Based on your list we can see why you would say this lol and no one's been afraid here. All have expressed their…
There was someone that was afraid to comment. I will definitely do me, and you could have kept your stupid, idiotic lame comment to yourself. You're the type I'm speaking of. Mad because someone has a different opinion then you.
Love Ji Sung, but this drama so far have me confused. Episode one was all over the place to the point I couldn't decipher what I was looking at. I'm going to give it a chance, and hopefully episode 2 is better.
First let me start off as saying when I comment it's not hate, it's my honest feelings about a drama. I get so tired of people when they love a drama, and other people don't, we're haters, or stupid, or whatever negative word some people want to use. As adults, which I would think we all are, we should know opinions differ. I don't care if an actor/actress is my favorite, if the drama wasn't good in my eyes? It just wasn't. I am not going to sit here and justify my reasons to anyone. Now since I have that off my chest, let me say I did not like this drama at all. I think it was lackluster, the premise of the story was okay, and I understood it, but it wasn't for me. Speaking of Junho, I love him in 2pm, still a fan of the group, but he has never been one of my favorite actors. I feel that he acts the same in all of his dramas. His last drama Typhoon family was cool, but this one? it's a no for me. I would like to see him in a drama that expresses his emotions more, something more intense. I think he plays it safe all the time, and maybe he's trying to move away from the safe" and try other genres, which I truly respect. Even though I didn't like the drama, I actually watched the entire 8 episodes because I wanted to give it a full chance. Just couldn't vibe with it. Now, if you are a fan of Junho and his acting, no issue here, however, do not reply to me acting immature, and commenting stupid things to me, because believe me, I can bite back, and hard. There are some people that are even afraid to comment because of them being afraid of getting backlash. I'm not one of those people. Not being harsh, and I'm not a mean person, but some people need to stop acting so dramatic when we don't care for a actor, drama or both.
Liked the drama, but I do have some exceptions: 14 episode drama, they wait until the 14th episode for ML to get injured, lose memories. Sighting of the FL sister in JEJU...... she went there to find her sister, saw her, dressed up to go into the party, run into ML, he rekindles his memories, she stumbles, as she did so many damn times throughout the drama, they have a still of them with their lips touching, this goes on for eternity, the sister she was searching for was no longer in the picture, no update, never stated if she was found and back with the family. They just overlooked this part, and moved on to the ending. How in the hell do you skate over that? Other parts that I didn't care for. The second ML and the second FL. He's pinning over the FL , the second FL running after him like there's no tomorrow, and still they didn't get together, from what I gather. Then a white woman shows up, well I guess these writers and directors think you can't have a full drama without a white person in it, that wasn't even necessary. Side Bar: I do wish if they want to implement foreigners, please no that white people aren't the only race that exist outside of Koreans or Asians, for that matter. There are professional Black, Latino, Muslim actors in Korea. Now, back on track. I wish this drama was just a romance drama without all of the basic hiccups, and the same trope of the half siblings trope, and one trying to take over the company. I just want a straight romance without the meeting while they were kids back in the day, surprised they didn't go that route, but just showing the up and downside of a relationship instead of all the sidebars. Overall though I still liked the drama, and the leads had such great chemistry together.
I really wanted to like this drama, but I couldn't. The issues I am having is there isn't any chemistry between the two main leads. Having Park Seo Joon play a weak minded individual, not getting over a relationship, and it's been 18 years if I'm not mistaken? I mean who does that? He's a pushover and she's a mess. They tried 2 other times to make it work, so why not just let it go? She has an addiction, and depression, and he's her punching bag. The way she treats him is crazy. When I write my opinions, I try to be as honest as I can. I have never cared for the FL. Yes, I have watched her before, but I never walk away saying she left a lasting impression. She's not the reason I don't care for the drama, it's just the storyline, and it just seems all over the place. I am aware a lot of people seem to like it, and that's great. I'm not going to like everything everyone like. It's not about conforming and being like everyone else. It's about having a mind of your own, and just being honest. Before anyone says, give it a chance, oh yes, I have, up until the 4th episode
I think it's weird that some of you in the comments are being so negative against actor Kim Jae Won. Lee Jung Suk has dropped out of not only 2 dramas, I'm Against Romance, and 1 Second for Disney, but Kim Jae Won is to blame? He's an industry plant? I mean, wonder why Lee Jong Suk continues to drop out of dramas, that's the big question. He then does the drama Law and the City, which in my observation, was not good. Blaming someone for accepting an offer is crazy. Lee Jong Suk is not a spectacular actor at all. You can get mad, don't care, but going in on someone, and saying negative things when there's no proof, just an actor wanting and wiling to work. Not saying this because I'm a fan, because I'm not, but being accusatory, and making up shit about people, isn't right.
Well honestly, this drama would not have worked for them. I think having Kim Go Eun and Jeon Do Yeon are better for the drama, which they proved. The drama was excellent.
I think it's a shame on how they are wasting his talent. He has played a younger version of every actor in the korean industry. He went to the military while he was younger, so he could focus more on his acting with no interruptions. He's such a great actor, and for the life of me, he seems to keep getting the scripts for playing a younger version, or in high school. He deserves better scripts. It is damn well time for him to lead in dramas. He's been around for awhile. I truly hope his luck changes, because he's one great actor they shouldn't sleep on
I don’t know if it makes sense, but the older I get, the more uncomfortable I feel watching dramas where the…
She's 26, he's 37, eleven years difference, and she is a grown woman. What are you talking about. These are actors. It's not like she's 17. You definitely have a hangup.
We were given Manipulated, Dear X, and now this drama, Price of Confession. I am so glad to be watching more thrillers. The first two were really good dramas, and it looks like Price of Confession is going to be joining them. So far I have watched 3 episodes, and it's really good. Two of my most favorite korean actresses are both in this drama Jo Do Yeon, and Kim Go Eun. I mean, how can you go wrong with these fantastic actresses!!
Wow!!!!!! This was such a good drama!!!! I like the ending because sometimes korean thrillers end with the happy ending. Not this one. All of the actors did a great job, and Kim You Jung, she was diabolical. I hope she get some therapy after this drama due to the fact that she immersed herself emotionally, and she gave it her all. Sometimes a drama doesn't need a season 2. I would say let it stay where it is. It's not warranted.
That's just it, you read my mind. He just had a popular drama with a popular actress/singer in Yoona. I bet there…
I totally agree with you. It's the visuals. Visuals doesn't guarantee a great actor, but talent does. That's why a lot of these mediocre romcoms like Marry Me became popular. Now suffice to say Both lead actors in this drama are good actors, but the story wasn't enough to even keep me interested.
That's just it, you read my mind. He just had a popular drama with a popular actress/singer in Yoona. I bet there…
I watched maybe 2 episodes of King the Land, then I dropped it because honestly Junho and Yoona have never been in my list of the actors that I gravitate to watch. Not that I don't like them, but I am not drawn to them. I did watch Bon Appetit with Yoona, and I really liked that drama.
I have to say that this drama started off pretty strong, but then the repetitiveness each week was really hitting a nerve. While I understand the story was based on the IMF crisis, the same thing happening each week became boring, but still I wanted to continue watching . It's not a bad drama, it's not a great drama, but it was a decent drama to watch overall. I wasn't going to watch it at first because it just didn't speak to me, to have enough interest to watch, but I wanted to give it a chance. I think all of the actors did a great job. Now I do have a concern that pisses me off. The nasty comments about the FL Kim Min Ha. To read that people had an issue with her looks baffles me to the core. She's a beautiful woman, and I love her freckles. I think it's sad that in Korea, everyone is supposed to look the same. I'm glad that she looked like a regular woman, instead of a surgical enhanced actress. Nothing is wrong with her at all. Also, when she was in Pachinko, people loved her, but as soon as she made a drama with Junho, some people became really weird. Comparing her to Yoona, which is so ignorant and immature. These people are actors, and whether he has a relationship with Yoona outside of the acting realm, that's their private life, but comparing Min Ha to Yoona was just dumb. Just wanted to add my 2 cents in in regards to the actress. Hope to see her in many more dramas to come
Yet again, another good drama rated low because of what? This was an older cast? Not anyone's favorite actor? I don't care how old the actors are because if it's good I will watch. I think that this story was about a slice of life. About a man that had so much pride that he couldn't let go of what he thought and felt his life should be even when he was treated unfairly. To get up and go to a top corporate job, still not reaping the benefits, but letting everyone make an ass out of him just so he can appear to be living the good life. There are people like this in real life. Pride will not let them see the true reality of what's going on, but just to look and sound good to the outside world, that's all that matters. I truly loved this drama. The ups and downs, trials and tribulations, and finally, the learning curve. You would think some people that are older, as the character portrayed in this drama, would already know how to deal with things head on. This drama goes to show you no matter your age, some people still have a lot of learning about life to do. So sad that not enough people paid attention to this drama. I am no where near the age of most of the actors in this drama, but I still loved watching it regardless if they were 20 or 85. I have to also say the OST was so beautiful. I could listen to this music all day. Kudos to all of the actors, writers, producers and directors that brought us this little gem of a story.
How pathetic you sound. Not wanting to watch because he gained a little weight? Even on your worst day you couldn't…
Since you're so concerned about his weight, go help him, because I'm quite sure you're a 10.......only in your eyes though. You evidently do care, because you commented. Not a snowflake sweetie. You're a disgusting person, that's probably unhappy so you want to call names and put people down. I will definitely pray for you
Were you there? Or do you have evidence to support your claim? Also, so the parents knew they dated 6 years when…
Stop. Even your response is stupid!!! you gave nothing but the same tired comment as if you know these people personally. if you support pedophiles just say it and move on. It's actually a waste responding to you again.
Seems like he just disappeared. I am noticing this happening a lot with some of the actors. He hasn't been in anything since 2022 or 2023. Such a great actor. So glad that I was able to see him in TAXI SEASON 3. Hope after this he will be in more dramas.
