I just find issues with the online mentality that negativity is a "fun task" or fine to do at all. It encourages speaking up and getting bigger in the things people say towards the artist. No, it won't end their career but it's not nice. But if it makes you feel better and is fun, go for it. :)

It will stay on netflix most likely because they bought the rights and youku has taken him from the cast list, in, I assume, an attempt to not delete it. Only time will tell.

Just so everyone knows, zzh has been officially banned from the entertainment industry by the association of preforming arts. The ban does not say for how long and it is unknown if it can even be lifted.

It’s not about my celeb being the most benevolent person. I don’t normally follow actors or stars at all if I’m honest, but the whole thing breaks my heart. I know what the issue is and yes he was completely careless with it. Just hoping for the best. Someone was definitely jealous/wanted to bring him down and unfortunately did find the perfect thing. I just hope the hate doesn’t spread to anyone else around him.

I don't think it's that anyone is ignoring it. We understand. It's that he's already been dragged by everyone, so further crucifying him does nothing.

I'm honestly not sure if you're sincere but saying he won't come back from it helps no one. He's a person, living and breathing, who made a mistake like just every other human being. Even if you or anyone else is angry, this is a life. That's important too.

It was all very organized and the whole thing reeks of money hungry people trying to ruin him. The brand thing I would see as more preemptive. He knows the likelihood of termination is strong so getting ahead of it could lessen the blow. He has also already put out two apologies on the matter as well. All of this is, of course, hearsay but it's best to just wait and be quietly supportive.

The severity of the situation is something most are aware of, and we all know what's going on. I understand why it's such a big deal to cnetizens, but spreading rumors as to the "Nazi salute" which was in regards to his short movie brother and taken out of context, along with other such things is unhelpful to the overall situation. The reality is already awful enough. Adding fuel to an already raging fire is not helpful.

Unfortunately, I think the problem goes hand in hand with how people view intimacy and homophobia. Yes, if they were straight, all these people would be shipping them to kingdom come, but also I think it reflects on society's view of intimacy. Somehow because they don't kiss or are shown having spicy time, they're not being truly intimate which is ridiculous and I've seen to many people say there's no romance because there's no kisses. Like, ??? intimacy is not just people taking their clothes off. That with the lack of cultural understanding, and rampant homophobia kills my braincells and hurts my heart.
