I'm a little shocked that Stella abandoned her son. So part of this revenge is to assuage her guilt, I think.
Like you, I'm also frustrated with Stella and Lucia's poor planning still being successful. But I'm scared to see what happens if their plans fail. 😆

Edited to add: You are right that it makes the show boring if one side wins all the time...it takes all the suspense and tension out of the show when the viewer starts to expect the same results. No wonder I didn't watch this weeks episodes until yesterday.

Wow...it's amazing that Lucia and Stella keep winning out with what seems like poorly laid plans.

I'm almost frustrated that they keep winning. But I guess it would be too stressful seeing them fail, since Lucia's life is on the line with the Min family. I don't think they would just kick her out of the house if she was found out.

I'm also frustrated that Seon Jae keeps figuring out/finding out about everything and no one can stop him.

But I've really had enough of Lucia's "closeness" to Se Ri. Taking a bath with "Mommy"...that made me want to 🤮 🙈

I feel the same about 2ML and the sister...hope it doesn't happen.

For the FL, it's time for her to stop with the recriminations against ML. I'm thinking she will, since they had a tiny little "normal" conversation in the last episode.

Of course, now she will be thrown into another emotional crisis with the adoption news (I'm assuming she is not aware of it already).

Ok, I see what you mean...it just seemed like Seong Hui's statement was very insulting rather than being about how different her daughter is from her. But you could be right.

I noticed also how Seong Hui was not as concerned about Seong Jae getting married as the dad. I'm still thinking she has a thing for Seong Jae and she doesn't want him to get married.

I do think she might be setting Eun O up for a fall...just not really sure why.

The show is getting good enough that I don't want to wait for the weekend.

I'm hoping that Eun O and Ji Hyeok are finally on a better footing after they were able to have a somewhat normal conversation. I honestly don't think she is being mean because he's now poor and struggling. I think she's being this way out of self-preservation. It will be easy for her to fall right back in love with him and she knows it.
Just like he has/had to know that him being there would be upsetting for her. I'm not trying to excuse her behavior, as Ji Hyeok said, enough is enough. But I'm hoping their relationship will smooth out. I know they won't get together right away, but since it seems like my preference of Eun O and Seong Jae being together has gone down the drain (even though it may be some time before Eun O finds out who her birth mom is) , then I hope that Eun O and
Ji Hyeok will begin to get close again.

Nexe, what do you think the reason is for Seong Hui to approach Eun O in the first place...especially if Eun O is just a "thing" to her. Do you think she is setting Eun O up to harm her? If so, I wonder why...unless she thinks it will keep her away from Seong Jae or vice versa.

Ok, ok, ok...interesting things happening in this episode. Seong Hui (stepmom) is an awful person. Referring to Eun O as "that thing". Nasty piece of work, but I still don't know what she's doing regarding Eun O.

Eun O's brother...I concur with everyone else...he's total trash.

I guess Ji Hyeok will run into his Dad at the job site.

Ji Hyeok and Eun O were able to exchange a few sentences with each other without being snarky, mean and sarcastic. I'm considering it a win.

That's what I'm afraid of. Maybe because of my own bias, but it would be nice to see her figure out that she doesn't have to marry a rich man to have a good life. But she's noticed him now, so she will go after him.

Seong Jae really hasn't even made any strong, definitive moves towards Eun O, outside of being gaming buddies. So maybe the writers won't even try to pair them together romantically. It sure did look like it was going in that direction originally.

I'm still clueless on what the stepmother is up too...but we all know it's something. I don't understand the point of the car air purifier.
I don't think the photograph that the stepmom was holding was of ML brother...it looked like him, but she said a different name. Maybe it was the guy at the gym?

I'm not happy with Seong Jae spending time with Su Bin...I just don't like her. If the writers put them together, I'm putting my hands over my eyes and saying "la la la la la". Not watching that...😆

He is so disgusting! I wish Lucia had been able to call out to Manager Gong and have her be a witness to assault when they were on the bed. But Lucia knows that if he goes down, she probably will too. They are just deadlocked with each other.

Too bad that Stella and Co. weren't able to get the document. I had to laugh at Pan Sul...what will he do now? He was stupid to threaten the chairman.

The ones I mentioned weren't violent, backstabbing, ruthless character dramas, they were just so unbearably sad that I couldn't take it.

When I first started watching Asian dramas, one of the earliest I watched was a Japanese movie called "Love Like The Falling Petals".

That movie practically destroyed me.

Later on, I messed up again and watched "20th Century Girl" and "Love is Panacea". (This was before I knew about MDL.)

That's why I
won't watch anything that doesn't have somewhat of a
happy/positive ending. Even if I have to read spoilers to make sure, I don't care. Not going through that again.

Sometimes I do, other times I feel it's just downright comical. We just have to remember it's a drama! I know it's hard to do because we become so invested in the characters and story lines.

We still have so many episodes left, it's probably going to get even more stressful.
