No, FL doesn't like anyone besides ML. Both ML and FL only have eyes for each other from ep1 to ep16. The Whole story is focused on their mutual love. There's a Sml who's interested in FL but the plot doesn't revolve around love triangle. Sml remains as a good supportive friend to both ML & FL
Actually this plot was needed because without it Sunjae wouldn't have regained memories from 1st timeline (ep1)…
In ep14, when he was having flashbacks they showed him getting flashback of [Ep4] where he was standing below her apartment when she was in wheelchair...
Also at the end of Ep15 when he got all memories...he was regaining each timeline in order. (like how we as audience saw all the timelines in particular order)
See the sequence of memories they played in his head at the end ep15...
1. first he regained the memories of 1st timeline : Sunjae seeing her in rain for the first time, where he didn't wake her up in bus, couldn't save from accident, and she didn't remember him on bridge (ep1) 2. Then memories from Ep2-8 were being played in his head (after Sol's time travel) 3. then he also got college memories which was from 3rd timeline 4. and lastly he connected all those memories with the final timeline (After Ep13) where he thought of her as a stranger

If she had gone back to 2023 in ep13 without the memory-erasing plot, Sunjae would only have memories of (Ep2-6 and Ep9-12) while the previous altered timelines (Ep1 and Ep7-8) would've remained in Sol's memories only.
It was all good until then writers decided to add the memory-erasing plot which is straight-up frustrating.

Just wait until Ep2 ending (this was the main reason/plot twist which made everyone hooked up to LR) or Ep4 ending...that would set the tone of the entire drama by then. Best or not out of all drama, but Lovely Runner is surely best RomCom out there.
Their romance will deepen and Comedy aspect will remain until the last ep. It's like watching a flower bloom before your eyes, each petal revealing a new layer of sweetness and charm! 🌸✨ Plus Ep1 also had so many hidden details which would unfold in later eps 🫠
