NS is so uncomfortable around RSO that it amazes me how people think they have romantic chemistry. Not only can…
I agree, I think I would have preferred they opted out of a romance for this. I can understand why she doesn't like Shi Oh after him saying he wants to viciously murder people right in front of her, especially concerning her family, but she also has a ton of chemistry with him which is why it's so easy to ship. I think if she didn't know who he was or what he'd done, she might have fallen for him.
This reminds me of the love triangle in a chinese drama about a woman who investigates dead bodies. She had zero…
It's called Miss Truth! It was decent, I liked that the fml, who worked as a forensic examiner, was independent. Unfortunately the drama (in my opinion) derailed in the last quarter, but I didn't hate it. Well worth the watch if you ignore the love triangle.
My heart isn't ready for whatever's in store for Shi Oh ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Either this is unintentionally hilarious and sad because everyone likes the villain more than the cop OR the creators…
There's no way they didn't do this on person for his character. I feel like they're lining us up for shock value with whatever happens, and I'm not ready.
Nam Soon and Hee Sik are the definition of FORCED. Lmaooo I can't and won't stop saying it. Like??!!! Hee Sik's…
This reminds me of the love triangle in a chinese drama about a woman who investigates dead bodies. She had zero chemistry with the main lead, and the second lead literally did everything for her, respected her boundaries, and showed up. Then they made him evil because of her rejection in the last few episodes and totally sabotaged his character for shock value.
Granted, Shi Oh is bad from the get go, but those are the vibes I'm getting from the way this is heading.
There are so many people who ship Nam soon with the villain, i see many edit of this ship on insta, tiktok, twitter.…
It's in his eyes and smile. Every time he looks at her with that expression, I get a little weak towards his character. He's like a murderous teddy bear
The ml and fl feel more like side characters in their own show, the drug investigation has taken the wheel with…
The mom is selfish until she's not. I find her character both consistent, yet confusing because she's judgmental and brash, but she also thinks some things through plotting wise and shows up at the end of the day. I think I would have liked more insight as to why she is the way she is, but yeah, definitely moments where I watch what she's doing and question everything.
The pretty privilege if a villain is handsome and pretty they’re gonna get 30 girls defending them online💀…
He's fake. Yeah there are people like him in the real world, but this is a drama and he's a fictional character. Sure there's pretty privilege, but again, he's a fictional character. People simping over him is really not that deep. I doubt most of us here are going to go out and find a hot drug dealer to smooch on. No, we'll probably be holed up in our rooms simping over another hot very fictional guy.
There's a reason why dark romance is a thing right now. People have a thing for grey, or in some cases absolutely awful, very hot, characters, but it's all fake. A fantasy that usually stays one for a reason. No one is condoning, they're just enjoying like they'll enjoy the next one too.
At first I was really enjoying this series. The chemistry was really good, and I'm always on board for a found family feel. It also had the perfect amount of longing and sweetness. Unfortunately the last half falls prey to some unwelcome tropes and relies on those for the rest of the watch. The pacing was also perfect in the first half, but felt rushed about midway mark.
It's nice for a fluffy drama and if you want some spicy with your angst, but just didn't hit the mark all the way to the end for me.
I'm struggling to finish this TT the beginning was really good, the build-up was great, I binged the first half in two days, but somewhere I think around ep 11 or 12, the plot kind of just drops off. Not because it's complete or resolved, it just feels like it got lost somewhere between being revealed too fast and not having enough ground to stand on to give the rest of the story a boost. So sad, I was really enjoying it.
