Reading actors' social media apologies when the writer and director are the ones who dragged this drama to dust. Production team has failed here and maybe intention was a tax write off due to losses 😂😅😅😅 makes no sense otherwise.
PC may have it's flaws script-wise and episode-wise (freaking MBC are lazy and don't know how to handle things…
Au Contraire, it has pushed some of us back to the slump because this is exactly why we had stopped watching. Now only something really really good can win us over again until then I will keep the skepticism!
看不看? 看!!!! You ever reach that episode which you know from all the bts was the last shot of the drama even though it is chronologically shown early in the series - Jin Zhao down by the car, about to leave, looking up at Jiang Mu with such deep affection, a sigh, another sigh! Jiang Mu, her eyes lingering lovingly at him from the balcony worried how long he'd be away, wishing him to be safe... The entire emotional setup ( perfected by their micro expressions ) is so overwhelming! I don't think there ever will be a drama connection like this again!
Can't believe almost 5 months have gone by... Lol this drama was the final nail for me to push myself at last…
Wow I hope you can plan and travel to these places and get to visit Nanjing too!!! I finished an end to end re-watch over the weekend, clearly I have nothing better to do. 😂
Just finished the series I think everyone who loves romance will absolutely love the first half of the series…
First half is one drama and 2nd half is a different era of the same drama. I just love both the timelines, it is soo good, never felt the need to fast forward a single episode except for the really sad episode in between where the story transitions.
In my opinion, this might not be the show for you. It's 28 episodes mostly revolving around one case: it has to…
Ok that's a good summary for me. Thanks for giving the lowdown, I agree on the writers not having the skills but could you elaborate on what made it entertaining?

I really want to follow this drama because the acting has been good so far by the 2 male leads. Didi in his deglamorised look and the more serious tone has been fresh to watch as well! I think director is going for a slow hitchcockish vibe however it is not working so far in the story. I will follow this comment section, please tell me how it is going half way through around episode 17 and then I might pick it up again.
Forget everything else but Cdrama wannabe? Cdramas are getting popular now because they’re pretending to be…
btw, I disagree that dramas before 2016 weren't great! Some Older k-dramas feel poorly made now, but at the time they were iconic pop culture ! lovely sam soon, Full House, BOF, Hearstrings, moon embracing the sun....so sooo many., shut up boy band naming just a few!

ok, I get it! but to call it shining is an overstatement, I think love in translation was shining. it in fact brought me back to k-dramas, only Hong sisters could do that.
