Watched them both. Although I think ALSB is very random in terms with the narrative. Some arcs aren't maintained. wc is understandable bec the novel is kind of diary-ish so it became apparent with the drama. It became tolerable for me bec of the friendship and not bec of the romance arc. For PYHOMS, Gu Wei Yi is adorbs, and it's better thatn ALSB for me, but it kinda gets draggy when they finally got together. Maybe it meandered a bit because there were no conflicts. Which is a double-edged sword for a drama huhu.
Anybody who can recommend me dramas of the same wavelength? Not so fast-paced but also not boring. I've watched this weeks ago and I want to feel the feels again. Please reco me huhu
on the contrary, out of all the stupid girl-genius guy dramas that I watched, she seems to be the most adorable bec she's not overly hyper and knows how to keep quiet when she needs to. she also isn't as stupid as is described
This was one of the earlier dramas that I watched. I remember it was battling Iris at the timeslot but I loved this! One of the few idol dramas before idol dramas became a trend. Maybe I understand why new people kind of don't get why this drama had some people raving~ hell this came out before the HD cameras. Film rolls haven't even been discontinued at this point. It was 2009 and Hallyu wasn't as revolutionized as now. This was one of the greatest! Hong Sisters were really ahead of their time!
