Damn some people are pissed, I wish they realised that these events are based on true stories and at the end of…
I took international studies in college so I know a little about the IMF crisis. While I understand your frustration, it could be lack of knowledge of why some people aren't responding to this drama in a way you think they should. Maybe some people just can't relate to the story. That is a realistic part of watching dramas. Don't let what people say upset you because at the end of the day we all have opinions whether good or bad, and opinions should be respected.

I like the drama but the issue I'm having is can they ever catch a break? Damn!!! every 40 business days they have an issue. This is in every episode. I understand the crisis and what's going on, but they need a break.

Usually this is my cup of tea for dramas to watch, but somewhere along the line this drama went totally haywire. The potential was there, but as it went on, it wasn't executed well. The mistakes the two FL made was just crazy to me. First and foremost Eunsu approaches a stranger that looks like Jin Pyo, and she did in right in front of his place of work. First of all, she should have vetted him more to see the type of person he was and try to get a feel to see what he was about.... big mistake on that. Next mistake, they really didn't have a concrete plan on how to get rid of Pyo. It was just crazy and all over the place. Taking Jang Kang to the airport, and throwing Pyo phone in a damn plant??? I mean, you just murdered a man, and you leave evidence around carelessly. They made so many crazy mistakes until for me the drama just took a nose dive for me. The acting was good, but whoever wrote this story need to go back and learn how to write a story. Yes I know in drama land things aren't always logical, but things don't always have to be stupid. Now when I wrote a comment which I know I might get the ones that have issues with what I commented? This is how I felt. If you liked it and found no issues, more power to you. I don't argue when people have their own opinions. That's a childish move.

Title Dear X
When I tell you this drama is so good? I have watched so far only 2 episodes. Getting ready to watch the other 2 in a few minutes. One thing I don't get, the little actress that's playing the young Baek A jin, Gi So-yoo, she is absolutely amazing!!!!!! Why are they not listing her as part of the cast? This little girl can act . She is acting that part so well, and to be so young!!!! Anyway, she deserves to be acknowledged. Kim Yoo Jung is doing a great job in acting psycho. She's been acting since she was a child, and she such a good actress. Can't wait to see how all of this will end. Very intense drama. I'm also surprised the ratings for this drama is so high. Very surprising for this negative site

Why the hell the rating is so low ? Jcw hater working overtime
Why? because this is a site where people or either fake accounts rate these dramas very low. I am hardly on here, only to check the calendar, and I hardly ever do a review, but I will on this drama because it deserves it. I am loving the drama.

The caliber, the extensive resume, the many awards Lee Jung Jae has won, how could he let himself be in a drama like this? Yes it's only one episode, but I couldn't fet off into it. I'm going to give it another try, and if I still feel the same, I'm going to drop it.

The only missteps I've seen her make were with Project Wolf Hunting, where her role was too small and her talent…
Her talent is being wasted in being in romcoms all the time. She's very talented, always loved her acting, still do, and as I stated, she's better than this. One thing about korean dramas i have learned since watching for years, they will typecast an actor really quick. I just don't want to see her in another romcom. Give it a rest. Get into another genre, which I know she can do. I think there is so much depth to her acting but if she keeps choosing scripts that are mediocre? That's what she will continue to get.

This is why I say you can't believe everything you read, especially with this AI mess going on. Is she mentally unstable? I read she's the same person that came out with these allegations awhile back. This is how some of these actors end up losing their jobs because of lies. They need to make sure they check everything possible before canceling a person, and taking away their careers. Glad it's not true.

I am truly liking this drama. The nostalgia, the music. Just found out that Kim Min Ha is singing one of the songs ,Eternity".

I truly liked this drama. It was well written, the actors played their parts well, and it showed the trials and tribulation of young adults, and how each individual dealing with life, and the hand that was given. Some people don't grow up with loving parents and family, and some grow up with love, whether rich or poor. You saw those scenario with Young Rae, Jong Hee, and Jae Pil. They persevered through it all. Now all along while this drama was going, there were some people on this site, and other media sites that was literally tearing this drama apart. People making up their own narrative, hating the Jae Pil character, which was so ignorant and immature. The thing about it is that he liked Jong Hee, but she told him twice she wasn't ready to date/have a boyfriend. He never dated her. They never even kissed. Then 7 years later he became close to Young Rye, and he had feelings for her he had not even tapped into. He knew he felt something, but he wasn't sure. He finally figured it out when Jung Hyun, aka daddy long legs" told him he need to make up his mind. Either you pursue her for more, or basically he was going to step in. One thing I noted in this drama it was unrequited love that played a part as well. Jae Pil didn't see Young Rye as a love interest at the beginning, and Young Rye never saw Jung Hyun as a love interest. Some people got mad and thought they should have been together, but her heart wasn't with him. It wa always Jae Pil. You can't make anyone love you, you can't make anyone like you. That's part of life, and for those that belittled the Jae Pil character, with toxicity??? Something has to be wrong in your life to act this way. I remember when watching kdramas was fun. You could go back and forth with comments that was friendly banter between people who love these dramas. No, we will not all agree on dramas that we don't like or like. We have our own opinions, and as adults, we should be able to comment how we feel about a drama, instead of being nasty, mean, and just downright stupid.

At the end of the day, these are some of our most favorite actors and actresses trying to give their all in making something hopefully people will like. They know that all people aren't going to like everything. That's reality. Anyway, I give this drama a 9, and I truly hope people won't start turning on the actual drama star, Heo Nam Jun, because he doesn't deserve hatred, because he did nothing but act his part.

Decent drama. I like that Ro woon has taken on a much different role than his usual type roles. I hope he starts branching out to other genres and playing different characters, which to me shows the stretch of an actor and what they can really do. One thing, actor Choi Gwi Hwa, does this man play anything besides villians? Now he's good at what he does, but if he did play a character that's good, I would probably say no, let him go back to being a villian.

People generally rate after seeing one episode. Then they reduce or increase it later as the episodes continue…
I totally agree

That doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I'm thinking to logical here but that's just something that seems unfair to any drama.I have seen people literally butcher good dramas because it's not their favorite actor. The reason why this drama was voted highly because of Junho. Overall it's bogus ratings

So all it takes is one episode and the rating is 8.3??? That's utter bullshit. I notice people vote on dramas based on who's their favorite and that's not fair. Decent episode, but I don't rate until the drama is over. Isn't that how it's supposed to be?
