Title True to Love Spoiler
The 1ML is… dumb and slow. LOL.
He should've still knelt and gave her the ring, and let her make her final decision. He was too selfish to let her leave like that. Did he not realise she was waiting for a miracle? Did he not understand anything about the radio show advice?

The last thing he could do at that moment is to show her he's serious with her, that he just doesn't know what it meant to be in a relationship; and he bought the books because he wants to genuinely change and be the right man for her.

Instead, he has just proven that he doesn't see her as his partner for life. That she was just friend-with-benefits. And that freaking hurts for a person who wants to settle down.

He practically dumped her.

LOL. #RelateSoMuch.

According to Ep.02,
it was a grave mistake to train the students. Soldiers are dying because of them.

Of course, that's what they want us to think. I'm suspecting the reason they're training the students is everyone they can deploy were already deployed, and they're losing men fast. The students are their last option. It was a double-edge sword.

Now, everyone knows the story about the real assassin and Pyo.However, they revealed new information:1. Do Jin's…
Those are very good points.

I haven't considered the possibility Tae Ra's memories were intentionally erased. That definitely changes everything.

If he can do that, yeah, Tae Ra's brother's memories could be fake, too. Or, both of their memories are fake.

And yeah, accuracy of little details is often ignored.
On Moment at Eighteen Apr 11, 2023
I love this! It captured that moment when we were in High School (Grades 10, 11, 12 in South Korea; Grades 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 in the Philippines).

It was a very good throwback to the best day of our lives. When we were so young, innocent, brave, that part of our life where we were trying to carve a name for ourselves, trying to be independent, yet reality is pushing us back. That point in our lives when we start to hate our parents/guardians because of this and that.

But, today, as adults, we are saying the exact same thing to the kids of today. Go study. GO STUDY! It is not the time to be in a relationship. Or, us adults find it hard to trust kids because WE KNOW EXACTLY what is going on in their minds and what they are and will do. Why? Because we've been there ourselves.

To some, relationship became the reason their grades fell. While for some, it became the reason they became the top of the class. Some got distracted because of it, some it was a source of inspiration.

That is what this show is about, High School life, and how we were poking into the world of adulthood, yet too afraid to face make a stand. Where we thought we knew better, only to realise, often the hard way, what we know about ourselves and about life is nothing.

EVEN SO, it is that point in our lives that many of us wants to go back to. The fun. The feeling of being sooooo muuuuch in love. Laughing with our friends. With absolutely no care about the world.

To kids out there, enjoy your school life. Play hard. Live it. Laugh all you want, cry all you want. Be in love. Feel all the pain of break-ups. Because, trust us, once you are an adult, you will never have time to play, you will never experience that kind of life ever again. You will never have time to laugh, NOT EVEN to cry. And all the pain you will experience as an adult, you will lock it away. And all the love in the world, you will learn to ignore it.

It sucks to be an adult. So, enjoy your High School life. Make the best of it. Make a lot of good memories, and learn from all the bad memories. It will shape you. It will be the source of your strength and success one day.

You may hate your teachers, those subjects, but they will become useful in your adult life.

At that age, you think you know what you want to become and what job you will apply to, but no, more than half the time, things doesn't go according to your plan.

You hate math? Who doesn't? You are thinking you don't need to learn history, or English because it has nothing to do with the job you want? We all assumed that, too.

But, you know what, kids? We were wrong. Even in the type of jobs where it's 99% not needed, there is always that 1%, and you will wish to paid attention to your teachers.

Enjoy your life at eighteen, or you will regret it later.

Ep09+10
Now, everyone knows the story about the real assassin and Pyo.

However, they revealed new information:
1. Do Jin's father did try to stop the assassination because his best friend (Hae Soo's father and President) agreed to turn a blind eye.

2. Pyo knew Tae Ra when they were teenagers becauses Pyo was tracking down who ordered to kill his mother (the scientist mentioned in earlier episodes).

When Tae Ra and his brother were escaping (remember the motorbike accident scene?) Pyo was there. He was able to bring No. 50 to France and get her medical treatment. And when she woke up with no memories, he turned planned to turned her into Tae Ra.

3. Pyo's primary objective was to take revenge. But somewhere along the way, his ideals got twisted. He now thinks that he is the only one who can keep things that happened to him and Tae Ra, from happening to other people.

---

Another new thing: everyone's targeting Pyo now. They are not friends, Hae Soo still hates them all, but she's working together with Tae Ra and her brother to bring down Pyo.

Oh, bonus #4. Mr. No-Longer-Comatosed's mother seems suspicious. She suddenly stole all the shares of her husband. Maybe she was just acting as a mother. But, it was sudden, as if she planned it for a long time and waited in behind-the-scenes.

Questions left to be answered (some are new):
a. What actually happened during the assassination? Who actually gave the order?

b. Who orchestrated Mr. No-Longer-Comatosed's accident?

c. What exactly is the technology of Hatch, that they are all willing to kill their own friends and family?

d. Is Pyo really the ultimate villain? Or, is he just another character, misunderstood because the information is not complete?

e. Who actually killed Hae Soo's father?

The letter E question is there because:

Hae Soo was sitting a little farther left (facing them), and yet when her father was shot, his blood got to her.

If the scenes of No.50 and her brother were correct, they were positioned directly in front of the President.

I am no forensic analyst, but if the bullet came in front of the President, the blood would splay backwards, not sideways towards Hae Soo.

It appears to me that there is another assassin, far to the right of No.50. Hence, when the President was shot, the blood splayed to the left and hit Hae Soo (left when facing the stage).

I think No. 50 and her brother were framed up from the beginning. If so, it was a good way to keep them under their control. Unfortunately, they miscalculated No.50's reaction, so they tried to escape.

Unfortunately for No.50, she miscalculated one of the goons, he bumped into their motorcycle and ran down on her brother. And the rest is history.

Possibly, the gun No.50's brother was holding was empty. He was probably not yet that good with sniper guns. AFAIK, the recoil is not a joke, and kid doing the assassination is risky.

So, they made it appear he did it, when in reality, someone else was there with them.

But, that's just a theory.

Title Delivery Man
I've also commented on the title previously. The title Delivery man doesn't really make sense as he doesn't delivery…
Yeah. I'm thinking it makes more sense in Korean, some cultural context that doesn't translate into English.

Although the idea is there, "delivery man of last wishes and happiness", it's just, I don't know, too weak. It is like stretching it to get to that description.
On Delivery Man Apr 6, 2023
Title Delivery Man
The title should've been “Ghost Taxi”, or something like “Wish Taxi”.

Either way, to summarise the 12-episode series: he is no longer a virgin.

Hahahahahaha. No, seriously, that's the comedy part. Mind you, it's understandable why… but still it is funny in this context.

Great watch!

Looks that way. There was no exact confirmation, after the scene Hae Soo screamed, that was the last her partner was ever seen or mentioned (unless I missed it).

Thank you, I'm deeply humbled that there are people reading.

I'll see what I can do.

Hae Soo is always putting me off. Hahahah. Maybe now that she knows the truth, she'll have a change of heart and start working with Tae Ra. Though, I doubt that, Hae Soo is talented in connecting things that are not connected, and give it a different conclusion. LOL.

It's rare that I react badly on characters, after all, for a story to move, we need different characters. But Hae Soo… totally different level. The writer sure knows how to make their audience get absorbed in it.

If Hae Soo was not a reporter, her single focus on revenge against the wrong person would be fine. But because she is a reporter, and reporters are supposed to be “objectivity first before feelings”, it added that dynamic to the character. A contradiction of her expertise.

Which is actually interestsing.

What's happening ith Hae Soo is that, she using her objectivity as a reporter, but it's her downfall because someone knows how to manipulate her objectivity. Nudge her a little bit this way, and touch on her revenge and hatred, she starts to interpret things differently. It's still objectivity and logic, but because someone's manipulating her, she's always arriving at the wrong conclusion.

Pyo is a master manipulator. He knws how to manipulate a reporter and use their objectivity and talent in invesstigation and logic, for his own benefit.

If Pyo is a real person, he would be working at the very top, probably in secret, of anti-intelligence agencies. ^_^;;

Tae Ra finally made her move. I've been waiting which will trigger her… her child, Hae Soo, or her brother. But,…
Ahh, good point! The one-eye guy is suspect, too. Probably ordered by Pyo to clean up the mess?

Then again, probably has nothing to do with the mess. Based on what we know so far, Pyo have been orchestrating everything from the beginning. He's the one leaking information, so maybe, it was all part of his plan to get rid of her in that event.

If so, Pyo sure knows how to play chess. Not only that, he lives by “keep your friends close, but your enemies closer”. He's keeping all his enemies and potential enemies, close to him, like No.50. He knew she will eventually remember… and was he not the one who made her remember (or was it Kumjo grandpa?)

He's playing chess against himself, in the end, if all goes well, he benefits regardless who wins.

Sscary!!

Yep. There's more room for that character in the plot, at least based on what we know so far. Most especially, what drove her to create an assassin network?

The way she acted, she is principled (though questionable), and money is not an issue either. It doesn't appear they accept any job order, and if they do, they remain on the top.

But, here comes Pyo, she's suddenly an underling, and simply a chess piece. She was planning something against Pyo, and then she just died like that.
On Pandora: Beneath the Paradise Apr 2, 2023
LOL, I just noticed.

Jang Hee Jin (장희진), the actress for the character “Ko Hae Soo” (고해수) was also in “Flower of Evil” and her character was named “Do Hae Soo” (도해수).

Without knowing the Hanja equivalent of the name, 해수 can mean: (1) salt/sea water; (2) sea animal.

One possible Hanja form of the name is 咳嗽 which can mean: (1) cough; (2) medicine to coughing in both Japanese and Chinese. It can also mean, figuratively in classical Chinese, as (1) a sound; or (2) to speak.

Although, for her character in Pandora, it could be: 解搜, to divide and to search.

Tae Ra! Finally!
Tae Ra finally made her move. I've been waiting which will trigger her… her child, Hae Soo, or her brother.

But, it was a risky move. The assassin organisation is like a dragon with multiple heads. Cut one, and two more will grow, more vicious than the previous head. And we already know who will be the potential new head, or heads. Mr, One-Eyed Man, and Pyo himself.

In the end, Tae Ra only made things very dangerous for everyone. “Mother” was, for all her faults, was keeping things at bay and acting as a buffer for Tae Ra.

Her main objective was still to bring down Pyo, for various reasons:
1. Pyo played her
2. Pyo hid No.50 from her
3. She doesn't like someone above her
4. Pride. There should be no one untouchable for her and her assassins.

“Mother” was playing a dangerous game of chess. She is no one's ally, and taking back No.50 is far more important for her. I suspect that Tae Ra misunderstood what “Mother” intends to do with her brother.

Which caused “Mother”'s life, because Tae Ra's brother became her trigger. It pushed her to cut off the head.

And now, two new heads, more vicious than “Mother” are going to take control of the assassin network.
