I'm not sure anyone does forehead kisses either... except dramas. π
Here's a rational response π I think it is becoming dated anyway... Why do writers think a kiss is the only way to build chemistry! This kind of forced touch without developing tension doesn't work at all. Lazy writing!
Was she supposed to french kiss him or what? There's nothing romantic going on between them at this point and…
There was absolutely no need to show a lip kiss. He could have kissed her forehead and that would have made million times more sense! Please don't come here justifying this really over played k-drama tool a.k.a kiss petrification LOL it has been 2 decades, we don't eat it anymore.
Return of deer in the headlights flat "lips must not move" kiss. Is this 2016? Adding on top because I adore petulant defenders of the lost arc (pun intended) There was absolutely no need to show a lip kiss. That's the one! I might start rewatching it while waiting for new episodes! It didn't have stellar sizzling chemistry but the time travel arc and emotional characterization of the CP was extremely compelling!
or at least not one episode a day. that airing schedule was terrible. they aired one episode a day when the drama…
Exactly this!! Pushing bad middle episodes one per day only disrupts the flow of the drama and overshadows any good experience you've had thus far in the episodes. I might have been able to appreciate/ enjoy it a bit more were it not for this big problem. Let's also not forget the leaked episodes, which were not censored btw...so the official version couldn't even deliver in full!!
is it really that good as the rating suggests or cdrama viewers just being generous again?
It is above average. You might have to ffwrd in few places. First 6 episodes fly by and are peak of the drama. Everything that follows is trying to catch up with unnecessary long pauses side stories, erratic editing towards the latter half and lack of ml's overall screen time in the drama can be considered legitimate criticisms of the series.
