Since the very start of the drama everything we heard about Consort Shu has been pretty bad, only her interactions with Peiyi make her look like a "good" person. Everything else has been pretty much horror stories with multiple cases involving her servants.
Last thought before new ep, would be pretty funny if this whole thing was a plot by our leads to have all the villians (emperor included) guard be let down for one final push to end them all at once. To hopefull right?
Does that mean he should just let Peiyi crash and burn? His methods of "trusting the emperor" and failure…
I think we agree then that neither is wrong in their feelings but in the end all Peiyi would get is a moment of relief and then everything would come crashing down, she dies and who knows what would become of the remaining people she loves. In the end the singular moment of revenge does not out weight the future of her and her loved ones. I think this episode is really well written because of this moral conundrum. I just think some people are really immature about hating the ML or FL in this moment in the story. Neither is breaking who they are but I think they both need to learn to compromise in their ideals when dealing with the villian and the emperor who brings no justice to his people.
Episode 29...really interesting episode. I absolutely knew that Peiyi was NOT going to get justice Huajin's way.…
Does that mean he should just let Peiyi crash and burn? His methods of "trusting the emperor" and failure of that only prove more that the real villian of this story is the emperor himself. Every case comes to a certain conclusion that didnt end in justice for the victims, and do you know who 90% of that came back to? The Emperor.
Alot people just seem really one track minded (Peiyi right now) and immature. If she really went through and completed her revenge tonight then she will die and the show ends. Would you really consider that a good ending? Like please learn to be a bit more mature and trust the people writing the show will give us a satisfying conclusion to Peiyi's grudge and story. There is 5 whole episodes left.....
Are people really this oblivious to not understand the real villian of this story is the emperor? Why blame the ML or FL for their actions when it all comes down to the emperor making mistake after mistake and doubling down due to his weaponized incompetence and want to not shake the boat and just be a horny loser in his palace ruining lives 😂
The emperor is just a horny idiot who can't put two and two together. "Who could want Peiyi dead??????" are you serious dude..... "Is it truly tied to Price Duan case?" What the fuck is wrong with this emperor.
Anyone else find it kinda weird for them to have a case dedicated to a amazing female doctor kill her off for questionable reasons and then 2 cases later have another amazing female doctor become the reoccurring doctor character instead. Idk just feels kinda random.
How Dare You has taken my number 1 spot for best cdrama ever imo. Just a perfect show from start to finish and im gonna be depressed for a few months as I miss my time watching it.
Still find it pretty annoying that every lead they find is dead before even finding them and then once they catch the culprit they also end up dead. Even majority of the victims die to.
Old man Xiao honestly might be the goat of revenge. Peiyi should take some pointers from him when she starts hers. "Except for the bride, all 3 Sun family members perished" He doesn't kill the innocent he only does it to the ones who deserve it hats off.
Btw, it wasn't explicitly said, who's impregnating those women? Did they come to the cult already pregnant or…
They were forced to sell their bodies for 3 strings of coins with a basically 99% chance to die and it was all because of poverty and rich families taking advantage of them.
