Human From Today was just the literal translation of korean title of this drama. Yesterday when script reading released, we got to know the official english title, it's "No Tail to Tell".

No! in this webtoon, The ML wear tattoo sleeve (which is supposed to look obviously fake) to hide the burn scar on his arm. He only put in on occasionally so most of the time you will see his burn scar instead.
