Both confirmed! They are also presenting at MAMA this year so I have a feeling they will present together to promote…
Lol, she came with Minhyun and presented with Yeo Jin Goo. Not complaining though!

Filming for this started like 2 weeks ago and is expected to wrap up by February so March-Arpil broadcast?

Just hope this and Useless Lies don't clash. In 2021, Love Alarm and RWTMR aired closely to each other so KSH's hiatus felt longer. It's good to have some gap between dramas.

Finished this a few days ago and . . . I feel empty lmao. After a long while I found a show worth watching. I thought it had only 12 eps but I was pleasantly surprised when I got to know it had the standard 16 eps.

Now, this drama is good. Very good. But it has its flaws, maybe not even flaws but some things I disliked due to which I rate this 8.5/10.

First off, acting is amazing. First time watching SHK but he did a phenomenal job as Lee Dong Sik. A bit late but he deserved that Best Actor award last Baeksang. Yeo Jin Goo showed why he's the best actor of his generation once again. Though, there were some times where I didn't like his character. He was hellbent on making him the killer. The character development he had made him the typical korean male lead so I didn't fancy it much. Yes, he needed to mature a bit but I don't like when they COMPLETELY change the personality. Supporting characters I didn't like much. Jeong Jae was very annoying. And aside from no one really stood out. I liked Lee Chang Jin when they first introduced him but he turned out to be a killer who takes orders from HJW's father.

First half of this show was very strong. 10/10 but like most dramas, it went downhill as soon as Kang Jin Muk's case was done. It dragged after that and I didn't like how they took so long to reveal Yu Yeon's killer. Tbh, should've made Jeong Jae the killer. I mean, it made no sense to me why Han Ki Hwan was made the killer. Like they needed a reason to make him the bad guy and they chose that. I didn't like this twist at all.

Also, I know this drama is all about LDS, I get it but for Ju Won to be the way he was, I feel like they should've showed his past a bit more. Anyway, a very good drama!! Definitely worth a watch.

P.S. The actor who acts as Kwon Hyeok is my fav! He's so cute.

Tbh, Suzu can mess up this project and LJW and LJY will still be able to save it with their skills and if the plot is good.

The directors chose her for a reason, y'all. She's been working as a model for some time (LJW also started as a model) so she isn't new to the industry. She's friends with Jisoo of BP who imo wasn't terrible in Snowdrop like most idol actors. So yeah, she may not turn out to be the best but I think she will do good enough.
On Now, We Are Breaking Up Nov 3, 2022
About 20 minutes into the first episode, this drama has the plot of a Wattpad fanfic written by a teenager.

I like the fashion elements but them hyping and making a big deal out of everything like the hero being a hotshot photographer, it's just not a good look.

I like the storyline. It's something different tbh from all the dark shows or CEO male leads but the execution isn't good. It's rushed and the actors aren't really good at acting.

I have never found SHK to be bad at acting, however here in the 20 minutes I watched she had the same expression. Her scene with that Jimmy guy in the restaurant was also cringe. It really felt like she was reading the lines.

JKY is fine. The second female lead, the one with the short hair annoyed me the most. Honestly, what were the directors thinking? Like the age difference between her and Jimmy is just too obvious. She can't even act.

Sehun has yet to make his entrance and that will make me cringe again cause he may be handsome but he sucks at acting.

Anyway, I will still be watching it until something completely throws me off. There are some cringe scenes and the portrayal isn't the best but I don't think it's a bad show. Maybe worth a watch?

Confirmed finally yess!! Please, I need a male lead that matches her visual and acting skills. She is always getting cast with 30+ male leads or they don't match her visually.

I want Yeo Jin Goo or someone who can actually act and is in his 20s

I am gonna be really happy if this turns out to be true. Sohyun has proven herself as a capable actress again and again and Minhyun isn't too bad either tbh. He did just fine in AOS and historical dramas are more difficult than modern.

They also don't have a big age gap, I think. Only a strong script is needed and this drama is sure to be a hit!!

This drama arguably had the strongest start among all series I have seen. It got me hooked from the beginning and I have to say, until the first half of the show, i.e, EP 10, I was eagerly waiting for every episode. The story went downhill after that. Too much focus on Jang Uk, the female lead was treated as a secondary character and their love story. Sorry but the best thing about AOS was it's plot. It was different from all other kdramas although it does have some similarities with cdramas. When they abandoned that to cater to the typical love story plots, it just wasn't as interesting. Love triangles or should I say square, are overused.

So-i subplot was annoying to say the least and took alot of time. Jang Gang's return was hyped so much only for it to be the biggest let down of the entire show. EP 19 is the worst episode of this show. Buyeon's identity still isn't revealed. There was so much potential in this show but instead they decided to cramp everything in the final four episodes and even then, the progress was very slow.

I don't like the Crown Prince turning evil. And the fact all of them forgave Jin U Tak so easily is just weird. He was very much involved with Shaman Choi and Jin Mu and had helped them until the end, even tried to kill himself.

The ending hyped me up a bit. No matter how much I complain about the second half, overall this drama is among my favorites.

I would rate it 8.5/10. Could have been 9.5 if the plot was executed better. OSTs I didn't like much. Acting and humor was good. For idol actors, Arin and Minhyun did much better than their peers especially Minhyun.

This show had everything to become one of the best Korean shows tbh.

On episode 8 right now and having major second lead syndrome. Also, is it just me or the second lead resembles…
Thanks for the recommendations!! I will check those dramas out when I am done with this one.

Okay so episode 15 was very boring. I was so excited for it because of the ending of episode 14, I really thought the Queen 's secret would come out now but oh well

Just finished episode 3 and the male lead is like a breath of fresh air! He is so different from others lol. I don't understand why there is that Cold Male Lead tag, he isn't cold at all lol. I esp liked the way he defended her from her ex without being over the top. Most male leads tend to lean towards that.

The Autumn Ballad did great and Jeremy carried the drama, so I think it's the perfect moment from iQiyi's perspective.…
I see. That's great then!

Jieqiong is originally a singer so yes, her acting skills aren't all that. However, she seemed fine to me in the trailer so maybe give it a chance?
On Be My Princess Mar 14, 2022
It's gonna air the same time as Xiao Zhan's and Dilraba's dramas, gonna be a tough fight for ratings! I just hope it gets the recognition it deserves and doesn't end up getting completely overshadowed by the other two dramas.

Title Imitation
The casting is awful. Hyuk was supposed to be beautiful and feminine looking. Jongho doesn't look feminine AT ALL. Nayoung is terrible at acting. And they have altered the storyline too much. Jiyeon gets little to no screentime. The whole La Ri-Maha scene is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Like, why would anyone label themselves as the sister of a stranger and especially when that stranger is a popular star? In the webtoon, Maha used to idolize Lima and that's why she imitated her (even that wasn't shown much) but here, it looks like the female lead purposefully uses Lima for fame with that dongseng thing. It's really annoying. The only reason I'm watching this show is Lee Jun Young.
