I’m on eps.3 and honestly the ML is insufferable. Growing up with all that wealth has him living in a completely…
He is very immature, sheltered and ahead of his time in the belief woman can live independently of a man. Keep watching. His growth is totally worth it and helps the FL grow too.
HiI'm new when it comes to this type of movies/series.I was completely absorbed - the first 5 episodes passed…
Highly recommend you watch the original inspiration too: meet me at 10:06. This one is very good with an FL I preferred and so is that one with an ML I prefer. Course opinion may vary, but if you liked the overall story, you’ll like the original too.
Yes. It starts off and ends very fluffy for out Main Leads. Be prepared the majority of the story deals with a lot of country wide disasters so the interim bits are very dramatic and some lovely side characters die.
This FL is fabulous. And she’s no less conniving, seemingly disloyal or sneaky than the ML. It does seem weird…
Haha, I respected her in episode 8. This is war, they arent true allies, they are competitors at this point and she was clever. So if thats the start I guess anyone who is turned off by that episode really shouldnt watch this. The ML respected her for her ploy and said he’d do the same.
Despite the ridiculous premise causing some really odd first encounters this show had a really fun natural pacing…
My only complaint is the last three episodes starting from the Noble Idiocy. It felt like the occasional flaws in the plotting went up to 150% and nothing made sense. The fashion week invasion, last minute comeuppance for the asshat etc. was all pushed in. No one was reasonably mad at the FL for ditching and no explanation was given for where she was for the 48 or so hours they were looking for her before she went to leave town. It is a happy ending. But it was frustratingly dumb in how they went from the really fun dad acceptance arc to the worst written reputation smear campaign arc Ive watched in a long time. Highly recommend others watch this. Just be patient or hit fast forward allot for the last few episodes.
Also the side plot with the ML’s ex was really fun for me. Some people didnt like it. As underwritten as she was, she felt like a total boss in how she dealt with everything. She did need to learn not to manipulate her way to a good life and the joy of being her authentic self. But it felt like our ML wasnt an idiot for once loving her. I would watch a drama just about her character growth.
I saw someone said that ML is a doormat bcs he's so clingy and FL insult him!!so is it worth watching????
He’s not a doormat. Its just his goal is to bring peace to the world and go home leaving someone else in charge. She becomes a big part of that dream. Her goal is to bring peace to the world and be in charge to keep it at peace. He becomes a big part of that dream. They are both each other’s dream, its just the way they envision their future is different. They also start out as competitors. So alot of the beginning is them one upping each other. Their differing goals and positions on opposite sides creates a lot of drama and tension. But they both keep getting drawn to each other. And while I love him, the ML doesnt love her more. They love each other obsessively. He’s just a dude use to getting his way so he forces her to be around him even when it means she has to give up her freedom, family or choices. But since they do love each other sincerely some fans seem to think she should be okay with being forced. Its actually not okay. It balances out in the end since she contrives and forces him to take on political duties he would have avoided if he could.
I don't understand drama watcher especially. They love toxic ML in drama but if FL is slightly less devoted they…
This FL is fabulous. And she’s no less conniving, seemingly disloyal or sneaky than the ML. It does seem weird most who dislike that kind of behavior only comment on her and not both of them.
I am little confused..............Gu Won is a demon, its just that he cannot use his superpowers right......He…
You’ve got it backwards. He was never invulnerable. He’s been burned, had his head smashed with a bat etc. He doesnt die because his demon abilities heal him. Its actually pretty smart as a reason he doesnt age. His abilities return things to the exact state they were before. But without his power inside him, he now has to touch DDH and consciously think about things like healing and not aging in order to gain the benefit. His powers never prevented injuries. They just healed them. If he cant access his power, he wont heal. So he could die.
1. The FL is the one the ML is dreaming.2. The FL was the original being who had that power.3. The power wasn't…
If we go by this theory I doubt the ML was selfish. I bet whatever happened in the past led to his amnesia and just being a guardian/demon was a kind of punishment.
Also the side plot with the ML’s ex was really fun for me. Some people didnt like it. As underwritten as she was, she felt like a total boss in how she dealt with everything. avoided if he could.
