does anyone know which period this is set in? they showed western potatoes and also gun. and the costumes arent like usual historical dramas i have seen

so they went with the utopian world happy ending. well at least it exists in the drama world even if not in the real world. satisfying happy ending. few plot holes here n there, but enjoyed watching it. 1 double standard i noticed is that when the criminals who avenged their dead family members which btw i personally support bcoz this justice system aint gonna do shit to serve justice, they got arrested n punished, but when the ml killed prince cheng to avenge his dad, fl didnt question him. fl was way too mary sue for me.

i noticed the jumps too. marquis zhongyongs plot was clearly cut short. dude was built up to be this mastermind kinda thing but then just disappeared.

and i have watched them all. wow. 🤦🏻‍♀️ im currently watching cd, so in terms of cases they r similar

and love of nirvana. tho idk what td, cd and lodt mean

havent watched nirvana in fire. but love of nirvana has a very similar plot too

i think that he is so forgiving towards her because he knows how bad it looked plus his feelings for her. so he forgave her even when she poisoned him. n tbh i see a sad ending here. ml isnt gonna live

yeah cdramas have built some deep rooted trust issues so even if a character is good we cant trust them anymore 😭 but yeah fr tho nr is too good and dumb

nope nan rui is way too sus. all his actions coincidentally lead cgh to clues which amplify his hatred towards nh and increase his obsession and stubbornness. nan ruis actions look carefully planned out to take nh out using cgh's hands. cgh is probably being played by nr like a puppet. nonetheless i hate cgh. in ep 26 i didnt like fl. she is being way too stubborn at this point, until now i didnt even blame her at all. but now she needs to get over her stubbornness. emperor seems to be a fencesitter clearly. he hates nh but it also seems he is also aware of his ability and what he wont really do
