There are many comments about the ending, but I still can't tell if it's a happy ending for the main characters or not? Could someone please explain this to me in more detail?
I read some comment in youku, the netizen said the ML got hated comment since he make the FL embrassed during…
Someone wrote in the comments that maybe the ML has a girlfriend and therefore acts distant in interviews, which may have embarrassed the FL (and gives the haters reasons to hate, even though they probably don't need a reason to hate anyway).
Personally, I find it beyond sad that some fans are so obsessed that they have to criticize or judge a drama or an actor based on interviews or the actors' personal lives.
I understand why so many dropped this drama later. I think the further the drama progresses, the worse it gets. They try to create one potential conflict after another and combined with the bad acting, it's just absurd. Also, all the positivity gets on my nerves because it's just not believable. The “let's solve our problems with reason and a smile” just kills any possibility for deep feelings. I think the show would have done better with less eps or if they hadn't done the same thing for 12 episodes… but that’s just my personal opinion.
The bed scenes were pretty hot and overall I’m a bit surprised about the harsh rating. It’s descent enough and normally you only see a rating like this on mdl when a bl is too short, super toxic or a cheap production. 🤷♂️ The main pairing was pretty nice, I liked both of them and Nail was cute imo Overall, I don’t see any major differences to other mediocre Thai bl
Couldn't complete it dropped at ep 17 the plot was going nowhere and the toxicity kept on increasing the ONLY…
You could try Undercover Affair, it’s a mini drama with many similarities but a more defined and reasonable approach (in short: it’s not all about the couples chemistry and steamy scenes lol)
I'm a little annoyed about the bl comments. Honestly, I’m all in for „could be a possible bl“ but this one got nothing. One of them kisses a girl twice, the other is fantasizing about a female guard, while absolutely nothing is going on between the men. Not even in a joking/funny way (expects for small hints in the last (!) ep). And if there are other hints they’re so small that they’re literally nonexistent 🙄
Apart from this disappointment, the drama is entertaining and worth a watch.
It was like a glimpse into a world where Chinese censorship didn't exist 😌❤️ (imagining all the beautiful bl novel adaptations we could have, oh what a beautiful world it would be...🥲)
Hm. I'm a big fan of Leo Yang and that's why I watched this. He did a great job as usual, but the plot was just weak and there was absolutely zero chemistry between the leads. I mean ML had more going on with the female killer than FL 🙄 Not quite sure if it's because of how FL was written or the actress herself..maybe both.
Ok, just wow. This is one of the most reasonable plots ever 😳
This drama is great, the main actors did a great job (the feelings, the love, the emotions, awwww I really loved seeing them together❤️), the characters are written with sense and reason (even the female ones lol)
There's only one thing that almost ruined it for me: the part before the end. I mean, that was the only typical cliché trope and the only thing that made no sense at all. 3 years? For what? He was even around! What the hell... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ (Tropes like that always make me wish for an ironic ending, like when he comes back she’s already married with kids or something lol)
If they hadn't added that last part, I would have given it a 10. But I will definitely rewatch this gem in the future 🫶
Don't take this drama seriously, it's just for fun. The plot is ridiculous, but coupled with sexiness and good looking leads, it's quite captivating. I would definitely watch a second season lol
(A little more groveling from ML wouldn't have hurt in my opinion, that part was pretty disappointing. All he had to do was cry and that was it? Plus, I would have loved it if FL had been written a bit more cleverly, but they could make up for it in a second season 😜)
Oh by the way, the best thing about this drama is the delicious high difference 😘

The things you listed sound insanely cute by the way 🫶
