I really love ML, he did a lot mini dramas and I like him in this one, too. But the plot is just ridiculous. How often can you repeat the same plot line in different settings? You'll never guess the correct answer, writers should get a trophy for how often they crammed this scenario in this SHORT drama 🙄 (In short: this whole drama is ML saving FL every two minutes, paired with other ridiculous tropes (like “f*ck or die” scenarios, which they also like to repeat 😑)
ML is not killable lol How many times can you get shot and not die? - Yes 😂 Jokes aside, I like the actor pretty much. The plot is ok but sadly, the eng subs are horrible.. (Oh by the way: People who can’t stand forced kisses should probably skip this one)
It's basically the same, rather silly (and cliché-filled) plot as in “Be Loved by You Obediently”. At least the FL doesn't cry as much as in the other one... 😑 But the production quality and the acting performances aren't any better. Plots about a +30 year old uncle impregnating an innocent 19 year old FL are a bit dated for my taste.
May I ask what changes you’re hoping to see in Plawan’s character after?
It's not just about him. It should be a general question of whether there's any nice development or other characters worth watching (or if Plawan turns into a more likable person later on.. I read that he's a backstabber or something. Does he repent and show remorse, or does he stay the same until the end...? Is there even a happy end for the mains?)
The plot is certainly different, but the ML is a pretty pathetic character.... I'm undecided if I would recommend…
It fits the drama but not my taste.
ML proposes to FL again (after running after her for ages and trying to make amends) but she still refuses (thinking: you have to run after me some more)
it fits the drama but is kind of frustrating, because he already laid himself bare. On the other hand.. I don’t know..
The plot is certainly different, but the ML is a pretty pathetic character.... I'm undecided if I would recommend this drama or even watch it again myself (I probably won’t). A big plus is definitely the FL, she's becoming a tough and strong woman, I liked that at least.. the ending…well..please see spoiler below if you want to know.
I tried to watch the first episode but somehow it didn’t catch me at all (I don’t like Plawan much..). Will it get better / have a different peace later on or should I just drop it? (Reading the comments, Plawans character doesn’t really seem to improve.. 🤔)
My opinion: It started off well, but unfortunately got more and more annoying towards the end. The time ML almost dies, the “love him, love him not” rollercoaster, the flat acting skills, the 3 seconds HE, the repetition of the same plot.... I could list many things why this one was a waste of time for me :(
No, this is not something I would recommend to watch. There are better short, vertically filmed dramas out there.
Overall it's pretty hard to watch for my taste. ML is an excellent actor (as seen in other dramas), but in this one his role absolutely sucks. He speaks in a high/soft voice and acts all girly... that's not my kind of ideal ML, but tastes may differ 😅(you can get a feeling of his behavior just by watching the intro..) Anyway, I liked him much better in Buchou to Shachiku no Koi Modokashii
What I liked 1. surprisingly good, even if I didn't like the synopsis 2. ML is great!!! He's so cute, and I love that the viewers can hear his inner thoughts ❤️ 3. my favorite character was Iwayama, the best side character ever 🤣
What I didn't like 1. FL. Her character is written pretty flat and I couldn't stand looking at her mouth (just my personal opinion) 2. 12 episodes were too long for my taste. Some episodes at the end were quite boring (they lost focus, it became more of a work thing than a relationship thing)
Seriously, I have no more patience to finish this. I was hoping for a sweet office romance between the main characters but instead I get the slowest progress ever (there's nothing happening until ep 6) plus a return to his ex from ep 6 onwards. What the hell!! I wanted to see Jeng, not Put, and even though they might be together later, I can't stand such a bad form love triangle 🤮 And that may be harsh but I’m just expressing my personal opinion so don’t feel offended if you have another.
