesting background, they f-ed over.
Depends on your mentality, curiosity, and how much time you have. It seems you're making the decision based on…
I’ve watched to ep 12 while it was still releasing, and found the writing progressively weak. The comments mainly deterred me given that they were a mixed bag the last time I was here, and now they’ve tanked. I was more looking to see if anyone thought the lead up was worth watching to the end. Unfortunately, after making my comment I saw a pretty important spoiler that leaves a bad taste given the already cop-out writing this drama was giving, and my motivation to finish has dwindled pretty rapidly, lol. Thanks for the input :)
It was okay. Nothing in depth and I would have liked to focus more on the couple than the drama-y stuff going on with unfinished feeling cut scenes. They're still cute though.
The writer used his personal religious upbringing and conflict with his sexuality to make some art. It’s absolutely…
This type of content is meant to be therapeutic for the people that have been through it, enlightening to those who haven't, and uncomfortable for those that perpetrate it. Limiting art such as this limits important world views, and rarely stops with just one. The "don't watch if it bothers you/it's not your cup of tea" is important thing to live by when consuming media of any kind. If the reactions to the media bounces back on the people that made it, it says more about society than them.
A drama about how one person can change the entire course of your life, whether that be good or bad. A really good, if not frustrating at times, watch. Kind of felt like eating bitter medicine with a sugar chaser if that makes sense.
If you're sensitive to seeing gaslighting/manipulation be careful in the latter half of the drama.
What are they doing with the villain? He is ruthless and smart in one scene and then becomes dumb and a simp with…
He's in love and she's the first person he feels like he can open up to. He's also obsessed with her strength. I think it has something to do with surviving together in his mind, and that no one can hurt them if they're both strong. Either way, mans is head over heels for her.
