Basically, yes its the censorship. But if you look at their dialogues like “why’re you flirting with people when you don’t even mean it”, or wei wuxian telling “it’s not like i was flirting with you”. These lines actually shows Lan Wangji’s jealousy towards Wei
Wuxian flirting with Mian Mian and saving her, and Wei wuxian being unaware of LWJ’s feelings. There’s moments of them in the upcoming episodes as well. Pay attention to the dialogue and their expressions.

Don’r worry, He will appear really soon. Most of the romance in the novel happen after Wei Wuxian is reborn again. but even before that they have a lots of moments that will subtly tell about their feelings.
