Yeah, we clearly are different. Bt trust me i wasn't like this either, i may follow some idols/actors just to see what's going on with them but never obsessed over an actor to the point like this. Always thought die hard fans are really childish bt well xz smile changed me. At least i am lucky to get new contents.

U can see they are still good friends, like can watch videos of them in 2019 weibo night, tencent starlight award 2020, weibo night 2021 award, they became weibo king queen, their interactions are really sweet & there is still recent video of yangzi going to xz theater play in beijing to support him on 25 december, 2021. The relation since 2019 is still going strong. Bt i don't really ship xz with anyone, i am just going to wait until he announce his marriage whoever that might be. Sorry for your experience, i was in many bl shipping fandom so always try to understand them bt this bjyx fandom have some of the worst toxic ones, i really felt sad when many of them attacked yz even in tweeter, bt the worst thing is many thinks that it's xfx who are attacking yz which is not true only cpf attacks & they also attack xz too bcz he don't care much about cp. xz personal fadom is xfx who don't ship him with anyone bt also respect his partners if they are good to xz. Yz is obviously good friend with xz so you will see many xfx & zimis in tweter co operated peacefully bt its some toxic cpf who don't even care for their own favs friend, attack them as only care about themselves. You are right, if they were so sure about their ships they wouldn't care about his acting partners or kisses as their ship is real so it wouldn't matter bt they show it in every way that they don't trust their own ship. Attack his fl partners sometimes seems like wishing for his career fail so that they can ship him in peace without any rivals interrupting them. So if you watch anyone attacking yz claiming they are xz fans they are most probably cpf not xfx.

If you see the untamed is not full bl it is adapted from bl bt if people watch it without knowing it they will not think it is bl much bcz there are also less screen time with xz yibo than other bl, xz have more screen time with others, it is mostly plot driven mistery type drama with two male lead who are looking for clues of certain events. If it was only a bl drama it wouln't gain so much popularity both in china & abroad as so many non bl fans watched it & liked it for story. U can tell it as fantasy genre with two male lead. It was the first male lead of xz, so he took opportunity as it didn't truly have more bl vibe u will see many non bl fans watched it & loved it also there is no kiss scene not even much close contact. Holywood actors act gay roles bt nobody is shipping or claiming they are gay, acting means u can act in many characters, doesn't make it real. There were so many proof given how jhonny & timmy from addicted are already married bt see the result the ship sank. & in the international cpf u will see many of them already acting like xz antis. Go to some ool reviews, tweeter cpf accounts you will see some cpf are saying xz yz have no chemistry, the drama is not good, watch untamed etc. Lowkey downgrading xz acting skills & hardwork as any neutral person can see xz acting skill created amazing chemistry & he is a good actor. Which fans will talk bad about their favs acting & discourage people from watching drama just for their ship. They are so biased big cpf account don't promote his dramas much lowkey tweet some things that will discourage people bt look yibo have kisses too bt it is totally fine to watch them or say yibo making cute cps in drama. If they truly believed in their ship then they would know that as actors yibo & xz probably supporting each other bcz real life entertainment couple don't mind others kissing dramas even post supporting wors so that their partners work get recognition. Bt they themselves don't believe in their own ship if only watching a little romance drama can crumble their so strong belief. & some they are always trying to create problem in 2019 they went to xz home town where his parents live shouted xz is gay, started distributing papers saying this, it even got on news. In 2019 they complained in bejing media daily when they wanted to give him award for untamed bcz why yibo was not given one too so later the media, removed xz from the nomination. Go to video of xz helping yz with dresses you will see how they are attacking yz, the always attack his fl partners. U see they never go to cause trouble for yibo bt always goes to xz places. In youtube some cpf videos always only bring negativities about xz. I am telling you by always having rumors of xz dating li qin, people praising xz yz cp made many cpf mad at xz. Many big bl cpf big accounts have to create stories to make up that others ships are not real bt ours is when xz dating roumours arise so this extra hardwork which is caused by xz probably pissing them off. So they will lowkey do things that's not in the best interest of his.

Actually in asian bl you won't find much of gay actors bt all of them are claimed gay by bl fans. before even shooting the drama bl fans start shipping the actors, u see they become more die hard in shipping bcz bl drama are rare unlike hetero one so they like to treasure the crumb. I can never support erotic bl fanfictions where the whole sex process is depicted throughly using real actors name & pic. I mean how is that not porn, you are using names & pics which will make people imagine these scenes with real actors which is not ok as are you ok with someone writing porn about u & sharing on social media. If you are ok then you are sick as most of the people are not like this. I think people just take it for granted that they can do anything with actors image like it's their right. Bt you have no right, they give u happiness by doing dramas & u watch a two way road & don't need to do more for u. If the actors don't say anyting then what we are doing right is famous quote to them bt actors don't say anything is bcz they are tired, they know even if they say don't write porn, don't ship you will still do it & say it's my right to do what i want with my imagination. Bcz there are many cases where i clrearly saw actors asked fans to stop these bt fans still did it so now most actors don't voice the opinion, as won't be solving anything & will create even more problem.

Obviously xz had girlfriend in college which he admitted in an interview & there are pics of him & his girlfriend too. Also, i have seen so many gay shipping be it china or otherwise that i am totally acquainted with the process of how they make it seem believable or make up kadians, bts stories & edit. I am even following his ships here too & see the same idea proof one used in previous bl ships to use on him which just shows that same group of bl cpf go from one bl drama to another & use the same script for all as a proof which is totally made up as not all bl relationships are going to be doing the same thing, right? Especially when most of the shippers here even can't understand chinese & just believe cpf videos where i have seen many cases where the shippers mistranslated intentionally. Anyway after thousands of die hard proof made by various shippers in many ships, i saw their ship sank & actors married. No one is God so the idea of 100% sure of a ship is just ridiculous be it gay ship or hetero one. Bt you know xz also have many ship with actresses too after oath of love, it seems xz yz ship gonna sail. I just feel like he will be covered head to toe with various die hard shipping in the future blame it on his too friendly relationship with co stars. It is quite distressing. 😅

I felt like be my princess fell apart in later episodes & couldn't hook me too much from the beginning. I like realistic & down to earth setting in romance so oath of love is perfect to me bt it would be more perfect if one of the leads die, i like tragedy romance too much. Bt if my wish was realized people would probably kill me as it seems they don't even like slighest sad plot & i am like give me more sad plot. 🤣🤣

The drama is good. U can see it by observing the enthusiasm in the comment section. Only 29 episodes so not much fillers & pace is good but remember it is mostly romance comedy with a slice of life & touching some real life issues with little bit sad part. First episodes might seem a little cliche bt then it gets real good, the acting & chemistry is really good. XZ might seem a little cold at first bt later he will seem really sweet & romantic. When they are dating the chemistry is so good & all little natural actions make it seem like real couple. Bt understand that everyone's preference is different so you have to find it for yourself if you will like it.

Director said there were more episodes but it was reduced so maybe that's why in some cases u will feel a little rushed where wedding is pretty first where father daughter part take a lot time. Bt there were places where they were really sweet and fl is a little willful not purely treating him bad if she didn't like him so much, she wouldn't stand up for him so much & she also was very direct to the second lead at first. At least for many other romcom fl just drag second lead which shows the insincerity. Real life couples also have misunderstanding, gf or bf sometimes may go a little overboard bt as long the love is strong it doesn't affect much. Didn't see much of a super perfect couple though seen a lot of quarreling ones & there love is still strong. Also it may seem they married pretty quick bt remember before the incident they alreay created a good relation & if i remeber correctly the gu parents wanted next year marriage bt papa lin bcz of his condition rushed the wedding otherwise there would be more time. Bt as you said i feel like asians rush wedding a lot if they already established relationship, they don't drag it out as it seems natural to them.

Well reading your point also enrich my experience and see the difference in people's thinking. But from my surroundings, i don't see much people apologizing or someone thinking they are losing pride. Because the more close people are the more they take them as family not outsider. U understand each other so much that if u make a mistake which probably for good intentions then u make up with action that is the real deal, u should apologize to stranger because u can't do much for them other than giving a simple apology bt family is different they know u so there is no reason to give apology formally. U made mistake & work hard to make right, never make them & your regret it. As some of my friends say don' t say thank you when they are helping like we are not outsiders i know u love me & will help me in future, there is no need for formality. I felt it may be something like that they understand each other intention, so no need for formality and reconcile pretty first as they are wanting to do so as no one is much in the wrong. Gu wei truly love her so he can't disrespect her & if he doesn't disrespect her how will her pride hurt. The thing is i have seen couple basically quarreling, saying mean thingsin anger bt it didn't mean they hurt other one or didn't love each other, nice couple break up, they don't bcz at the end despite everything there bond is strong & scolding is just one's trait/ habit which other one understand. Where here i see many thinks a little bit scolding, misunderstanding is end of the day. Love comes in many form. Some are too formal & like personal space, some may scold bt the love is still strong which may many find strange here bt i have seen many such thing. From my point i think apology like i am sorry, just a word is not everything. Sometime people apologize but don't give it much importance still make mistakes, seen people after quarrel , don't always apologize but take extra care of their partner, here gu wei was wrong bt he still thought that he could have no future, it's not a wise thing to make lin zhi xiao life hell too. Today just read news about a doctor commiting suicide to prove innocence when patient family sued her still she claimed she did nothing wrong & couldn't take the pressure of blame. Gu wei could be in court, it could be a very bad situation, he just couldn't drag a young girl in this, it's just pain. It was good intention bt wrong method. Lin zhi xiao also after learning the truth not only scolding bt also kicked. No matter what some would think it's violence bcz you can't do that. What gu wei did was break the ice with his actions get closer rather than only use a word to say sorry which will just bring the bitter memory. After that he made all up by extra caring towards her & will also be to her family. This is action speak louder than word and apology is just a word if you don't mean it & follow it up with real action, it has no meaning so don't get why it is given so much importance as it is evident gu wei regret his actions & try hard to regain her. Also not every family apologize if there is some prblm, they scold make up go on with their life. Bt i understand everone has their different opinion.

To me xz and yz look cute & bubbly, if xz collab with dilireba they would probaby look hot. XZ has good relationship with his co stars so it's very easy to ship him. Even meng ziyi and xz is very shippble if you see their bts and she wasn't even the fl in untamed. Even though everone may have their preferrable ships in the end it could all end in vain & xz could marry someone completely outside entertainment industry given his low key down to earth personality. U can ship as a fun bt don't be too invested, one ship already became so invested that it's getting crazy i dread the day if the ship sink & xz marry one day what are those going to do. Probably will turn full antis & attack his partner.

He had girlfriend in college before he entered entertainment industry, he told it in an interview when he started his debut. Many saw his old pics with girlfriend & there are rumors that he wanted to marry her but she went abroad, then he also wanted to go abroad but at last it didn't happen & the relationship fell apart. At least from these kisses it seems he practised very hard in college.

I would also suggest everyone when someone dragging xz or yz names & not characters, talking bad about fans be aware of them. We don't know for sure if they are truly fans, neutral viewes or some trolls trying to cause trouble. I haven't seen much problem in previous discussions as everyone was vocal about their perspective and they mostly talked about characters not xz and yz much. We respect all actors and don't be shy to put our own poinion even if we are fan as we have the right to show our own thinking. If eveyone remember at the start of this drama some trolls seriously tried to cause problem and i seen them in other pages to do the same too. So saying to be careful about it anyone can claim to be someone's fan to start chaos bt u don't really know if they are actual fan or antis. Also it better for everyone to keep the actor/actress name out, from what i have seen in social media sites & mdl that xfx & zimi are very satisfied with this cooperation also the difference in opinion are only based on characters which is going to be resolved peacefully as more sweet scenes, wedding coming.

I think everyone has already stopped fighting as more sweet scenes are coming, honestly though i have seen both people who are in favor of gu wei and li zhi xiao. It actually differentiate on perspective and which character you empathise with more. U see everyone is talking about their in feelings about characters which is very normal in drama discussion bt i find it very amousing that when actors/ actress have dedicated fans if one side strongly disagree with other side character, it becomes attacking the fav. Seriously everyone shou grow up. I have seen many mdl where certain characters are talked badly bt no ones says they are basing on actors/ actress or their opinion is invalid or taking it to fan wars so why is a page with fans get this treatment? Can't fans be simply viewers and can also feels some other character not good? Everyone that talk negatively or positively is ok with it as they are pointing their opinion just bcz u r a fan doesn't mean u r all biased.
