I 100% agree on the RSB anime protag stuff, she is way to perfect and all her plans work out in the end no matter how convoluted they get. Every single person she manipulates goes her way and it just gets boring that every conclusion to a arc is RSB knew everything and was in control the entire time while LJL is just sitting around looking confused cause nobody let him in on the plan.

I just feel sad for LJL now, he is treated like crap everywhere he goes and basically has to beg dearly to be treated how he should.

I thought once we get to the capital it would be LJL's time but nope, more Rong family stuff to focus on for the last episodes.

Who said I like when a guy ignores the girl. Don't assume stuff for me, I like equal relationships that show our 2 powerful main leads working off each other to their goals. They can be cold all they want but this is just that, RSB truly treats LJL as nothing at times and in my opinion that sucks.

Im begging the writers to let LJL be cold and ignore RSB for one dam episode. She needs a taste of her own medicine for this relationship to have any chance imo

That just isn't true, she clearly was waiting for her servant to stop the wedding with the Yan family servant, not LJL to crash it.

ik she always has some plan, but it could easily be executed without almost marrying another man against her will. It's just for drama and angst.

The annoying part is if this guy was actually the real Yan Bai Lou she would just willingly marry him ig. Only way in the world to not marry this guy and go against her stupid grandmother is if wasnt even Yan Bai Lou to begin with. She just can't say no to this annoying request. (ik she just got in good graces with GMa again but this will just bring the Rong family back to its rotten roots if they continue to entertain every word she says or orders).

Pretty funny to say, that she didnt murder him, is showing her care for him. The bar is in hell. Jokes aside I i somewhat agree with you both, but I will never like that since 1 side is cold, and uncaring must make the other obsessed and downbad. That dynamic has just never been my cup of tea and they are going with that fully rn.

I have enjoyed this drama very much, but up to ep 26 they have mismanaged the writing of the romance so badly. Was it so hard to have both leads after memory returns be cold and scheming and both showing little by little that they developed genuine feelings for the other. Now it has been RSB cold and calculating showing 0 interest in LJL. While LJL is obsessed with RSB and will give up everything for RSB.
The drama is great dont get my wrong, just the romance is poor and just not entertaining unless your just thirsty for thirsty LJL

Agreed, all we have gotten from RSB as of late is just a few somewhat half smiles at LJL. The romance is being carried by LJL and RSB is barely changing cause her focus is all on the Rong family issues (understandable) just wish we saw more glimpses from her.

Just seems like alot of cdramas now have this huge one sided romance and its usually the ML sadly

So looks like RSB gonna be cringe and (almost)marry Yan as a thank you for "saving" her, also cause she thinks LJL has a better future then her annoying family.
