On Yes, I Can’t Swim Feb 5, 2023
Oh how I loved this movie, I actually expected it to be very simple story about a guy overcoming his fear of water and learning how to swim but this was much deeper, I loved it so much though generally I'm not a huge fan of these type of movies but this one was perfect and I didn't feel bored for a minute despite being a 2hour movie, I slightly didn't know who are some characters and whether they are important in the story or just small roles, not all relationships here were explained but you understand them as the movie goes, that's probably the only thing that confused me.
I LOVED the friendship between Yuji and Shizuka!! They were amazing!!
Highly recommended movie ~~
On I Will Knock You Feb 5, 2023
That was nice, fluffy and cute, the story is lovely and the interactions between the two leads was funny.
I liked Thiw the most TBH and the sister, it's probably the first series I see in a while that has no side couple which is good to focus on the relationship between the leads.
It was overall nice but not great or anything, just good enough to watch for one time ~~
On The Forbidden Marriage Feb 4, 2023
Started of slow then became great then fall flat again, I wanted something light and funny and though this is considered very light drama with no stressful events beside the whole conspiracy thing the middle part of the drama was my favourite till it starts to get heavy a little.
It's not the best yet it was good. I loved the comedy in it and it was done well, and I had a good laugh but didn't appreciate the love triangle and some parts were boring for me.
On Cutie Pie 2 You Feb 2, 2023
If you loved Cutie Pie, you gonna love this, if you didn't, don't bother watching it, it's like an extra 4 ep of the series, if you watched Cutie Pie the those 4 ep you won't feel they are separated, I admit I saw slight improvement between the frenemies Yi and Lian, and Foei baby sitting both of them was adorable xD also more of Nuer/Syn for their fans so it's a good mini series for the original series fans but aside from that nothing is really happening.
No story and nothing going on beside tying a few loose ends and giving the leads their happy ending.

I watched it for Foei and he didn't disappoint, I love Poppy so much and Jay appearance was cherry on top.
On Jitenshaya-san no Takahashi-kun Feb 1, 2023
That was perfect for me, a light romantic drama, slightly slow but not boring at all and fluffy with no stressful events, I loved it!
It also has some funny moments, the end of ep5 killed me, when hid friends tried hard to stop him from making a scene xD
I just wished it was longer, and I wasn't a big fan of flashback part, it's cliché and kinda unnecessary, still, I enjoyed every minute, highly recommended and I'll definitely rewatch it again soon ~~

Title Between Us
Ok they were side couple in UWMA for a reason, their whole story can be told in like 2 hours and it'll fit everything.
If I have to rate this I think I'll give it higher than it deserves ( or than I'd normally rate it) because I was having a very bad time when I picked it and a lot of shitty things happened in my life so I was grateful for any type of distraction, also because I love Boun/Prem despite having a few comments about how they act, and the very disturbing and eye catching hair roots of Boun that changes colour from scene to scene, also there is something with everyone here except maybe for Sammy, they tend to have long pauses between each line they speak which is really annoying.

That been said, this series was simply 10 long eps of flirting leads with uncertainty about wth is their relationship exactly, then On the 11th they had this really awkward 20 mins of crying and singing and crying again to agree to be boyfriends ( not exactly new, everyone knew they were a thing except for them lol) and the rest of the ep was like "Now what!?" Scene from Finding Nemo. They literally have nothing to do so they start to solve problems facing the other half a dozen couples in that series, gosh! I counted about 6 couples and 2 close friends that are close enough to be a dorky ship! Literally every single character has a lover here.

That literally the whole series, is it bad!? Nope, not really, for me it's on the same level of UWMA but maybe the latter had slightly better story and funny characters like Manow had more screen time. Is it really that bad!? Still no, it's just slow, like very slow, and has too many couples that have no development because there is no screen time that can fit all those in one series, if you like the main couple then you'll enjoy it, if you are looking for very interesting and enjoyable story with great acting, then skip this one.
On Someday or One Day Jan 26, 2023
Didn't like it! I actually found it slightly boring and scenes were too long, I expected more from the high ratings but I guess this one isn't for me ~
The whole thing is like a very excited extrovert trying to pull an extreme introvert out of her cocoon which is a good idea but I assume it's a very low budget movie which came out very boring and after finishing it I wonder what
was that! I don't know I think there was a message at the end but I did not get it, being a book-loving introvert myself I didn't relate to the FL somehow and though I adopt the idea of books over people in my bad times, I won't do 90% of what she did In all the situations she came across here
Not saying the characters were bad but maybe irrelevant I also didn't get what was that for at the end TBH ~~
On Heavenly Forest Jan 25, 2023
Pure and innocent love story with a bittersweet end, it felt slightly nostalgic for me because I used to love Japanese romance movies very much.

Title Double Me
That was so lovely, didn't notice at first that it was a commercial but it's true what others said about this being better acted and done than many other dramas out there xD

Title First Love
Watched this right after "goodbye cruel world" where Nao also played a corrupt cop, I have to say this was quite mediocre till Kase started doing his plan which was hilarious, he was the best character in the whole movie and I think he should have been the ML because with all respect to Masa-san, Shota was brilliant!!! And I think the movie would be more interesting if it was told from Kase perspective!!
That been said this was totally quirky and fun to watch, and Julie was untouchable lol she was on fire - no pun intended - she was fantastic manic !!
On Goodbye Cruel World Jan 23, 2023
That movie was so good, I'm surprised that it's not that popular! And it has Nagisa san!!! lol
Felt slightly long but It was fun, the ost choice was amazing, and acting was on point!! Highly recommended ~

Feels like old Japanese BLs which it is, I somehow felt nostalgic watching this mainly because I wantched a few Japanese BLs when I was younger and stopped for a few years then started watching them again recently so these type of movies reminds me of good old times.
It's nothing grand or anything but at least this has happy end where everyone is doing well and have a happy life ~

Title Fanatic Love
The first 20 mins were so freaking confusing that I almost drop it, but the rest with the ML's "sister" was extremely funny, every single character here was so annoying and I didn't like any of them I actually skipped all their scenes except for the sister and her friend and I don't know the other actor but I'd recommend this short movie just for him because I laughed more than I should because of him 😂😂😂😂 won't say much so I don't spoil anything but I did enjoy this one ~
I loved it but not as much as the series, probably because the series was more fluffy and light also had some funny moments with the whole mind-reading thing but here it's just like any two couple facing their daily life, it's more dramatic and kinda touching the realistic part of their relationship, that's basically the reason some may find the series more appealing!
I personally loved both but I'd definitely rewatch the series but not the movie, the series ending was happy enough to not want to watch this movie for a closure to their story ~~
On First Love Again Jan 22, 2023
That was so good actually, compared to other KBL, but still feels mediocre.
Nothing greet about it or attractive and you may easily skip it without missing much still it was done better than most if not all the KBL I've seen.
Loved the YeonSeok/Mikael interactions and ChangHa needs to improve his acting skills a little specially in emotional scenes but it was overall well acted ~
On Blue of Winter Jan 22, 2023
It doesn't make sense at all, everything happens randomly and you get to the last ep without actually knowing who loves whom, like is that love triangle or friends to lovers, and did Hyunwoo really loved anyone??? The plot here is all over the place, you can easily read the synopsis on MDL and be content with it because it literally transcribe what happened in those very short EPs.
On Stolen Identity Jan 21, 2023
This was actually a nice mystery movie, not the best but not bad either, I enjoyed it.
I kept thinking Ryu and Yudai really look alike, they can fit as brothers in a drama or something, also both are really talented!
I'd recommend it if you need a light crime movie to pass time ~
Why isn't this drama more popular!? It was amazing! I understood the twist by the end of ep8 but TBH I don't understand the reason for the reversed way and the end was kinda vague but still it was so enjoyable!!! The cast was so good and baby Raul is super adorable ?
Highly recommended, if you came across this drama just go for it, it's worth it!!
