Great cast with many fine, veteran actors, several playing against type. But for me the plot was often confusing and sometimes annoyingly predictable. However, the power corrupts theme and ending work well. I would recommend it for a light evening viewing.

It’s okay, and the cast of course is prime. Any time the film seems muddled and doesn’t fully work with this talent, though, for me it’s the writer’s responsibility.

Kim Young Ok is such a treasure, and so admired around the world for her decades of bringing characters to life for us to love. We are so blessed by her gifts in so many KDramas and films in which she will continue to live for us. I was looking at her film history, and I have never seen such an extensive and amazing career. Thank You, Madame Beautiful, for all you have given the world.

The two leads are favorites, but they’ve both done far better work. BTW, why are these commenters below revealing plot., and nothing is said or done about it. These all need to be deleted.

Dropped after several episodes. Weak to zero chemistry, dull story line.

I thought it was charming, and all the actors did a great job. But I also think the questions people ask are justified. It falls apart quickly under scrutiny, but for a quick Sunday Korean movie with some of the most talented and beloved actors, it’s above average.

Love the story lines, all the leads, and the OST.

I like the actors, and I enjoyed it for a while, but grew tired of the repetition, the rarely changing expression on her face, and just tedium of the final episodes. I was glad when it finally ended, without a single thing in the final scene that wasn’t already predictable. I’m happy others enjoyed it, because I like the actors, too; it just didn’t do enough for me.

A year and a half later, still unavailable on Netflix to American audiences. Or on Viki. Makes zero sense.

Aired last March, won major awards last night, yet unavailable to international audience currently driving Korean cinema popularity worldwide. I checked Netflix, Prime, Viki. Huge fail, JTBC.

Such a talented, fine actor who always gives his best. If YGH is in the cast, the series or film will be solid.

A new favorite, and I look forward to seeing more of him. MDL I don’t usually say this, but you can find a better picture of this beautiful actor.

She can play any role and is already so accomplished at such a young age that with careful choices in her roles she is going to become one of Korea’s great actors. And that is saying a lot.

Amazing, charismatic actor who commands every scene he is in.
